ELECTRO-SHOCKING My Backyard Fish Pond **CATCH CLEAN COOK**

well now we have a snake in the pond it won't kill you but it will definitely wake you up oh nice fast got you you're trying to get away we're eating Daryl I want to be able to eat somewhere else oh my God getting the pond ready I'm getting ready to get it birdied up you gotta stick behind you Daryl I stuck on the tractor I think probably man I can tell you've been in it this morning Daryl that's right folks today is backyard pond Improvement day we're going to be doing a bunch of different things all for the betterment of the one acre backyard Buffalo Pond we're going to be clearing the area around the pond gonna be picking up all of the trash Left Behind from all previous videos especially the videos where we put in slash removed gigantic boats then we're gonna bring an electroshock boat out here the electroshock boat has one purpose and one purpose alone and that is to Electrify the fish in my pond and get them to float up to the top of the water so we can scoop them up weigh them measure them and see how healthy the backyard pond actually is or isn't Daryl's just tractoring his heart out right now Daryl is one with the tractor now just because we're working on the Big Pawn today does not mean we can forget about the micropon and you guys have been asking for updates so before we move any further let's go visit the micropon and see what's going on over there I just got out of my mouth hey man be careful keep the snake eyes out yeah exactly that that's a non-venomous snake in fact those are the kind of snakes that you don't mind having around now you don't like to be super close to them or anything but I don't mind you don't catch them yeah go ahead try to catch him buddy oh I like the little snaps dude you just scared him well now we have a snake in the pond we literally have a snake that is a big snake well I think you would have got him okay well that's hilarious because I was just about to say there's really nothing new going on with the backyard or with the micro Pawn but um there's always stuff going on down here where is Timmy he had zero response to that snake being in here so I'm guessing he is his normal unaggressive self oh there he is yeah he's right there yep there we go yep there he is right there he's on the little edge of the liner the Pod liner it's kind of formed like a little shelf right there so he's still okay unfortunately like I said he's just not a big eater on camera I've come down here multiple times tried to feed him various different baits that I fed Timmy won in the past and Timmy too just doesn't have that dog in him he's just not a big eater but he's here he's alive and he's healthy track that's sick dude he's been here dude and I just took the camera down that was on the freaking tree I just had a camera on the tree it within the last day or two that is decently fresh because it's wet down here all the time because of this Creek that flows through dang that's really some of the first bobcat sign we've had out here yeah that figures as soon as I take the trail cam down from this tree and move it to a different area a freaking bobcat and a snake walk by [Music] pick it up and set it on there wow that was pretty heavy yeah that was more than I thought that was Heavy I thought it was gonna be oh Daryl's taking business calls on the tractor Daryl never stops working does he got to get all these big logs sticks and debris out of the main driving pass that way Daryl can hit every square inch of this Pond area down here with the bush hog which keeps us away from snakes Thorns things of that nature hit experience all right we've almost got it all taken care of Lucy you're gonna have to go back up to the house girl I don't think you can be in the water when their electric shocking it yeah you know Jay you know you check for that damn snake well we made a couple of trash runs and we put a pretty big dent in the remaining trash that was kind of in and around the pond there's still a couple pieces here and there but hell there might be pieces here and there for a long time the boat the electro shocking boat is going to be here any minute the question Still Remains What is the biggest bass in my backyard pond because we've put six and seven Pounders in there and this Pond has been active for almost 10 years now so in theory there could be a hidden 10 pounder in this Pond now it seems unlikely but I'm not going to say it's impossible there's been an otter just tearing my fish apart for the last couple years and I want to know what kind of damage that otter has done to the my official guess would be like a almost five pounder I'm gonna say like a 412 or something so that's what's holding the little electrical arms out there they are grab one of those something scary about these electrical octopuses right here do you all like your boat man thanks I like the rig got my dip net here ready I am ready to scoop oh my God they're in the water how strong of an electrical poles is that like is that if you were a human being in that water what would it do to you so it won't kill you but it will definitely wake you up you know what I mean for the fish it's more like we're just kind of tasing them sure yeah oh there's our homemade structure right there that's cool there probably should be some fish on that all right he's shocking the water right now what's gonna happen where are you fishy fishy there's a bass right there cold beer fast oh yeah oh my gosh my dude all right just chill for a minute buddy holy moly that was crazy dude he just went belly up and just came floating up you got to be quick on the dicknack game too come on fishy fish there's a bunch of structure right here there should be something Dude where's all the fish at oh got you he tried to get away tiny little fish he swam right into it I'm so sorry for your loss that was a tiny little bass there's another little one I'm just gonna let him chill so apparently yeah they have to swim like right into where these things are or else they're not gonna get shot come on gotta be somebody in that tree something's guarded over there oh a bunch of fish just ran right in front of us oh there's a little bass he got away oh there's two knives right off one piece of structure are you kidding me of two decent fast there's one right there slipping back here in the tree oh there was another one too there was three baths off that one piece of cover oh there's some more Bass