hey welcome back I'm Adam I'm Brett and we are for the wall twins and tonight we cook again and you know what what a perfect night you do it absolutely beautiful here here in Central Florida we're going to give our take on Taco Bell's Crunchwrap supreme and since it's nighttime and it's you know probably close to that fourth meal what a perfect time to do that what a time to go to the if that sounds like something you'd be interested to see our take on the Crunchwrap supreme our version of Taco Bell's Crunchwrap supreme then stick around while we dig in I can't believe the wall twins they're right there that's one of them that's the other one I'm the other one like we said welcome back however if this is your first time to the channel welcome and consider subscribing and hit the love for cooking is well we have a huge love for cooking and we love the fact that we decided to bring it to this channel which is the wall twin so we're gonna try something that we actually like at fast food if you know our older stuff we did fast food reviews now here we're actually making food and reviewing them ourselves so tonight we got us doozy and I'm excited about this when Bret has done this one I have not and if you are a part of the Blackstone community you know or griddle community griddle nation you know that this is a relatively popular cook so once again we want to give our take on it so let's be clear this is our cake we know there's a hundred different ways to do this this is simply the way we like to do it so let's get into the groceries alright so here are the groceries that go in this amazing Crunchwrap supreme of course we got to start with a beef this is cow beef you know we don't make sure it's not that chicken beef or that pork we think I even that fish beef don't get confused think haven't you pointed it out welcome okay so then we got the start with their tortilla the one thing I want to point out specifically though we got the burrito tortilla because Bret made it before with just the large tortillas and it didn't work as well the burrito really helps it for the outer outer TM we'll get to that in a bit yep and then of course a smaller tortilla you can even use the street Street taco tortillas that I used before he's with the fajita signs these go hand in hand so smaller than just okay then we got tostadas cheese topping that we're just keep this taco bell we can make our own taco seasoning we could do other taco sees there's one that you like feel free to use it because this is taco bell's thing we're gonna talk about sour cream cheese and we got tomatoes and then this is what we're using we could also again make our own nacho cheese I can't wear it on Kay so where are you going with those Tostitos and this is a must I do love the Cholula as well but for this I've got to have my Taco Bell mild sauce which is my favorite we use the mild sauce obviously it's a dip after a lot of people love the hot sauce they like the green sauce the salsa verde yeah that ain't no fire sauce is whatever however mild is what we like to give it a really good flavor but let's go ahead and get this going Bret first things first we've got our ground beef so we've got just about a pound of ground before you throw that on yes throw down some oil oh man like I haven't done this a million times welcome to the Blackstone community Adam we are just using as you can see a little bit of a vegetable oil this is vegetable oil we're just gonna throw that down onto the griddle which has been on low-medium everywhere apparently low medium low I just moved my griddle so it's a little uneven I do need to get some more washers or adjust the Castor's just a little bit but for this cook Adam it's actually gonna work out because with this ground beef in this cook we don't actually drain the fat out of the beef like you'd only do when you're making tacos nice because of B the fats gonna render out and is actually gonna move to the back of this griddle so it's Adam you could have said you did that on purpose and you could have been bragging so good on you either way so he's talking the beef on and he's gonna get it going I let it brown on one side for a minute and then I'll kind of slice it start dicing it I prefer my ground beef in any dish that I do I'm using brownies like tacos like a spaghetti sauce things like that I like it very finely chopped I know a lot of people like chunks but I prefer this and especially for this type of a book you I prefer I would suggest or recommend it finally and we're gonna wait until this is browned and once the meat is brown went out of the taco season sis by the way this is a lot easier than I imagined it would be I've made a few times I have tried it with brown chicken as well absolutely amazing so whatever ground meat you want to use feel free music if I even use it with like shredded chicken or like that's brown in a quick man because we're not adding water with this type of seasoning calls for which most tacos James needs do we're only gonna use about 3/4 of this taco packets so Adam let me look at it very good and you can see see that fat that's kind of rendering out that way now sometimes what I like to do regardless of the seasoning I use I like things just a little bit saltier I don't put a whole lot but sometimes I'll put a little salt in really to pull out the flavor of the meat just something I like to do tonight we're not going to I can already smell that taco seasoning kind of content on there yeah we still have some more that we could put in there there you go man look at that and we're just mixing it up oh yeah mention all the way up you want that completely covered every piece of beef covered with a season now the one thing I do like about using the taco bell's seasoning it's this this actually is as close to a Taco Bell cook maybe even any fast food restaurant replicas that you would make of any dish this is this close to it what the first time I did it why I bit through it and I was like even though lettuce takes like tastes like off of a lettuce so you get the gist this is brown and cooked really fascinating this is ready to go Mac it's a really quick cook so we only use half of this and there's a reason for that so when Adam is done what he's gonna do is gonna take the ground beef and you can move it all the way to the right side or the back side of that that's just gonna kind of work as a warming station now for this video we're only gonna do one of these things one of these Crunchwrap Supremes and then we're done we're gonna make the rest for the families over and now we can start building this thing and this is a whole lot of fun and a whole lot of easy here we go check this out walk us through this so the first things we got address this madness we actually have to make the thing so we're gonna start with the large tortilla right there I don't go ahead and right in the center do about the same size of disc as that tota the tostada shell is in the case of the whole entire thing no no the what a tostada is well don't start out yeah gotcha so just that yeah make sure you're right in the middle that's yeah perfect right there and then turn there perfect you're gonna add beef and now you want to