[Music] [Music] welcome everyone to the eagles nest online prayer house hey everybody good to have you here tonight you know we meet here every tuesday night from 7 to 8 pacific time yes and this is the place where heaven touches earth and as we join in the conversation with what's going on into heaven in heaven right now in fact this is this is a real truth is that heaven is the birthplace of the first 24 7 prayer gathering so it is and it's still going on it is still going on nonstop in heaven so we just want to thank you for uh joining with us once again for this broadcast you know we use stream yard and uh stream yard is a great uh a great tool but in doing that there is there are some some necessary things that you do so that you can uh participate in the comment section so that your comments will will show up and so you need to authorize stream yard to access your facebook information so that they can print your facebook name and your picture so there's some information up on the screen for you to take a look at yeah we just love that all of you uh can participate with us we can have conversations we can see your prayer requests we can see your comments we can see uh some of you begin to talk to one another and you give each other prophetic words and encouraging words and we love the conversational part of this as as a family just sharing uh what's happening and for my daughter kenisha and my grandson thank you so father we just as a team of of believers and a prayer warriors we join together right now every person listening right now is joining with elizabeth and we just pray for housing for her granddaughter kenisha and we just thank you and for our her daughter khanisha and her grandson so we thank you father for moving on their behalf you have that perfect place the perfect timing the amount of rent the neighbors the connections you've got it all laid out so we just pray that you would begin to open that up to her and and just let her have that divine encounter and appointment to find that place in a quick quick manner a place that actually will tick boxes uh of of things that she wants desire of desire that she wants for a place to live for her and her son and we just praise you father that you're moving in jesus name you know what uh listen uh elizabeth i just want to elizabeth joy i just want to tell you when tammy started praying i felt holy spirit on on what she was praying and so i just really feel like this is going to be an answer to prayer you'll be able to identify the provision through your prayer for certain things in the provision and i think this will be a real opportunity for you to to just experience the goodness of god being poured out in a specific way so yeah and i just really believe that that it's going to be happening in a in a quick manner and uh every desire is going to be met so we just bless you and your family we see some more prayer requests coming on right away here so let's go ahead and introduce our guests first yeah because we need some prayer warriors standing with us yes and then let's go back to some of these requests all right so our guests tonight are jan and george l rod and uh you know all of you need to know some really famous things about dan and george jordan george loves to drive his corvette whoa and fly airplanes and fly airplanes yeah george and jan loves to ride her horse so these guys are unusual people airplanes and horses yeah yeah and i i can't remember the official title jan you're holistic herbalist master herbalist so on top of everything else and george is a a proud vet and they're just amazing people both of them george is a teacher at the mission church jan works with the prophetic teams she works with the prayer teams and also the first impressions team so they're very very involved and we love them very much thanks you guys for being here tonight hey you know uh legacy dreamers is the fairest family and they're saying hi let's just look at this one andrew please uh hi andrew pray for truth to be spoken on my behalf on his behalf his career is at stake so uh we know we know andrew but we'd like for you guys just to pray for andrew okay sure so father in the name of jesus we just lift andrew up to you right now through the power and the blood of jesus christ we cancel every assignment of lies and we just ask for truth to be revealed we ask you holy spirit just go before him and just to make the crooked path straight and to open doors and knock down gates and then just be so present in this situation and we just come against every lie and we have truth in the name of jesus amen amen so be it lord we stand in agreement for that and not only will your career not be at stake you're going to find advancement through this in your career good word that's a good word i really like that you know that that part jan when you prayed for the crooked things to be made straight yeah because sometimes that's how lies are lies just make things make everything about the story be just a little crooked and just a little off-kilter so yeah i think that's a real super that's a real powerful powerful way that you guys prayed so thank you for that amen so andrew get back to us and let us know what's happening yeah let us know what's happening now can i push just push grace kim and it will switch oh good i didn't know that for sure i learned something new it's only been 16 months baby we're learning every day that's a good thing i want that to always be the case for sure yeah okay so uh grace grace's grace is such a uh we're looking forward to the day when we can actually meet grace face to face that would be grace face to face