there's two more come here Bass squares there's more pieces of cover over here so I bet you there's more fish come on where are you at show yourself come on now nothing wow okay okay that is surprising come on a bunch of bait fish a bunch of bait fish just turn belly out that's hilarious they were like someone were like that big babies they'll be fine here's the fish hotels from way back in the day and structure where are all the fishies oh yeah where'd you find him at he's just floating by himself yeah that was sick we've only made like one pass around the pond we've shocked up a ton of bass already there was a brand that I really wanted but I couldn't quite reach him forgot to mention if we zap up any catfish we are still trying to reduce those numbers so if we are able to scoop some neighbor Daryl's got a brand new fish taco recipe a drop on us today but seen a ton of bass so far caught a couple like really nice ones back there in that Cove let's make another pass hop on in buddy won't you here grab my net pull pull us to you there we go dude when you come across some fish it's so crazy oh yeah got him a little Bass [Music] come fast little buddy hey that's one of the smallest bass we found so far the numbers though the numbers seem to be pretty good yeah I mean we've caught like 10 so far keep your eye out got more sick oven also small oh another one Buck bass what is that I missed it over here buddies little brothers twin brothers the brand ad man see I think the parameter is so quick they get out of it in time see like that one just got away oh another Bass dang it these so far a little better he's twitching you're twitching in my hands come on gotta be some brim right here come on oh oh my gosh we definitely can't put him back look at that tiny large Belfast right there that's crazy he spawned like three months ago probably that's hilarious what we got is a bass right here almost right there I want it I don't know if I got it I did oh it's Bass I really thought I thought this one was a brand it's not a small Bass so let me see how many do you think we've netted so far like 20 another round there yeah 20. God we got a bunch of ass so far so ideally when you do an assessment on a pawn this size Sam what's like the ideal number like how many do you want to shock up or do you just want to get them all as many as we can to kind of see uh how the population really works you'll get a good sample of uh of all the fish population you have and so far you know primarily we've been shocking up a lot of bass so what that's telling me is that you're very best crowded right you know you've got a lot of predators and not enough prey and in moments like this I mean you can typically tell about their kind of all the same size I know we've got some different ones that look like probably about two three pounds yeah there was a couple good ones in there they're mostly that size like that's pretty much been the size I've been saying which is yeah this is typically what you're going to see normally you see these in a bass crowded now sometimes you'll have you know your outliers with your bigger fish and stuff like that like I had a guy bass crowded and all that I pulled up a six pounder I do we need Good Vibes we need a giant bass still we need a five pound bash we need a catfish we need a Brim we need it all ready to eat man and I'm ready that's right we really need a catfish oh something just flashed out but it got away oh I missed it it was a bass it's a bass it's a bass am I having a good time I can't hear anything y'all are saying it's so crazy because you sometimes you'll see the fish flicker yeah yeah like right before they get zapped nope or something oh that's a good one dang it come on stay shocked yo he went underneath the log dang it y'all look like a good sized fish that looked like the biggest bass of the day right there that breaks up now the one Founders we were catching yeah it's still not big but at least he's got a frame dude he's sniffing the freaking board right now oh yeah yeah look at my eyes twitching it's all right buddy we have to study you a Brim Ley got something other than a bass might be a copper nose might just be a regular bluegill but heck yeah there we go I knew they were out here man I bet you if you did circles like it came back to this tree every time there'd be fished on it every time oh it's a catfish oh catfish oh there he is oh here there was a catfish man dude you lost them he went belly up but he was still trying to get away oh I hope there's something good oh that's a good something oh okay well not big but once again decent decent sized bass he's thick oh attack fish too look at this fish fish oh come here we're eating today baby we're eating today we're eating Daryl we're eating is that the skinny freaking catfish my guy look at how skinny he's barely going to be able to feed anybody I can't believe it took got two catfish Daryl two catfish is enough for Jamaican catfish tacos right you start eating some of these bass and we got a few too many of those that it doesn't kill them or nothing just kind of knocks them out a chemical okay knock out okay oh really glad I didn't drink any of that it looks kind of looks like Gatorade it does it's actually in an orange Gatorade thing so what I'm assuming that calms them way down yeah so it's easier to grab and they're not because you know right now huh see yeah if I move toward them or anything they all spaz out there is like three or four or five even that are pretty decent size the baby ones you can see through there I take them out just because they ain't got much of a chance and more likely as these get bigger they're just gonna eat them all right you think it's taking an effect on them yet oh yeah I just grabbed that one by the tail and he didn't even move so yeah I'm guessing see how long they are right here my head about right there 42. these are definitely some Keepers that one's been Tagged so that means he's one of the original ones that we stocked that's kind of exciting let those two gentlemen go back but um um didn't even weigh them really 1.6 that looks like a two pounder to me I mean that's what I would have called it oh yeah definitely oh oh God they're just beating me I got my finger oh well damn it they're so angry at me for what I just put them through I'm sorry okay give y'all some more of that knockout Jesus go to sleep y'all just calm down okay these bass aren't huge but dang they have Spirit