be careful here this is why I said you want to do the finely chopped you want to do the finely chop the beef because if you make it chunky again it can be it can make this thing a little bit too too thick too fat too chubby too chunky to that obesity and so it's gonna make a bit and and it's gonna make it hard for those the folds to happen as you fold it around so that's a good thing later I would say add another just one of those spoonfuls and then kind of flatten and spread around again okay perfect so now I'm gonna give you a toast Papa just Aptos Tata and I put it this side down there's no rhyme or reason other than it looks like it's gonna hold stuff better okay okay so first thing you do get a dowel up a dollop of Daisy we got Yap a dollop rabbit so a dollop of a dollop of Daisy of sour cream so then what you're gonna do is and then go ahead and there you go and then the cheese lovers that we already take some shredded cheese and cover that a nice little light layer nothing huge perfect now we're gonna go shredded lettuce Brett the mystery item shredded lettuce we forgot shredded lettuce this is the Crunchwrap supreme you do get that supreme crunch from the tostada however it gets a little help from his green buddy the LED operated iceberg lettuce which is what we have here let's go ahead and finish this bill yep all right so you're gonna grab yeah just that much you do not again you do not the key to this is you do not want to build that fat you do not want to build a high you want to build it just even layers as flat as you can especially because now the tomatoes are coming on next and they're gonna add another fluffiness level to this so just keep that in mind as you are building this so Adam go ahead and there you go maybe put some right over here it's lonely over there and then again because we love the cheese take another layer of the shredded cheese and toss it on there and now we get the smaller flour tortilla like that right in the center and here's we're gonna start to fold I have found the best way to fold is where you start closest to your body grab to your left and your see it's gonna kind of having that see how it's all naturally folded you see that look at that Wow yeah just as you can yep do it again yep you're just gonna keep going it's gonna not feel like it's gonna puff up it's gonna feel like you're not getting it right keep going get that last fold and they'll get that get that second last vote there you go okay hold that down and I have learned I have to try this several times so leave that pressure because it's almost like here I would say ironing or pressing down a pre-press and then if you're able to put it face down on here yep on there because what that's going to do is it's going to actually hold the folds over for another one how is it that atoms first Crunchwrap supreme is better than I don't all the 10 that I've made let's get on this okay don't forget oil at the telling you from a friend a friend told me heard about a guy you know I I it's a rumor it's the rumor mill this was on medium-low I went ahead and put this all the way down to low head since then he's been off for quite a while my black stone does cook a little bit hot so I didn't want to overcook these so I'm doing low and slow for these a little bit of oil yeah make sure the surface will get there and then we're gonna grab this slap it down man like that yep this is you know and so this one because the the black stone was already hot will go on maybe two to three minutes I've seen or heard as long as three to five minutes after a couple minutes Adams gonna look at it was got that nice toasted color he's gonna flip it and you're gonna see right on the camera of this beautiful contract support do I need to apply any pressure now or any go ahead just to help kind of higher on the sides yeah alright so just kind of hold it there you go and check to kind of take a check see if we got close enough oh dude that's toast k flip it now be careful cuz you don't wanna Oh Taco Bell is jealous of that Adam so we're probably going to go maybe a minute and a half Adams black stone cooks great want you to know the temperature how hot your black stone or your griddle goes you know how to cook it so we know this goes really quick the meat is already cooked so we're not like losing anything there so Adam go ahead and look right now that was done let's pull it off turn it off and here we go I'm gonna go get my knife all right so there we go just chop right you just go ahead just press right through oh man push down on it oh boy look at this open up look at this is the Taco Bell punch wrap the supreme oh man I gotta tell you Brett and I plan out our cooks I hadn't tried this one when I found out that Brett had already done it and was excited about it I knew I wanted to try and I got to say this is one of the more this is one of the cooks I've been more excited for your care to thunk Oh barely loving to say but Brett like we've said this can look amazing which it does Adam did a good job make it look it can smell amazing which absolutely puts us in a taco you can smell like Taco Bell but if this doesn't taste like Taco Bell which it will then this was all for naught cheers my brother we are south of the border right now oh my stars alive now we've caught our favorite sauce this does taste just like talking though I told you just put a little bit of this sauce on that let's taste that oh it's okay cheers the leek to that okay now this one just oh this is not good at the ballpark this is a very easy cook there's nothing tricky about it you can do your own version of it one thing that I've loved about these cooks they are very simple we try to keep this very simple we love learning how to do these cooks because as you can tell we get super excited when they turn out so well and we want to show you so that you can have the same excitement go out and press your family if you're on a cookout you could do a whole country up supreme right from your Blackstone griddle bring the ingredients you're good to go this is spectacular it is and one cool thing is you were talking right there on it they realize my house it's for like a tailgate we're happy it's Moab's at 22 imagine camping and forever with all so you're like hey who feels like Taco Bell I got you boom you are the star of the show of the night of the campi what seemed incredibly difficult was relatively simple as long as I kept everything in the middle folding that tortilla was relatively simple I love this this was awesome but Brett we've got mouths to feed we got yeah I'm the griddle so we got go get everybody we do this for the channel and now it's time to feed Adams family so we're gonna do that and just forward of it what are the wisest animal settings look like a little more nacho put it in on the side you can dip it put this on however you want maybe I'll go ahead and dip this in the queso as well the Bret let's go ahead and get up out of here so we can get my family fed but Bret aside from coming to make some amazing and Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supremes the Ford mill why else are we doing this cuz all we do is twin no matter what and with that we did you
