what is going on guys so in this video we're going to go over character stats what are some ideal numbers you want to hit for your build and how stats may not be as important as you may think now don't get me wrong eso is basically a mathematical calculation what pink likes to call it mathematicals meaning obviously stats are important in that regard but it is so much more complicated than just stats alone oftentimes i get asked what stat should i go for what should my pen be my weapon is spell damage or my resistance is b the real answer it's pretty much all subjective certain people prefer certain stats and traits but i think having a balance is very important especially in pvp focusing too much on one stat makes you a one-trick pony only being good in certain scenarios i prefer my builds to be very adaptive and be pushed the limit in every way possible but i'm gonna do my best to give you guys the foundational knowledge on creating a pvp character for success but before we get started if you guys are enjoying my content don't forget to subscribe it's free and you never miss an upload also if this video helps you anyway don't forget to smash the like button without further ado let's get right into it so i think we have to get a few bass lines out of the way first i'm going to assume you were at least level 50 or obviously working towards it and honestly your first goal is to hit 160 champion points the importance of hitting 160 cp is it is the current gear level cap meaning people with 1000 cp or you at 160 cp you can all equip the same gear so technically you are at in-game at 160 cp as gear is the same value regardless of your level at this point this will make much more sense later on but first i think we really need to deep dive into the hidden stats and discuss the fundamentals of every build i make so before we really get into the nitty-gritty of this video i wanted to show you guys my stat sheet and give you guys two key takeaways right now that you can say i learned something and i could take you know some value from this video so whenever i'm building my character typically when i'm playing stamina i look at two things my stamina recovery and my health i have to get my stamina recovery to 2000 that is a bare minimum for me in my opinion to sustain yours may be lower yours may be more you know kirk off my buddy he likes to run like three to four k stand recovery i personally know i feel like it's you know a little bit too much for me i would rather have a little bit more damage it's all subjective really this whole video is subjective to really what your preferences are and what you're building for my health on the other hand this is not subjective i have 28 000 health minimum on all of my builds um that's just my personal threshold anything lower than that it just doesn't it doesn't feel right i feel like a little bit too squishy so this it could be just uh you know psychological thing i don't know a 28k health is my bare minimum that i go for now my weapon damage um i don't really go below 5k so if we buff up here real fast with our potion and rally and everything like that so this is my stats pretty much semi buffed up uh 6 500 weapon damage 2100 recovery uh my penetration is rather high at 13.7 but we have a lot of a lot of pin on this spec um from our gear sets from our you know light armor pieces here from our weapons we're using maces we're using a sharpened um so we have a lot of pin on this back our mundustone so yeah there's a lot of pin we have on this this is actually one of the higher penetration builds i've actually ran uh that i'm going to run next patch at least on my standblade now you look at my resistances and be like oh my goodness you are so squishy you're gonna die in two seconds well for me personally this is my resistance is 17k that's it that's how i run my standblade i don't need much more than that and also we're using um one piece magnum incarnate to get a little bit more sustain if we want to use our wild hunts we could obviously go two piece magma there to give us a little bit more mitigation but that's really irrelevant at this point because speed is king and pvp that's unhidden i guess on hidden gem in my opinion is the overall speed aspect of my build and how we play this thing it's the hit and run very bursty so we don't plan on getting hit in the first place so that is my stats uh the key takeaways again sam recovery nowhere below 2000 minimum that's for me personally 28k health and no less than 5k weapon damage buffed up with rally um other than that that's pretty much subjective where else you go with your spec you can go more weapon damage here so if you wanted to you know run a sword here instead of a mace we'll talk about all this stuff later on in the video but this is just trying to prepare you guys and talk about some stats now you're class dependent obviously we get some penetration for being a night blade so it's very dependent on a lot of aspects on your build it really is it really uh depends on your class your playstyle your gear you're wearing and a lot of things but ultimately there are some hidden stats and i really want to talk about those right now when creating a build there is always a baseline of stats you receive depending on your weapon choice your gear weights your gear quality and more what this means is regardless of the sets you choose