weigh him out I mean that doesn't mean these are the only bass in there these are just the ones that we found because some I think the bigger you know bigger ones like to go down deep and sometimes the current doesn't give enough to get them uh I still think there's bigger bass on there I still think there's I still think there's a couple that are elusive enough if they were under structure or something right just uh getting rid of these little ones is really primarily yeah right now see now with the rest of what we got in here I mean most of these you could kill them right I mean yeah most of them you could just get rid of them yeah let's check that let's check Mr brim out that's what I said but red ears and copper nose bluegill like this might be a copper nose bluegill but that I jumped some way bigger than that in there man the only the lone bluegill I know there's more in there it's a beautiful fish though it is beautiful colors see ya and at least you know now that you're you know your bass cried you already got all the bass that you need to throw out pretty much right here so got a good starting point look how grabby his spines are dude I think it's the same one that got caught on the net earlier dude you need to get your spines out of control see look he's trying to get me Andrew look at he is trying so hard yeah that's a good taco size catfish right there now that's a big catfish but man he is skinny he also very small he's awesome yeah very small oh God almost fell over put them in the basket easy now boy that's a 2.7 damn his size he should at least be three and a half four pounds at least yeah you can tell just by the shape of his head his body yeah he's a little skinny well we know we need some forage for these fish that's for sure all right well I know I am extremely hungry as I'm sure you are oh yeah now that we've got kind of a little unofficial report about the backyard Paul we've got an official report coming let's bring the fish that we caught over to neighbor Daryl's house to get them prepared for his new signature dish I like that shirt on you Daryl yeah put it up in your video through the brand you gotta gotta appreciate that about a man and that baby blue I mean that is just on Daryl really brings out brings out the eye color a little bit Jamaican jerked catfish tacos I'm excited a man come on everything about that sentence Caribbean Jerk action is that same thing Caribbean Jamaican jerks come break the islands today well it's Jamaican Jerk right because I guess Jamaican ones made up mostly jerks he's got like all spices [Music] so this is a poblano pepper which apparently is different than a jalapeno you're telling me these are not as hot on average but I've had mild jalapenos I've had jalapenos a freaking hot I couldn't eat okay I'm gonna try this it's 2 30. I've been fasting all day this time because I like spicy stuff you're right it feels like it's going to be spicy but it's just not oh it's not as spicy to me as a jalapeno that is shocking because when you first touch it with your mouth you're like oh my God this is about to rock my world but then it just doesn't it's got all the flavor without the spice chow chow right there if you're a big Chow Chow on your taco person I may try that avocado mixed with sour cream or yes yeah some cilantro and then those poblano peppers that he's about to grill up I mean so no matter how the fish turn out I mean the taco itself is going to be pretty Dynamite these tacos are about to be fire [Music] I just want to see how everybody assembles their taka because I kind of have a way that I like to do it yeah you know I like the sauce first I like the sauce to be on the tortilla not on the meat I want my sauce and then I put I like cheese put cheese on first you can't get the saucer up in there right right correct that's why you put sauce on before you put the cheese on the beach I like cilantro though big cilantro guys man this this fish is falling apart well I wasn't crazy about the bass because it falls apart on you well that's okay that just means tender to me yep cheese next you taking notes Andrew I am taking notes are you plotting your your first move Connor's gonna do everything online I want to be able to eat somewhere else it's also a man-sized taco right here you need to put the camera down right now make a taco do exactly what I just did set your taste buds free okay I will let them do that let them go free for a ride okay I can't wait oh my God [Music] we just finished eating I think every single one of us made a second Taco so yeah if that's any indication of how it tasted but just Dynamite all those flavors I've been in weird moods like the last year or two like I'm all about these new flavors and stuff so I am digging stuff like that Caribbean Jerk catfish tacos only the best here at Daryl's House kind of disappointed with the uh electricity survey that we took today with the fish I don't really know how I feel about it yet but I'm not sure if we shocked up every single fish that we could have but we definitely know a couple things one we have bass crowding going on we already kind of knew that means we have just too many small bass not enough forage for the bass we're gonna fix that problem really soon because I've already ordered a truckload of bait fish and I'm about to order a couple more based off of the information that I get back from these guys the second thing we found out is there are still catfish and there are still brand which we already knew that as well but those numbers for brim are definitely too low for what they should be so we're gonna have a stocking video coming really soon so smash that Thumbs Up Button if you guys are liking the backyard Pawn content we're going to try to get this Pawn back up to how it was not too long ago we also have an otter that we're gonna have to figure out how to deal with at some point in time which we've known about that for a long time as well Daryl's been trying to get me to trap this thing for like a year and I just keep putting it keep putting it off maybe now this is a wake-up call for me that I need to figure something out about this otter but most important thing is there's still bass in there there's still some decent ones in there I'm convinced there's some a couple big ones still swimming around we just didn't find them today going to continue with the stocking efforts guys stay tuned thank you for watching we out of here later [Music] foreign [Music]
