The mask in the door gets me every time.
My favorite part is Mikey Day being flattered by his cast mates and doing that stepping around thing.
I said this in another thread when we first got this sketch, and I’ll say it again. I’m really glad this got cut for time. HOLD YOUR PITCHFORKS! If it would have made it to air, we would have never seen this version of the sketch. It would likely be a more polished version with less breaking, making this version 100x better!

I’ve watched this no less than thirty times. When Kenan comes out as Shanity (sp?) I lose it every time.
Yes!! I love it. SNL absolutely KILLS the things the writers clearly know best. This, Crucible Cast Party, Chicago Improv. The writers were all theater nerds and improv geeks growing up so their voices shine so well in that subject matter I love it
I've watched this sketch like once a day since it came out. I cannot get enough. There are some open breaks but the stifled laughter is the best.
Kyle looks ALIVE. I've never seen Mikey Day in this condition. Everyone is perfect, including Kenan and Kate.
Will bumping Aidy and how they both (and everyone) react is priceless. I've paused and rewatched that segment so many times because basically all 9 people are trying to contain themselves.
Also, just based on my passing the theater department on the way out of school...they nailed it. Kyle joking about running through the door is the most theater kid thing I've ever heard.
edit: Also, what is Cecily doing?? She legit looks ~15 years younger just with her facial expressions. This sketch is really something.
I feel like you can hear belly laughs from the audience after Mikey sings. Great sketch!