you always gain stats this is where a problem arises as it's hard to pinpoint to an exact notion what you're shooting for because every building class are different before we really get into the fine details i think providing you guys with a sort of road map on how to optimize any build you make giving you guys a baseline and rule set i want to follow as a blanket statement can get you guys going in the right direction and understanding how builds actually work when creating any build it doesn't matter if it's magicka or stamina or hybrid these are some staples you must go for or i at least highly suggest you guys at least try out and see if you like it now this doesn't matter about gear it doesn't matter if you're running hunting's rage or leviathan or mother sorrow or anything this is literally a ground rules basic on how to make a build so the first and foremost the thing i think is the most important is gear quality i think when you're making a pvp build most pvpers don't have a lot of gold that's just a reality we're always making new builds always trying on new things so we're always pretty much broke in pve they basically have a metal shift every year and that is pretty much it and they go to all their gear but the most most important thing you can gold out is your weapons those are your main priority these will increase your weapon spell damage by about like 300 or more in certain aspects depending on traits which will ultimately make your build a lot stronger if you have more damage i mean 300 damage is like hunting's rage level damage and it's just increasing your weapon to a gold quality which can make a very big difference now for your gear wise purple is just fine i think a lot of my builds are pretty much running in purple gear still i mean obviously yes it makes a difference but the cost benefit analysis of me just goaling out every single piece of gear after i play so many builds all the time as is keeping my gear purple is okay so that's going to be your head chest legs belt hand whatever on the body right even your shields that can still be purple but the main ones you want to gold out is your weapons first now jewelry is a little bit of a caveat they are important after your weapons so you want to try to get to at least purple quality jewelry as blue is still a little bit lackluster and typically depending on your spec you want to go into infused on your jewelry trays to increase your damage with jewelry enchantments so the next most important thing is gear optimization basically in layman's turn what this means is putting the gear in the right spots to give you the most value for what you're wearing so say for example on this hypothetical build we're wanting to use five medium one heavy and one light so where exactly do we put our each of our gear pieces typically if you're making this build you always want to put the heavy on the chest the reason why is this gives you the most armor value out of any other piece so this is going to give you the most mitigation possible this is just a blanket statement staple on how everybody builds their character if you obviously know this if you don't then this is a big revelation to you to get a little bit more mitigation basically for free for just putting the the heavy chest on there now next it's going to be talking about where to place your light armor piece now you always if you're running five medium one heavy one light always try to put it on the belt the reason why is the belt has the least armor value and also light has at least armor value compared to medium so say for example we were to change this out so if we were to put a medium belt here this would give us 781 armor versus 523 and now if we were to change this out to our legs our medium legs give us 1823. our light legs give us 1221 so this is like a 600 armor value difference for just changing this out and then we're not gaining 600 value we're getting 200 so in reality we lost 400 armor for just putting our light pants here and a medium belt here we lost 400 armor out of thin air nothing changed about our build about our gear sets or anything it's just the armor value so this is a very big important thing i really can't drive home enough now the next smallest value is the hands so for example if you're wanting to run five heavy one light one medium okay so you'd obviously run the five heavy on the head chest shoulders legs and feet light belt and a medium hands this is the next biggest value compared to the light this is just this next smallest armor value compared to uh any other piece now the the armor values that are the same are the head the shoulders the legs and the feet these all have the same r value so 1823 for medium 1823 for medium 1823 for medium for the shoulders and 18 23 medium for the head they have all the same r value but their overall enchantments are a little bit different so now let's go into that now so enchantments are a very big deal in my opinion they're extremely overlooked i think from a lot of people especially newer players i think that their gear is more important actually getting all your like annoying nuance things out of the way like your enchants getting your gear organized correctly to give you the most value is actually a lot more important than basically the gear itself so having a tri-stat enchantment is very important typically whenever you're making