5 CREEPIEST Secret Rooms EVER Found In People's Homes...

[Music] number five in the 1960s a Turkish man made a strange shocking discovery about a wall in his home well it wasn't a wall at all it was actually a doorway that led to an underground city that had never before been discovered the city was rather unusual because every single aspects of its prior inhabitants culture revolved around remaining indoors in fact there were even rooms for cattle and livestock as well as food stores all of which have been carved out of stone underneath this man's house to this day the city remains the largest underground complex to have ever been discovered and it's currently open to visitors the city's believed have been home to up to 20,000 people and was likely built sometime between the 8th and 10th century as a safe haven for Christian natives it's known that as late as the 1900s certain religions still use these underground cities as a way to escape religious persecution and it's believed that the individual who owned this home prior to this man was likely the leader of a group that was working to save those who may be negatively impacted due to their religious beliefs but truly creepy find by today's standards number 4 a woman from Pennsylvania always felt that there was something a little bit off about her house the homeless purchased by her parents in 1974 it was the home that she grew up in for much of her life when her family members began to pass away and her father decided to move out the house was placed into this woman's name and she moved in it was during this process that Alexandra discovered something truly shocking the basement of her home had another level that had been buried below and it was used as part of the Underground Railroad a series of tunnels and escape routes used by african-american slaves in the 1700's and 1800's Alexandra says that she had suspicions about the home ever since her neighbor informed her father years ago that there was quote a basement under his basement it wasn't until over 30 years later when plumbing issues arose that the basement flooring had to be dug up to gain access to pipes which revealed access to the large underground tunnel the system is currently blocked off by large cement wall which means that it can't be accessed without threatening the foundation of Alexandra's hole but it's still incredible to see that this tunnel system survived after nearly 200 years of not being used number three [Music] this next clip was posted in September of 2017 and the user states I was sent by my air conditioning company out to a house in Plant City to do an air conditioning system change out in the beginning the house was completely remodeled without any permits all work was told to be halted until permits were produced including my the a/c change out went very smoothly and was ready for inspection when the system was inspected it came back with a red tag saying that there was leakage in the ductwork upon further inspection I found a piece of wall that didn't look the same as the rest I pushed on the wall and revealed a secret room leading to this secret room was a carpeted hallway when the secret rooms door was closed it didn't even look like it was there upon entering the room I noticed stained wooden walls carpeted floors electrical cable and a light switch there was even a door that had a makeshift bathroom that popped out which led to a pipe that drains down to the soil there were a few personal items scattered around the floor and 2 license plates screwed to the wall above the door there's a very grim feeling about the place overall after having the video uploaded for a day people were fascinated by it and started sharing it and a man came to me with information about the RO and about the person who used to live there he told me of a boy named RJ Moore and his mother dee dee Moore a woman who was known to have taken the life of a man who won the lottery intending to keep the winnings as her own later someone sent me more screenshots of the plates that were hung in the secret room confirming that they belong to dee dee Moore I'm not sure what this secret room was used for but if I had to guess I would guess it was for hiding out from the police found a freaking room a secret room in the Attic check this out it's all carpeted there's a vent right there this is all stained wood we had some license plates up here most 7:05 this is all aluminum siding it's all carpeted you got some kind of crazy men's room sign here I don't know what this is that's a good toilet so you can pee I've never seen anything like this in my life yeah the cable plug in yeah outlets I'm kind of strange drawn there number two this next story takes place over the course of about five years it was uploaded by the YouTube user Steve G in a series of five separate parts have a look I just discovered up there a very strange thing so here is uh this is how you get into my house and this is the actual home part of my house we're inside their stairway that goes up to the second and third floor and um there's this random door here and also this window this door doesn't even have a knob on it as you can see this window I just kind of noticed yesterday even though I've been here for three years and look what happened when I looked in here curr a bed there is a bed in a random storage closet or I don't even know what this thing is sorry YouTube okay so as you've seen in the previous videos we have the screen that I have to move to the side this is what my buddy Brian knocked off of the entire wall on the fourth video so you sort of push this thing open kind of got a wiggle it carefully so it doesn't break there you go so my buddy Paul opens this up look what no more curtain usually just pulled the curtain let that go snapped up and you could see on the inside there's now a window closed locked it seems like someone has been on the inside of the room closed it maybe I was thinking let's see I can't push it this way at all I'm thinking maybe it was slid all the way over there previously so all we had to do was open the curtain I have no idea but I will let you guys know when I have more information I'm sorry but there's now a window here but I kind of wanted to update that because that's totally messed up and I didn't even know that would happen so there's a little little letdown for the for the reaction video but like seems like something's going on number one well it doesn't necessarily involve the homeowner this final clip was uploaded to YouTube by the channels shy and shows an old military bunker that was discovered by a man while wandering through an old factory the man says that he believes the area was used as a type of bomb shelter or safe house check it out Oh [Music] [Music] [Music]