grace face to face grace is from south korea and she's been involved with our broadcast for almost this whole time and she's just a precious person but she uh she expressed to us several months ago that she was having a desire to move to back to england i think she's been in england before and so father we just want to pray for just encouragement over grace but also father for provision open doors and favor like she stated here father we just come into agreement with what she has stated father for provision open doors in favor for her in england so that she would be able to transition from where she is over to a uh to a whole new um a whole new set of circumstances in her life and we thank you for that in jesus name yeah amen i take that off sorry there we go go ahead go ahead okay so we're just going to go i thought i saw another one come by you have to still take that take that one down ah okay alex says hello mark and tammy and george and jan power bombs are coming at you we want to say hi to ella too from alabama hi ella ella is on here almost every week also yes and it's just wonderful to have you guys here here's evelyn evelyn cabal right here she's asking for free i can't get to it here it is there it is okay so everyone says uh please pray for my leg i'm having some numbness of my left foot toe and the back of my knees wow so would one of you guys like to take that one on so father in the name of jesus we just lift this lady up to you right now in jesus name and we just speak healing over her body and we command her body to come in alignment with the word of god for balance to be restored for any nerves to be yeah and firing properly for any nerve damage to go we just speak to this foot the left foot and her knees and we just command him to flow through her body right now in jesus name amen yeah and father we just pray that you'd give evelyn's peace and rest and just knowing father that you are moving on her behalf and that you would even help her at night when she sleeps lord that there would not be the pain and she would have rest and refreshing through the night so ella evelyn what uh what what i'd like for you to do while we just keep talking and moving on is just to kind of test out your test out your left foot um test out that area of numbness in your toe the back of your knees and just let us know in the comments section um how things are doing there um because when we pray we actually believe tonight we wanted to talk to uh talk with george and jan you know we like we like the format of of what we do because we we have conversation we share some ideas and some concepts and then we pray and release and impart share in prayer that that's a title we can i like that title share in prayer so tonight we actually wanted to talk about holy spirit some and uh and really from the perspective of holy spirit not not necessarily the line-by-line teaching because we've done that in the past with actually george and jan yeah george has just george and jan are both supreme teachers have pastored many churches through the years in nevada and california so they're just a a wealth of like actual scriptural information yeah and and a man and amazing stories too yes but you know it's holy spirit is our friend and i think we just want to kind of start a conversation from that perspective that holy spirit is our friend amen let me jump in here real quick and sure stop um we're taking on a subject that's inexhaustible tonight i think you're all aware of that and talk about holy spirit but i heard i heard a a story years ago where uh dick foth then president of bethany bible college had his his young son had hosted a sleepover and the next morning it was dick's job to get this one last young man home but he didn't know where the young man lived he had to get his directions from the young men that he was taking home and so they're driving down the road and he drives past the street and the young man says you should have turned there and then he responds with but there are three ways to my house and i know both of them and dick used that as a as a as a lead into teaching on the holy on holy spirit he said i just want you to know that there are thousands and thousands of ministries of the holy spirit and i know both of them we're looking we are looking at an inexhaustible subject so just fasten your seat belts and hang on for the ride because anytime you go anyplace with holy spirit it's going to be fun always always and you know that's why we're doing this again because last time we had you guys on along with pathy and al phillips uh we talked about holy spirit and we you know we just like are scratching the service surface so we just felt like we want to kind of continue on in that vein yeah so yeah and you know i was um just because i have like you know four little stories and i was asking holy spirit because that's kind of like you know what you're saying it's just like a relationship for me like a friend and so i was like holy spirit you know which one of these four do i tell and then i looked up and i saw grace's comment about provision and so i knew holy spirit was telling me start with that one you know just to encourage uh grace that i was just really having a bad day like financially there were some things going on and just recently and i was just like just down and i just told holy spirit i just need something i i know all the scriptures but i just need to know like you're present here taking care of my situation and that day we got over 200 refund from our insurance company because they wanted to give us a deduction of some kind you know you haven't been driving very much