a build you want to put tristat glyphs on the head the chest and the legs obviously i don't wouldn't have them here but it just it's just an example so head chest and legs tristat gives you magicka health and stamina this is going to give you overall more value than something like a 868 stamina legs would or or even um 954 health now as a budget aspect what you can do is you can run a health cliff just run a health cliff on your chest or your legs doesn't mean doesn't really make a difference you could maybe even do two health gloves and then at that point maybe go with stamina on your head if your stamina build or go magic on your head if you're a magic build now your small pieces if you want to get the you know basically the most broad amount of stats all triceps the way to go but you obviously will lose your dominant resource if you go in that aspect but you gain a little bit more health so it's really dependent but the tri-state glyphs are the most stat dense if you are obviously on a budget and can't afford tri-state glyphs like i said earlier running on a health cliff on the chest and legs and then run your dominant resource on your uh head and then for your smaller pieces this is going to give you the least enchant value so it's going to be your shoulders your belt your hands and your feet now typically most people will put the dominant resource here like if you're standing build you're going to put stamina glyphs here if you're magic you're obviously going to put magic lifts and if you want to get the most broad amount of hats like i said earlier make sure you use tri-stag lifts so now let's talk a little bit about gear trace now this one is is important uh to some degree but there are a few staples you want to maybe pay attention to and know typically whenever you're making a build if you don't know what you're doing and you're just starting on pvp go impenetrable this is just your basic most you know brainless way to set up a build this will give you mitigation on critical attacks which are very powerful in pvp and will ultimately reduce your mitigation quite a bit now this is just an easy way just to not go in too in depth uh to really explain this impin it's just a really good trait the next one in my opinion is reinforced this one will give you bigger armor value typically whenever you're using this you really only want to use this on the chest as it is the biggest armor value so you can get the most bang for your buck with the reinforced straight wall fitted is utilized on a lot of builds that have you know access to a little bit more stamina sustain and can utilize road lodge and sprint a little bit more as it helps with their sustain training is obviously going to be used for leveling up infused now this one is not the best in my opinion but it is still usable if you ever wanted to use infused i recommend you use infuse on the big pieces so that's gonna be the head chest and legs as this will affect your enchantments so this will make the enchantment bigger if you were to use this on the small pieces you wouldn't get as much value in my opinion uh because do you have a smaller enchantment on there anyways at 351 so it's going to be a 25 increase of that effect rather than on the bigger effect on the chest legs and uh head uh invigorating is really a trash tray don't really run this unless you just you know don't have anything else or don't want to trade change the vines is still decent i think it has a good potential on gankers or builds that really don't want to be tanky or or are never really hit in the first place they are definitely very decent now if you want to be very weird you can use nern honed now nerdhone is the most viable if you're using light armor this is the only caveat that'll make nirn honed even somewhat viable i hope they buff this in the future to make it semi-decent because it's literally the same exact thing as reinforced is but it's just a little bit different i'm not going to go too in-depth on it but this just increases your armor value by flat amounts rather than a percentage chance it's very weird i understand i don't know why they're double dipping in there this was like a probably a a thing that i've slipped through the crack that you know they haven't fixed it and new years at this point and lastly we have sturdy now this is a good trait nonetheless typically if you're gonna be blocking a lot or trying to you know hold block and survive in that aspect and that's your defensive measure then sturdy is a decent trait uh magic dks will utilize this some typically maybe use like two or three of sturdy and then use like two or three n pin and then use maybe you know one reinforced that could be you know broadening out your stats giving you a little bit of critical resistance and give you a little bit of block mitigation those are just some ideas and some staples that i recommend but the highlights the best armor traits are going to be m pin reinforced well fitted uh in my opinion those are the top three uh 30 is a is a decent one it but it's just too uh niche to certain specs and bills these will just give you the most broad amount of stats possible so now let's talk a little bit about weapon traits so in my opinion the best trait in a lot of people will agree with me is sharpened this will give you the most damage possible now there are a few caveats to this aspect