heavier weight or longer time under tension uh usually heavier weight have your weight for like the same amount of reps but also the way you the the way that you graduate is by doing um a higher weight for less reps and then you'll get more used to it'll build some muscle and then you can work towards doing more reps with that higher weight brian read nine months of summage pretty swick
