[Music] in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit amen dear Jesus in your presence now we want to meditate on the merits of your most sorrowful passion we offer you this prayer this prayer which we call in your divine mercy to open our hearts to the infinite merits of your life your death and your resurrection so we pray our Father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus I believe in God the Father Almighty Creator of heaven and earth and in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Spirit born of the Virgin Mary suffered under Pontius Pilate was crucified died and was buried he descended into hell on the third day he rose again from the dead he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty from there he will come to judge the living and the dead I believe in the Holy Spirit the Holy Catholic Church the communion of saints the forgiveness of sins the resurrection of the body and life everlasting amen he ternal father i offer to you the body blood soul and divinity of your dearly beloved son our lord jesus christ for the sake of his institution of the Eucharist as the memorial of his passion have mercy on us and on the whole world well the sake of his agony in the garden have mercy on us and on the whole world well the sake of his being scourge din crowned with thorns have mercy on us and on the whole world well the sake of his being condemned to death have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his carrying the cross and mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his falling under the weight of the cross have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his meeting his afflicted mother have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his accepting help in carrying the cross have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his receiving mercy from Veronica have mercy on us for the sake of his consoling the woman have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his being stripped have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his being crucified have mercy on us and on the whole world for the sake of his death on the cross have mercy on us for the sake of his being buried have mercy on us for the sake of his being raised from the dead have mercy on us eternal God in whom mercy is endless and the Treasury of compassion inexhaustible look highly upon us and increase your mercy in us that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will which is love and mercy itself amen a prayer for divine mercy o greatly merciful God infinite goodness today all mankind calls out from the abyss of its misery to your mercy to your compassion o God and it is with its mighty voice of misery that cries and gracious God do not reject the prayer of this Earth's exiles Oh Lord goodness beyond our understanding who are acquainted with our misery through and through and know that by our only power we cannot ascend to you we implore you anticipate us with your grace and keep on increasing your mercy in us that we may faithfully do your holy will all through our life and that that's our let the omnipotence of your mercy shield us from the darts of our salvations enemies that we may with confidence as your children away to your final coming that day known to you alone and we expect to obtain everything promised us by Jesus in spite of all of our wretchedness for Jesus is our hope through his merciful Heart as through an open gate we pass through to heaven amen let us pray oh Jesus eternal God we thank you for your countless graces and blessings that every beat of our heart be a new hymn of Thanksgiving to you and let every drop of our blood circulate only for you may our souls offer a hymn in continuous adoration of your divine mercy we love you Jesus and we trust in you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit amen