because sometimes you will see people use nern honed um and they're they're both good don't get me wrong and sometimes you could even use them together if you're using dual wheels so this is where it gets into the nitty-gritty aspect of pvp and you really have to know your stuff so hypothetically if you're using a dual wheeled as your main damage bar typically on a lot of my builds here lately i've been using dual wield the best way to get the most damage possible is to use a nirnhone mace and a sharpened mace this will give you the most damage as nirnhold will have the same value as a one-handed weapon and a two-handed weapon so we actually get the most bang for your buck using this this will give you the most broad amount of stats giving you a little bit more weapon damage and uh some decent penetration especially paired with the macy's as those give penetration as well now other good traits are obviously powered this is a good back bar trait to give you extra healing on your back bar on your defensive bar very good trait and another good trait next patch is going to be charged now this trait will mainly widely be used on the dragonite and that's pretty much it you could see this used on wardens but mainly it's going to be the dks the reason why is charge got a pretty substantial buff for one but also dk's got an adjustment to some of the passives giving them more sustain when they proc certain sound effects like the burning and the poison effect so ultimately if you're using a do wheeled spec on the magic dk what's a very viable option is to use a neurone mace and a charged mace this is going to give you the most damage and the most charge aspect uh for blocking your effects obviously you're going to lose the extra penetration but you're going to be gaining the extra resource management from the charge straight another good trait is precise now this one isn't perfect by any means but this one could be a lot more viable next patch as critical uh like mechanical acuity pretty much got gutted so you could see some people using precise i still think probably sharpen and nirnhone is overall better though but precise does give you a hidden aspect of more healing potential especially if you have a heal on that bar um next we have infused now this one is a decent trait it's seen its former glory kind of fade away uh in the back as most people are running powered or even defending now but infused has some good aspects especially if you're using on the back bar with the 2x trying to get your most damage possible with the enchantment back there it's really not the best tray in my opinion it's really good for back bar resto if you're using the weapon to spell damage in tank giving you a lot of damage scaling uh whenever you're live attack waving but other than that and fuse is really not used for a damage bar anymore as sharp and it's pretty much taken uh its place now obviously another uh good trait is defending this is one of the better backfire traits uh with powered and defending probably being neck and neck really depending on your spec and your build and really what you're going for i prefer powered but some people prefer defending it's really up to you and your play style but ultimately defending will give you more mitigation which will cause you to have to heal for less so basically take that with a grain of salt it's really up to you on really what you want to build obviously uh training is uh for leveling um and decisive now this trait is only really going to be used on the dk because they use ultimate gen maybe even the warden but other than that you really won't see this trait use much outside of that this is kind of a back bar trait esque type of um thing you you could see this used uh where a defending trait would be or a power trait would be but decisive not the best but it has seen uh its uptick in use especially for gen builds like on the magic dragon knight definitely could be interesting but i think powered or defending is definitely better now that is really all for the traits this is again i want to reiterate this this is where the hidden stats are so let me talk about weapons real fast i think this is very important typically on builds uh magic or stamina if you're using a staff we're gonna talk about that here in a minute you're gonna have access to ellie drain but here's the thing but dual wheeled bar space is an issue on a lot of classes so typically you don't have access to running major breach or whatever so there's a kind of a work around with that using mace's so this gives us 650 armor penetration per base we have equipped so this will give us the same overall value of using a two-handed weapon that gives us 3 300 so 1650 plus 1650 is 3300 but the aspect that we're getting more benefit from the dual wield is we have this better passive in dual wood expert giving us six percent more weapon damage on our offhand this will ultimately scale for damage more and we'll also have access to two uh enchantments which is a lot more valuable in my opinion than just one enchantment uh there's a lot of different you know scenarios where 2h is better in aspects but honestly i prefer dual wield in most scenarios on a lot of classes mainly because of the change to adding the extra penetration on the twin blade and blunt you could even do swords so they give you a base 142 weapon and spell damage uh