we're going to refund you two hundred dollars i was like what and then um i had ordered some jeans because you can't try anything on right now yeah i usually try on like 50 pair before one pair fit and soon the jeans fit i'm like that's a miracle thank you holy spirit because i just never can do that and then i reached in my pocket after i finished trying on uh jeans my old jeans and there were six dollars in there and so it was like these three things within and maybe a couple of hours and it was like that little thing that holy spirit was saying i got this i'm going to take care of this you know it's like right at that moment when you need it yes yeah i think you know what jan one of the things that really stands out to me as you're sharing the story is how easily in that circumstance and with those experiences how easily we all just dismiss those things as just coincidence just coincidences yeah well it's just a coincidence i had the six pocket or we just go wow i found six bucks we throw our pants down take the money but we don't reflect on the fact that we had just asked holy spirit we said we need something and then we we receive something and we miss that part of connecting those things and and holy spirit just is actively involved with every aspect of our lives yeah yeah that's cool that's that's a great story yeah i needed that that day there were just those little kisses from god you know from yeah really i'm going to take care of this so i wanted to tell you you know grace just to be encouraged by that because he's going to take care of the situation you're trusting him you're he wants that for you to trust him he's going to take care of that provision right right and i just put up joanna's comment because i wanted us to be encouraged here tonight that right away we hear from one of our listeners i want to get to know holy spirit more so i just think wow this is this is great that we're able to share this and talk about holy spirit tonight because actually it's one of he's one of my favorite ones to talk about he is our friend he's our best friend and uh he's just a part of our every minute of every day of our lives yeah yeah so i think i'm saying that she was asking god the same thing too asking for something to let me know so i think he sent you at the right time and i looked at your comment at the right time so he's just speaking to you letting you know he's got it he's going to help you he's going to get you there good amen great awesome such encouragement yeah i think you know i when i first got saved the guy that led me to the lord sat me down in the chair immediately in his living room and said i'm going to pray for you and you're going to get baptized in the holy spirit you're going to speak in tongues and then god's power is going to come on your life because you need power and i and i had no concept of what any of that meant yeah nothing i didn't even hardly know what being saved meant no i didn't know that i just knew that he and his friends were crazy people you know that's the part that i knew when tammy was part of that group crazy good crazy good crazy but i had no idea what that would mean in my own life but for me that experience unlocked so much that be that is revealed still to this day on a daily basis revealing you know who he is on my life and how important it is for us to have that relationship with him yeah it reminds me i want to read this scripture real quick um just to be reminded and and refreshed and and of who holy spirit is part of who he is there's like like george said it's so many faceted and you could talk forever and not say enough about who he is but john 14 26 says of holy spirit the helper he's your helper comforter advocate intercessor counselor strengthener he stands by you he is the holy spirit who the father sins in my name in my place to represent me and act on my behalf that's jesus speaking he will teach you all things he will teach you all things and he will help you remember everything that i have told you wow that's quite a job right there part of the holy spirit what his job is that he does so well is all of these things and i remember one time and so hear me out first then i'll explain but when i remember i was in this real struggle you know one time and and i was just trying to think of of ways i could should i go see a counselor should i go through a sozo do i need to do this do i need to do that you know i was thinking about all of these things which by the way i believe in every one of them love them and i think we do need to move into those realms and have those things in our lives but it was just there was a lesson in there for me and holy spirit said well tammy what about me what about me i am your counselor and so why don't you come to me first instead of trying to figure out how to work this out how to fix this what to do where to go and ask me and it was just such a lesson for me to like we need to start there when you know when we're in these situations where we need answers or we need direction and we don't know what to do or where to go or who to talk to or whatever is to holy spirit abides and lives inside of us and he is our counselor he also will lead us he'll guide us he'll teach us and it'll lead us into truth and so those promises alone wow that's that's amazing so i just want to encourage you to remember that next time it's let's not try to figure it out in our own understanding but let's ask holy spirit and let him be the one who can be our counselor and tell us what to do i've got a great quote by carl barth that just addresses that it says when we are at our wit's end for an answer holy