Create Fillable PDF Forms With PDF Editor

did you know that you can create fillable PDF forms with our PDF editor well let me show you how hey J formers welcome back I'm Kimberly and as you can see I'm currently in the landing page for creating those fillable PDF forms with our PDF editor now we're going to cover some things in this video but if you have any additional questions be sure to come back to this landing page or of course let us know Down Below in the comments now one great thing about this is if you already have a PDF that you have saved your computer you can upload it to jot form and jot form will automatically sense What fields need to be filled out now let's say you have that PDF that you want to turn into a form all you're going to need to do is click on that blue button that says convert PDF to a fillable form you'll choose this button right here that says upload document and you'll upload that PDF doc or doc x file and it's going to automatically map those fields but for this example let's go go ahead and head back and let's create that fillable PDF form now as you can see we have those two options we can create a new PDF form or we can import a PDF form just how we did before so let's go ahead and create a new PDF form and as you can see if you're already familiar with jot forms form Builder this feels very similar to that over on the left hand side you can see we have all of our normal form elements so let's go ahead and start dragging in the fields that we want so we know for sure that we're going to want their full name if I just click on it it's going to automatically put it above that submit button but let's say I want it to be below the submit button we can drag and drop these anywhere we want let's go ahead yes we'll delete that we'll click this again it's going to put it above that submit option now we have a lot of different things that we can choose from but we can also choose from some basic elements so right now we're in fields let's go ahead and jump over to basic elements and here you can see we can add anything from text heading images we can even add in a line we can add in a signature option as well and a few other things that might be pertinent to you with your PDF now one of the things with this is right now it's just a plain white PDF we can make this fit our brand to a t so over on the right hand side we can choose the paint roller which is going to be our settings and we can change the colors the fonts the line spacing a lot of different ways that we can make this fit our brand now let's go ahead and choose the PDF option let's preview and we have the option to view the form we can assign and we can even edit the form or we can download the form as well so let's go ahead and view this form perfect we can see that we have the name in the email go and exit out of that and we can turn off the preview PDF option and then we have the same type build settings and publish buttons in the top middle as well so if we head over to settings you can see that we have some email settings that we can play with we even have some form settings just like in our normal form settings and as always we have some really awesome Integrations that you can use to integrate with your form if we head over to publish we can download our PDF just like we did before and it really is as simple as that if you have any questions about how to create a fillable PDF with our PDF editor let us know Down Below in the comments if you like this video and you got some value definitely hit that like button and don't forget to subscribe and turn on the Bell so you get notification every time we put out a new video I'll see you next [Music] time