ultimately it's really dependent on you i just think the maces gave you the most damage possible and this is a staple on a lot of builds that i make for me if for any reason you are using a staff and want to to play a range class it's really depends typically obviously your your staff type matters if you want to use an inferno this is going to be for single target abilities lighting staff increases the area effect uh damage abilities by 10 percent and istaff gives you a little bit of block mitigation and block cost now typically if you're single target like a a mag sork you may want to use an inferno staff if you are maybe like a magden you may want to use a lightning staff or something something of that nature that's just you know some staples but what's a big thing here uh about uh the death star staff is gonna be the elemental drain and this is a very utilized skill on this type of weapon as it gives you 6k penetration as you guys remember for the maces if you're wanting to use dual wheels you don't get any close to that you get about 3300 penetration so ultimately if you can if you have room for ellie drain then it is very strong to do that but here's where a big thing comes into play versus maces is this gives us base penetration without having to waste a skill slot which is the value over destro in my opinion but say for example you can fit in a major breach aspect plus have this twin blade and blunt that's where i see the value of using maces over a staff in certain aspects obviously a staff is going to be utilized on more magic focused classes but nonetheless you know hybrid builds can technically use it now if you wanted to it could definitely be very interesting but just some ideas and concepts that i really could maybe hopefully provide some insight to you guys to help you with your builds and this is ultimately why in my opinion optimizing your build is so important because basically without even putting any gear on at all other than our weapon we're already gaining 3300 penetration if we're using a 2h mace or if you're using dual of maces we're already gaining penetration without even having any gear any type of penetration from our gear sets or anything just baseline stats for the weapons we are using so another important thing about builds is mundus stones which one do you pick which one is best for you ideally the best most all-around good monday stone is going to be the atronach for magic classes this gives you magic recovery uh that's gonna be probably used 90 of the time on most magic builds because they need a little bit more sustain stamina builds they're a little bit more lenient on the mine stones they use so one that most standard bills will utilize is the serpent this is just the opposite of atronach this just gives them stamina recovery this is the most stat dense mundustone in the game uh as it scales up very very well so for right here with the server we're getting 310 stamina recovery insane sustain uh like this will give you the same thing for the astronaut but for the mag recovery uh two of the best monday stones in my opinion in the game uh you utilize i mean if you don't know what you're doing and you're just making a build h if you're magic focus and serpent if you're staying out of focus if you feel like you have too much sustain then obviously you will change it up and maybe you can go into more damage for example you could use the lover this is a very good mundustone especially if you're hybrid based as it gives you penetration which is very undervalued in my opinion uh you could also use the apprentice if you want to have a little bit more spell damage if you're magic of focused or you can go with the warrior if you want a little bit more weapon damage now other ones the tower gives you max stamina not that big of a deal in my opinion mac stamina is really useless same thing with the mage other than if you're building insane max magic pool uh like with you know necropotence and crafty alfique the ritual was rarely ever used in my opinion this increases your healing done this is basically for healers about 80 this is like minor mending it's not that big of a deal in my opinion it's good don't get me wrong but just trading out the you know 310 stamina recovery over eight percent healing done i just don't think that it's that worth it uh in my opinion uh another one is the thief now this one could be utilized a lot more next patch mainly because they nerfed over like mechanical acuity so having a little bit more crit chance rating could definitely be very very viable because we have 38 weapon crate on this spec without even really buffing up so uh yeah we have decent uh weapon grit here uh for this build now the steed this one gives you uh movement speed and health recovery that recovery is really irrelevant you mainly will go with this movement or go with this monosome for the speed to make you a little bit faster which is very valuable in pvp now i i personally like this one a lot um i've used it on quite a few specs and builds uh it's it's really really fun to have the shadow this one is good if you want to have more critical damage scaling i would not recommend this this patch as mechanical cutie did get nerfed and that was really the only reason why we ran in the first place so i'm probably more than likely gonna go into either the lover uh or the crit chance mundus stone