spirit can give us an answer but how can he give us an answer when we are still well supplied with all sorts of answers of our own so good it's that what you just said i guess there's nothing we can do now except pray there no place now i can turn to except holy spirit it not that it would have occurred to us to start there oh yes the beginning point not the ending point exactly he's he's everything i talked frequently about verses of scripture that we don't believe we would never come out and say we don't believe them but in in the way we live our lives frequently we act as if we don't believe those and one of those is when jesus made the declaration to his disciples it's better for you that i go away there's not one in that group that would have agreed with that statement right could it possibly be better for us if you are not here anymore but jesus said it's better for you that i go away because if i go i can send holy spirit back we would love to have jesus here physically but he's only going to be in one place at one time but because he left sent holy spirit to us who is omnipresent he's with us everywhere all the time every moment of the day and sometimes sometimes he's just waiting patiently for us to call his name i had an experience just a couple days ago i shared with jan there's something that was going on in my life and i in the middle of the night i called out i called out to the holy spirit he said i was wondering when you were going to get around i've been doing this a long time folks and it's still sometimes i hear you george that is so true but you know that you know he's so persevering and faithful and just he's patient to just say hey hey tam i'm still here i'm still your number one you know like let's let's let's ask me first go with me yeah i'll do that too because i've done sozo before and you know different things um and sometimes it's just like what you're saying like one time i just had this thing happen and i was like holy spirit why did i later when i could just be alone and reflect like why did i respond that way and a lot of times we think well i don't get an answer you know i didn't hear anything but you have to pay attention to the little things you know so he just showed me a picture that took me all the way back to when i was five years old and i knew that that's when that thing had come in and holy spirit showed me it's like this is why you responded that way because when this happened when you were fine and so i just kind of worked through that just really simply with holy spirit and wow it was broke off and so but just paying attention to those little things that he may be that glimpse or that thought or that passing moment that he does when you ask him right right and i always love being reminded honestly because i'm an intercessor and i and jan i know you are too i just love being reminded all the time by holy spirit i am your intercessor you know i am praying for you i'm standing in the gap for you 24 7. there's a prayer meeting going on on your behalf now and jesus is at the right hand of the father and he only does what he sees his father doing so you've got father son and then holy spirit came as an intercessor so you've got the three of them and a great cloud of witnesses praying on our behalf 24 7. and when i'm just feeling overwhelmed i close my eyes and just try to visualize that powerful prayer meeting going on my behalf your behalf the listeners your behalf and it's just so comforting and powerful and and gives me the hope and the strength to kind of pick up and and not do this on my own yeah because i can move over that really easily too it's like okay you've given me a job now i have to do this because i'm a doer and then i have to just remind myself oh no i don't have to do this i have to rely on you to show me how to do this so so good there are so many so so many good good stories you know you wonder sometimes why we see so many miracles overseas sometimes sometimes they're not so able to hook up to google to get answers to all of their immediate questions you know you you go to a country like india or you go to a country like we've been in fiji and and we've been in i've been in sierra leone and west africa and you you pray for people there and and because they don't have options like we do they actually believe that when you pray for them something is going to happen and that's why they come for prayer yeah because they believe that prayer actually will change their circumstances and does and we have seen so many miraculous healings and and really touch us from god in foreign lands and part of that is what you guys talked about you know over here holy spirit is like the holy spirit is the the source the resource of last resort instead of the the resource that is our first option yeah and uh yeah that's that's a powerful i mean sometimes i this is just the way i think and i'm like i i picked their holy spirit over there going hey come on let me do my job like come on let's get on board with me and let's let's do this together let me let me do my job like okay access me you know i'm here hey george amended ago when you were talking i had this picture as you were talking about holy spirit knowing you know knowing things and he's not he's not an observer on the outside that if he turns his head might miss something happening to us oh my gosh i did not see you fall over how did you get so scuffed up he doesn't miss that because he lives in us yeah he's a part of us and he lives from the inside out not from the outside in like what you said jesus was not omnipresent he was in one place at one time god is omnipresent and