two locations how many units total it was 15 but law of right of redemption people have come they paid their delinquent bills we're now down to six but I wish there was more because I'm also Maddie's refundable deposit per unit so if you buy unit for $100 that's a hundred and ten that's a little something-something for the auctioneer and then a $50 refundable deposit after you clean out the unit everything has to be off the promises you'll get your $50 back you will have till Sunday 4:00 p.m. to clean out the unit if it takes more than that you'll have to deal with the management inside depending on what you got they'll be lenient and will be up to work with you because they want that unit cleaned out unfortunately we advertise 15 units and in the past three days we've had about ten that were paid off so we have six units and we're going to start in the back we have one huge unit that's a 12 by 25 and then we work our way up front everything is up here if you have any questions