uh the thief so the thief or the lover or the warrior those are my three money stones at least for a lot of my standard builds that i'm looking at that i'm gonna test for me the warrior will increase my weapon damage basically increasing my healing power uh whenever i hit my you know vigor it's gonna increase my damage and that sort of thing while the lover will only increase my penetration and which will in turn increase my damage so like i said mundus stones they're a pretty big deal honestly i mean having the right one is as a pretty much a necessity for your build again the ones i recommend the most are the atronach if your magic and the serpent if you're stamina at that point you can adjust accordingly to whatever you want to run now really quickly here i want to talk about vampire now if you're a role player then obviously you don't have to be a vampire but i think if you want to be the best pvp build possible i think vampire is almost a necessity i used to be very skeptical of the cost increase of vampire i used to think that it was too much but honestly after you get used to it you really see the value of vamp the main reason why you go vamp in the first place is for the 30 damage mitigation whenever you get lower health this is the main reason why you go for this in the first place uh as it gives you a ton of mitigation regardless of the damage type so this really makes a big impact plus health recovery is really irrelevant it's been nerfed forever uh and it's really stupid i mean we have no health recovery as is anyways so vampire is pretty much a no-brainer because it does reduce our health recovery but it doesn't really freaking make a difference to that point so then another good passive especially if you're a knight blade or a class that uses uh you know elusive mist strike from the shadows is a definitely a very strong passive especially for stand blades or i guess even mag blades as well and you get basically a three 300 weapon spell damage for coming out of cloak it's very you know easy to get it and there it is boom uh weapon spell damage basically for free for uh just coming out of stealth now if you're magical elusive mist is definitely a very buggy skill but regardless it does give you a little bit of extra weapon and spell damage i highly recommend you guys give vampire a try if you have not yet you will definitely see the value from it especially when you get lower health and you're taking a lot less damage and you actually can survive and heal the cost increase would definitely have to be getting used to i recommend if you're going to do that maybe start an extra one uh recovery glyph or maybe even use a server at mundustown in conjunction with that to give you a little bit more sustain so you feel a-okay with your overall resource management so now let's really quickly go over some consumables and some potions so in my opinion the two best consumables in the game are be with sugar school food most magic classes will use this to give them tristat resources uh that's the main reason why this is the best you can use purple tristat which will get obviously more value from sugar skulls if you can't afford it it's honestly not too bad at least on on console but on pc i have no clue what the prices um lava foot super insulted is the best food for stamina in my opinion as you can spec your attributes to give you to 28 000 health and you get a lot of value from uh the mac stamina and the stem recovery so you don't even have to really ever use the serpent at least for the stan blade maybe for a few other specs you do but not at least for the stand blade you don't for the best potions overall triceps are the the best staple potions you have other ones you have resistance pots you have spell weapons spell damage pots it just depends on your spec you have a movable pots uh whatever you prefer um honestly i prefer a movable health and stamina for stamina builds and tri stats you also have some expensive heroism potions for the magic dk and the same decay you could definitely use those as well but ultimately tristat potions are probably your best and safest bet as they give you all three resources so now let's talk about your race now this is important but not exactly because races do make an impact yes they do if you're optimizing and trying to get the best out of your build i personally really do this but your race if you're just trying to play and have fun you can pick whatever race you want but i'm going to go through some of the races i'm not going to go in depth on like what exactly you know this is best in slot versus that and this gives this but this gives that i'm just going to tell you what they're used for so the breton is a very solid race for magic classes it is my favorite personally uh because of the cost reduction that's really the biggest thing that i like about the breton gives decent max magic and mac recovery the high elf is a semi-sustained semi-damage magical race because they get a little bit of max magic they get weapon spell damage uh they get five percent damage mitigation whenever they're using channel abilities so they're mainly more focused on the magicka templar aspect of classes but you can you know go bread not on a templar it really doesn't make a difference both are really good i prefer the bretton though but high off is definitely a good option as they do get a