so is holy spirit and so that's that's a really powerful little little perspective that's real important for us yeah it really is hey i just want to jump up here it's just really sticking out to me on here um hi lance and laurie hey you on here and i just want to uh speak to lance and lori just for a quick second and you know with the topic we're talking on holy spirit i just am sensing the holy spirit is is the really speaking both of you together as a couple uh there there are some answers and revelation uh coming that he will lead you and guide you and he will teach you he will show you um which way to go what to do when to do it uh and and also he will show you where to go to get what you need to make it happen um the answers are are coming down the pike he's working and he's moving and he is going to be that he's going to be there on time it's not going to be delayed and it's not going to be too late in any way shape or form it's perfect timing it just declare over you the rest and the peace of god in your heart and in your mind at the same time and that you will be able to so to speak put this thing to bed put it to rest because god is on the move for you and holy spirit is there to lead you and guide you into all truth in regards to that so we just speak that over you both in jesus name let us know lance if that resonates with you and lori and they carry a special grace because they provide coffee for us so yeah they have the best coffee shop in london yes and it's called inspire so if you're anywhere close to lodi yeah these two are powerhouses in the world and they have church in their coffee shop on wednesday nights and they are not only powerhouses but they're fun and they serve good coffee so winning right there what else is there it's fun and coffee oh good just said come on saying happy happy well that resonates that's powerful yeah uh we love you lance and lori wow awesome legacy dreamers look at legacy the ferris family get them tammy you've got a pointed finger that's okay that's a joke a family joke that we have watch out tammy has her not showing up here tell us your name we know we know you but we don't know who exactly you know i want to read again this has been sticking out to me for a couple of days i love it when it says in john 14 26 that um he in my place he will represent me and act on my behalf that's that's pretty amazing you know that that holy spirit is coming and acting on his on jesus behalf so you're talking about that george that you know he's going away but sending one greater than to act on his behalf and sometimes people go well you know we want we want we don't want jesus to go away like you say but that was the plan and that is that is a powerful powerful plan of the of the godhead right there amen yeah amen it's evelyn evelyn i don't know which evelyn i don't either evelyn who from facebook user we're just curious curious people want to know okay yeah i'm curious people wanted you know talking about trying to make things happen on your own i remember back a few months ago where i knew that there was a person in my life that was passing away and i just thought i haven't really made the commitment to pray with them like i had seen them pretty much every day for a couple years but just really hadn't made that you know conversation and and i was getting desperate now with holy spirit like i have to figure this out i have to i have to have this conversation and i didn't really know how to make it happen because the wife and daughter was always around and i knew i needed time alone with this person and i just kept thinking i just need like 15 minutes alone with this person and only holy spirit could have orchestrated all of this that that i don't know that i'd ever been alone with him up until this point and just circumstances i was in the house and some things had to happen and i was like look you two just go take care of what you need to i'll make sure he's okay and make sure he doesn't fall off his chair not even thinking you know i was just like this is what has to happen go take care of what you need to do and as soon as they close the door i'm like oh dad this is my 15 minutes alone and so i got to pray with them and he accepted jesus and just whole body just came into peace which was very agitated and just peace totally came over him and as soon as we finished talking and praying the others came back in like you know like we don't have to try to figure it out on our own because i was panicked like how am i going to make this happen and have this conversation alone and holy spirit like just ask me you know and he just totally made that happen i love that i love that you know we're never ever alone we're not left on our our our own to figure out this life and i'm so so thankful we may act like we're on our own trying to figure out this life sometimes but we're really really not alone and holy spirit is here like your guys were talking every moment of every day for the rest of our lives he's here to lead us and to guide us and and just actually to be our friend and to bring comfort you know to bring uh comfort to our weariness and to also rejoice with us in those times of rejoicing um just the best friend that you could ever have and never ever wavers at all i think i think for all of you that are that are viewing this or will view this in the future if there's one takeaway from tonight let it be that that holy spirit is your friend he is he lives inside of you and he wants to be able to be a part of every aspect of your life not just the crisis moments but but every aspect of your life that he will be involved in the crisis moments