little bit of stamina sustain whenever they use a class ability argonians i think these clot i think this race is really underrated it used to be really really good back in the day mainly because of the of the potion extra resources you get so whenever you pop a potion you get about 3 000 extra resources uh you get some decent healing and you get some decent tri-stat stats for the argonian i think it's a very solid race uh you get some good healing done so ultimately argonian is probably one of the better hybrid races in my opinion definitely very solid you can use this on on all classes magic or stamina it's a very universal race the orc is going to be more benefited towards stamina they gain weapon damage and they obviously gain like in weapon and spell damage but they mainly gain a little bit of health and a little bit of stamina making them more of a focus of a stamina race they're more of like a brute type of melee focus really uh you know they kind of like deal damage and get a little bit of healing back so the orc in my opinion is one of the top races for stamina if you're going to play like a standblade stamp or that sort of thing orc is definitely a very very good one uh what else is definitely a contender next patch i'm really looking at what else uh mainly for a few different set options mainly whenever you're making builds you're looking for really good synergy between your race your sets minded stones it's really just a big cohesive synergy aspect whenever you're making builds i know it may be a little bit complicated uh you're just gonna take a little bit of experience and and time in the game but the reason why i'm looking at the wood elf is because of the chaotic whirlwind set it comes from the asylum and it's one it's the asylum dual the uh it looks really really good it's going to give you speed and the more mobius p you have the overall more damage this that's going to give you and what else gives you speed gives you a little bit of penetration gives you a little bit of stamina and stamina recovery so ultimately what else could definitely be a contender next patch at least for me personally dark elf is another good race i think this is the all-around damage race i think it's honestly better than the high elf in pretty much every way because it gives you you know magicka and stamina and weapon and spell damage uh it's really just a really overall solid race you can play both magic and stamina classes on this is similar to the argonian but just a little bit more damage route rather than the sustained route red guard is pretty much the worst race in the game don't really worry about it don't really run it it has a lot of sustain yes but no damage no extra health which how really helps you spec out your build redguard hopefully will receive a buff in the future but we'll definitely have to wait to see on that now the khajiit is definitely a fun race uh this is kind of a hybrid-esque race that gives you a little bit of mag recovery stam recovery uh tristat resources and it gives you critical damage and critical healing i think is very has been very underrated but i think it's getting a lot of shine especially with mechanical acuity but now that it's getting nerfed uh the khajiit may be dropped down and ranked just simply because of that alone um because mechanical and khajiit really paired well together because the critical healing is very very nice i still may run khajiit will have to wait to see because she is definitely a very good race uh probably a-ish tier i would say maybe not the best but it just depends on your spec and really what you're going for i think the nord is a decent option i used to be a nord back in the day when they had a lot of extra mitigation that got nerfed quite a bit but they're still decent they gained health stamina and a little bit of resistance is making them one of the tankier uh races and for all all of pvp they're the only class that has actual both physical and spell resistance then rather than just you know uh dispel resistance and then the imperial i think this is a good race as well uh overall for most stamina classes other than the stan blade i think the imperial is a very good race it gives you overall good cost reduction you can use this on imaginary dk stamp dk this is a very good hybrid race for next batch because reduces the cost of everything that you use uh by six percent including ultimates so ultimately you know that's pretty much all for the races in like five minutes all the good ones i recommend personally if you if i was to give you two races uh if you're gonna play stamina play an orc if you're gonna play magic play breton and if you're gonna play hybrid i would say play dark elf oregonian one of the two hybrid argonian and dark elf are pretty much um kind of in between but if you're playing magic play breton if you're playing stanley play orc those are my two solid recommendations can't go wrong with those at all for this video so when closing in this video i want to talk a little bit about stash and kind of give you guys some ballpark numbers you may want to shoot for typically for magic classes you're going to build a little bit more penetration typically for stamina builds you're going to build a little bit more into weapon damage mainly because magic classes have light armor that gives them penetration on you know the white armor pieces and medium armor has weapon damage on their on their passive so it's just how it ends up being you know kind of worked so typically you know magica is going to build more pens so they're going to have you know you know 910k base pen plus extra breeches in different aspects like that you know with the sundered effect and this with the thunder size effect they can probably push up to close to you know maybe 18k pen at the you know the higher ends like i said earlier in this video you don't want to invest so much into one stat because you're really going to see your other stats suffer if you go so far into penetration your tankiness and mitigation and healing power is going to be a lot weaker so there is a happy balance between all of them i found for most of my magic builds having you know no extra buffs on at all about six 7k 8k penetration uh without any extra breaches and then having breaches on top of that being about 14k is definitely solid now you can make this number bigger by using sets like balor with a in the same amount of ultimate but regardless that's just a ballpark number not trying to go too far into stats and trying to keep it as simple as possible recovery is really dependent on your class magic templars have a lot of base recovery magic decay typically go cause reduction it's really depends um mainly like i said you're going to go with atrium recovery on a lot of magic classes so typically it's it's advised on some like the mag sorc to have about 2k um but it really just depends i mean i don't really mean max work mag plug in any have anywhere between like 14 to 1800 it can sustain just fine because of the rune focus their honor the dead gives them a lot of magic back dk's have basically inherent sustaining with their ultimate gen uh because when they use ultimates they get resources back uh necromancers have a lot of basic sustain as as is anyways with their you know their mentors giving them sustained it's just classes are just different magic classes are built different and you really have to do a whole video on just that class uh it's it's really hard to encapsulate everything in one video now for stamina builds like i said earlier 28k health is a minimum and about 2k stamina recovery is what i like to use and no less than 5k weapon damage your penetration is basically going to be passively put on your character without really trying to trying to invest into it typically i look for sets that give me weapon damage give me some type of scaling in that regard so that'll increase my healing and my overall damage it really just depends you know the penetration you can really go high into it and use something like titanborn which could be very strong but ultimately i found the most success using sets that give me just base for all damage you know sets like saigen for the standblade uh even new moon is a very solid option you have sets like stone even that could be very good for stamina there's a lot of plethora of options that you have uh in my opinion that stamina can use over magic just because of their sheer amount of movement speed cutability and healing power and that's honestly really it for stats other than i guess resistances you get a lot of mitigation through you know overall movement speed cutting line of sighting if you build so much into resistances and mitigation you're not gonna have enough damage or sustain so typically that is my third aspect that i really don't care about too much because i know i'm going to be just fine with what i'm running as is i always like to prefer to play squishy specs anyways so it's really not a big deal for me to be about 20k resistances at minimum even less than that sometimes i i think on my sampler i have like 18k resistances which is basically nothing i'm really like wearing paper almost but i survived really well with my healing potential and my damage and my movement speed and i think most importantly that came really can't be said enough is you can have all the right stuff you can have all the right builds all the right enchantments traits jewelry all this stuff you can have all gold and you could still underperform based on somebody else mainly because of experience now it's easy to really farm gold and get all this all these builds if that's something you focus on but you can receive a lot more knowledge from actually just pvping with some scuffed gear that's decent that doesn't have to be amazing and can actually do better than people that have maxed out gear just because you know more and you can you know outflank them out maneuver them outsmart them outburst them and you just know more about the game i can't say that enough about you know gear in general it just it helps you but it doesn't solve the whole issue and the whole problem because even people that run proctard setups and builds if they're good it's going to make it even stronger so having really good gear on top of being a good player really makes builds broken honestly and that's what gets them you know typically nerfed as is but that is all for this video guys i hope this helped you you know kind of give you some knowledge about builds and fear crafting and pretty much the whole nine yards of what i go into when i think about builds and what's really important but that's it for me i hope you have a good rest of your day and i'll catch you guys in the next one peace [Music] so