yeah but he also wants to be involved with the little the little fun parts of your life you know holy spirit i'd really like to be alone for like about 15 minutes here and then just wait and let holy spirit just make those things happen and uh and then thank him and go wow holy spirit that was amazing let's have some more fun together right yeah always remembering to take that time um to say thank you even if it's an hour later you've forgotten at the moment it's just like taking that time if if you were to your spouse had done something for you you would when it was over and they did that thing you would say thank you and the automatic response when holy spirit answers or or just the fact that you know he's there i'm just constantly saying thank you holy spirit for being here yeah thank you for being here with you do do that all the time i'm just reminded constantly thank you holy spirit that you're here yeah and you know honestly i want to say i just want to speak to some of you who go through these times of really feeling alone like it's heavy on you at times where you feel completely alone there's nobody there nobody there for you you know an exercise i i do i used to do and i still do to now but not nearly as much as that when i'm sensing or feeling that way that of lowness i kind of interrupt where i'm feeling what i'm feeling and i sit straight up and i just say out loud holy spirit i'm not alone you're here with me i feel i am feeling alone right now but that's not the fact that is not a fact you are here with me holy spirit thank you for being with me here right now and you know that help helps me to shift out of that mindset of really feeling alone and feeling overwhelmed with my life and it seems so simple and it is simple but sometimes we make it try to make it so complicated and so hard but interrupting your thought processes or your feelings and just speaking truth holy spirit i am not alone i feel alone but that's not my truth my truth is you are here with me you never leave me or forsake me he's powerful yeah sometimes sometimes we fail to or or we fear to allow him to do what he wants to do under the fear that he is going to overpower us and live our life for us that is not his his objective he does not want to overpower us to live our life for us he wants to empower us so he can live his life through us he's always comes as a friend he always comes gentle he's in in love and patience and understanding he just wants to be here for us so we can accomplish what he's put us here to do amen amen you know i want to i want to bring this around a little bit and um you know on may 23rd which has been about a month ago not quite a month ago uh but you know it was pentecost and um it was such a powerful time for me this year i mean it really should be every year but this year it was just really hitting me in a different way and so i just kind of whip went with what whole i felt holy spirit was was doing inside of me and some of the things he was speaking to me um about was you know pentecost is a is a day to remember you know there's that thing it's a day to remember that's a day but it really is a day to remember it's like even though pentecost happened way back then and it's in the bible when when pentecost comes around actually we should live in a state of pentecost if you will you know we should be living in a state of that every day of our lives but something that happens when when pentecost comes around he was talking to me about it's a day to remember like remembering is very important but remember unto something we don't just remember it happened and then go on our merry merry way but he was talking about re remembering and in our remembering we begin to reflect on the the wind and the fire and the power of god the dunamis power that fell and how they spoke in other tongues and how their lives were just transformed in a com in a moment with power um and then and then they began they began to be refreshed yeah and restored and so we can do that when pentecost came i began to to remember reflect then i became refreshed and i became restored and i actually was was was was encouraged to to push in the fact that holy spirit fell on the day of pentecost but he never left like well there's a concept just happened and then it was over i mean that was an event that happened but the power and the dunamis power of holy spirit falls on us and lives in us every day and so i just want to encourage you when some of these uh these like you know communion or pentecost or the these day these holidays days of remembrance days of remembrance come around to remember but remember it unto something don't just remember it and go on your merry way but what was it for you know remember communion remember me it says right and as you remember him in that we don't leave him in that state of dying on the cross and giving his life for us although we remember because when we remember it it humbles us it softens our hearts we become thankful but we we remember it into eternal life in freedom in this life and all that christ did for us so that now we live uh we live in power and in authority and in freedom like never before and so i'm glad you asked the question what was it for yes in in acts chapter 1 jesus is describing this event that is coming that you just described in past tense and he said when the holy spirit comes you shall receive power yes who be my witnesses yes to be my witnesses the whole purpose of pentecost the whole purpose of the outpouring of the holy spirit was to enable us to be his witnesses it's all about effectively telling the story of jesus that's what it's for amen time we think pentecost we need to remember that what was the purpose of pentecost to empower these these people that were scared out of their minds at that point they're you know they're hiding most of the time for fear of the jews and jesus said that when when the holy spirit comes he's going to empower you and when you receive this power you will be my witnesses that's the purpose of the coming of the holy spirit in the power amen i think too often we forget that we do forget that we forget to read the rest of the scripture of what it says that was for and just like jan and all of us sitting here giving testimony that is being a witness that is witnessing and testifying of the power of god the goodness of god the healing of god all of those things you we are being his witnesses as we even share here today so again i just want to say remember reflect be refreshed and be restored to the power and and to be his witnesses in all of the earth um for me too it's always like you know because raising kids and now you know we have grandkids it's like in the old testament they would say set up a memorial set up a reminder you know it's like imparting to the kids what this was about because we're supposed to do that pass that down to the next generations yeah it gets lost and a lot of things have been lost in previous you know couple decades or so and so it's important that we tell those stories and that people our kids and our grandkids know why we're celebrating that i think one of the things that that shows up here is that uh you know jesus his his instructions to his disciples were really detailed go stay in a room until something happens yeah and so i think i think what i what stands out to me in all of this is that something remarkable was going to happen to them that would not be a they would not with that they would not be able to explain away something would happen to them that would mark their lives that would not be able to be dismissed by an explanation of a pharisee of being drunk and so it was not like that and then i and i think it's really um it is it is uh symbolic here that paul spent all of his life reflecting on holy spirit and in teaching because as holy spirit began to reveal himself to the disciples to all of those guys in that time period paul had to decipher and had to explain and that's what he did over and over again for example in galatians he talks about okay holy spirit's here but but there's fruit that comes along with holy spirit and he talks about that well that that concept jesus never talked about jesus never said go sit in a room until the fruit comes yeah he just said go sit in the room until until you're in dude with power well what the heck does that mean and so then paul says do you know when holy spirit comes over your life you're going to be filled with fruit because holy spirit is a fruit giver and the fruit would be love joy kindness forbearance gentleness faithfulness self-control and and fruit comes into our lives and this becomes the continuation the continual work of holy spirit in us it's not just a one-time occurrence but it is a lifelong occurrence to let the fruit of the holy of holy spirit yeah be evidenced in our lives every day every day yes i think it's important to note that none of the people that were in the upper room that night their lives were ever the same after that no no greater example than peter yeah he walked with jesus peter saw the miracles he saw jesus raise people from the dead he saw him turn a few fish and and some bread into a feast for thousands and thousands of people he was there on the mount of transfiguration he saw all these miraculous things and yet when it came to crunch time on the night jesus was arrested he turned and ran all that wasn't enough all that wasn't enough in order to encourage him to embolden him to do what he was called to do for when pentecost came when the holy spirit came he was able to stand up and point his bony finger at those people and say you are the ones that crucified the lord of glory power comes with pentecost yes it does yes it does man just just saying that i'm just getting goosebumps it's like yes power in pentecost so with george right now let's just stick on this for just a minute can you just can you just pray and release that over over this audience you know that's what everybody is wanting yeah let me start with a quote by charles spurgeon he said every christian is either a missionary or he's an imposter that's that's putting it right out there isn't it that's it right bottom line that's that's the bottom line and holy spirit none of us want to be imposters you came you poured yourself out upon them and now on us to enable us to have the courage the strength everything necessary for us to go out as missionaries as witnesses to what jesus has done it's all about telling the story of jesus holy spirit help us keep our focus for all those that are listening tonight and we'll be listening help us keep our focus help us remember that as wonderful as the experience of of of you the holy spirit moving in our lives and and the wonderful prayer language that you give us the point of it all is for us to be witnesses yeah to proclaim the name of jesus yes so i released that on everyone watching tonight bringing a new anointing for evangelism a new anointing for telling the story of jesus a new desire that will burn within our hearts to proclaim the good good news of the gospel to the people that you brought in our lives that don't know you and are speeding toward a crisis eternity jesus said release that in us holy spirit we pray and we thank you for it in jesus name father we release over this entire audience father the baptism in your spirit baptism and holy spirit in jesus name father we release right now over every person that is watching this now or that will watch this in the future father your baptism of fire the baptism of holy spirit father we thank you father that as they're baptized father they will speak in new tongues that your power will just uh overwhelm them yes and in in in and take over every area of their life father filled with the power that comes only from from the father we thank you for that holy spirit for that baptism of fire in jesus name and for the moving of of uh the transformation of of hearts and lives uh because your fruit will begin to grow in every single person father in jesus name yes father no longer will there be anger and hostility and meanness but father patience love and kindness will overwhelm every listener in jesus name father we speak right now to every home that will be transformed by your power holy spirit as you as you are released as we release you as you go in to every home that every home will be transformed by the release of your presence in every life there in every home in jesus name and holy spirit we thank you for the miracle for the gifts of the spirit father we thank you for the miraculous way that you speak to us that we hear your voice that we see you and hear your voice and know you and comprehend the plans and purposes of god for our lives we thank you for that holy spirit that you're our teacher in our comfort and we praise you and thank you for that over this entire audience yeah over the cities that they live in the homes they live in over the regions that they live in yeah over the states and the nations that they live in holy spirit for the fresh outpouring that is being released right now to be your witnesses in jesus name yes and father i i just i just pray we pray father that you would just give a give revelation to every heart every listener that does not have the revelation of you as friend holy spirit just pray father that you would awaken them and give them that revelation of holy spirit being their best friend that they just they will not feel like they're a kind of sidelined but lord they will have that revelation of holy spirit being their best friend and father for those who have have kind of uh pulled away from that we're praying tonight father that hearts are softened and massaged by your hand of love and drawing them in and just revealing once again what a friend you are what a friend we have in jesus holy spirit you're our best friend we're so thankful we're so grateful for the intimate relationship that we have that it's not distant but it's close and that you stick closer than a brother so we thank you tonight that that revelation will come in whatever form it needs to whether that's never been known or whether that's been known and there's been a distance between we pray that the revelation of the friendship and the intimacy of of of relationship with holy spirit would be completely revealed and restored in jesus name yeah wow well i'd like to take 30 seconds to do a commercial come on do it this is a book called forgotten god by francis chan this is about the holy spirit that's the best book i've ever read on the holy on you some of you commented that you know you want to know holy spirit better get that book yes and uh and begin to and begin to just talk to holy spirit on a daily basis and your life will just be completely restored uh and changed forever you know i think it's it's uh it is almost ironic that as believers we're always looking for answers for everything where are you going with this mark and we and we we hang out and these are all good things we hang out in conferences we hang out at the you know we're always looking for the church that's got the best word the church that's got the most powerful anointed worship and those are all good things you know we're always looking for the best podcast the best man the the most anointed whatever it is but you know holy spirit is always is always our our go-to are always our go-to person yeah yes he is the most powerful communicator on the planet yes when pentecost when the day of pentecost happened and peter opened his mouth and pointed his bony finger like george said you know it says that 3 000 people were added to the church they all heard tongues of in their own languages god is able to speak your language to you yes it speaks your language to you amen and man this is this is a powerful night this is so powerful i'm getting all jazzed up i love you christian taurus he's uh hi christian hey sandra these guys are used to go to the mission before it was the mission before they backslid and moved and moved up to washington they're in washington now though they're they're powerful wonderful friends he said he is the life of the party and always worth the wait thankful for my comforter yeah come on baby christian that is talking you know friendship right there the way that you're addressing him and speaking so yeah right there's is that relationship so powerful wow we're at the end guys we're we've got like a couple of minutes left and there again it feels like we just scratched the surface and so let's just say this let's just say we need to do this again and continue in the vein of of just uh introducing people to holy who holy spirit is and helping people be restored to that relationship and you know george maybe you and jan and maybe we can get that book too we could read that book and and kind of share some of what's in there uh with the people and that would be a really fun thing to do i
