and do our thing all right the flav city posse is going crazy for a good reason check it out everyone the best in class bobby approved organic turkey breast is on sale this really never happens it's three dollars off so the price per pound is 594 which we'll talk about in a second but this is available nationwide now the dietz and watson organic turkey breast it's a three pack right gina there's three in there you can freeze them if you want so feel free to load up as much as you want but the cool thing about this boom there it goes gino the cool thing about this is that there's no other ingredients if you look in here it's just where's the ingredients there we go look at the ingredients here turkey breast water a little bit of salt and vinegar a lot of these will have natural flavors added sugar this is literally best in class also best in class is the price hey brad at 594 pound that's probably 60 to 70 percent cheaper than most organic turkeys at the store the best in class one brad over here these are so popular they're duke's shorty sausages i love the name shorty sausages i mean the price is gangbusters right 330 offs you're talking about a pound bag for 7.69 the thing is these are keto right but let's look what's going on here so some people might just look at the macros and be like okay there's basically no carbs in here it's pork i'm good to go but on our channel we read the ingredients so how are they doing it well it's pork it's not organic pork it's not pasteurized so unfortunately it's gmo factory farm pork there's a touch of cane sugar but the macros show less than one per link or two links so i can live with that to be honest the thing is if we keep reading here why are they putting palm oil in there palm oil is highly processed bad for the environment and highly inflammatory i'm not sure why it's in a shorty sausage there's natural flavors last time i checked bread the natural flavor of pork is pretty darn good by itself but look at this in the actual beef casing there there's caramel coloring that's only to make the casing look darker the problem is caramel calling is really bad for your health so yes these technically are keto but this is what i call not clean keto so i unfortunately would put those back i know the price is super super alluring there but i would go through the flavor city caravan here we're going to show a better alternative of beef stick here and it's right here it's not on sale but still this price is unbelievable these are keto these are paleo and the only difference for between these are i've shown it many times in the past instead of pork it's beef but it's grass-fed pasture-raised beef there's no cane sugar the beef casing has no caramel coloring the macros are clean as a whistle so this is the kind of stuff you want to eat i know the other ones have good macros but gene isn't this what you want to put in your body absolutely see and jean's on keto he knows how to do it proper now if we mosey back in here my brazilian friend is looking exactly what i wanted to see here i love how we're just taking over the aisle here this is so great right the moms are here the babies are everyone's here um these are on sale these are the pure bars now very interesting because if you want to feed your kids some snacks you want to give them low sugar snacks right this is one of your better options these are organic fruit bars i love the fact they're organic because this kind of fruit should be right when you're looking at strawberries berries are in the dirty dozen raspberries too bananas not so much now listen they're not ideal you look at the ingredients they are sweetened with a little bit of fruit juice concentrate i don't think you need that and there is five grams which just so you know this is sebastian salvatore five grams is just over one teaspoon of sugar that's not horrible per se but they do put natural flavors in here too which is kind of a bummer so these are not ideal but the price is right and here's the deal if you compare it to something like how many parents right how many parents give their kids something like this welch's fruit snack so if you compare those to these these don't have fruit juice concentrate these have gmo corn syrup cane sugar but the scary part is there's artificial flavors and there's red number 40 and blue number one that is a hardcore no and the sugar is almost double so if you're at costco these are your best choice for a fruit snack for your kids and that price is totally local man i don't see it here brad you seeing a ghee down there so a lot more costco's are starting to carry grass-fed yi and i'm getting dms and emails about it if you have the grass-fed ghee at your costco sometimes it's a brand called ancient ancient something if it's the grass-fed ghee it's an amazing price get it i wish they would carry it here but if you want to start cooking with ghee which i highly recommend you do thrive market has one of right she just picked up a bag she's super stoked about it gonna give it to salvador there this is i believe nationwide now because it's in the coupon book so it means it has to be around the country purely elizabeth paleo and keto what the what grain-free granola my friends even the non-sale price is totally goofy that price right there of four dollars off is probably over 55 to 60 cheaper than any grocery and i love this brand they do a fantastic job because we don't eat oats at home so this is grain free oat free but look how they do this they just supplement it with tons of nuts and seeds pumpkin seeds which are really high in zinc which is great for your immune system sunflower seeds coconut flakes almonds a touch of coconut sugar which is the paleo sweetener mct medium chain triglycerides are great for your brain and energy come on chia seeds real vanilla not vanilla flavoring look at this so it says it's keto it's seven net carbs nine total carbs minus the fiber seven net carbs per third cup that's still a touch high to be keto but still it's very low four grams of added paleo coconut sugar and look at the rest of the ingredients and macros there this is unbelievable i vouch for this just like the mafia i vouch for this one if you don't love it you can come after me or just return it obviously costco is the best return policy ever where brad how good is this brad brad vouchers for it too this stuff is literally fantastic it's better even if you're not paleo or grain free or keto get this over the granola down there that has oats which i think are very bloating and tons of cane sugar because at that price it's fantastic there is one other keto option i'll show you down there um but jean is standing right by a snack that is so overlooked it's wild caught sardines packed in olive oil and they're on sale that price seven dollars for what is that six four point three seven ounce containers some people just for some reason give these a bad wrap desi loves these i like them on like a keto toast with avocado the cool things about this number one it's in olive oil a lot of these are packed in water or sometimes vegetable oil but look at this because it's packed in olive oil and because sardines are just so dark nutrient dense there are 1700 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids in the sardines there's vitamin d there's a buttload of protein and also because it's packed in olive oil olive oil is rich in polyphenols this is the super food snack of the day put this on a low carb or keto toast with some avocado oil that my friends at that price is winning are you going to try that my friend huh that's got your name written all over it um let's show them brad real quick the other option for keto granola is here now it's not quite as clean as the purely elizabeth but it's the lacanto granola and it's actually being discontinued so it's going to be gone pretty soon and it is lower carb so if you're diabetic or keto this is more to your liking because look at this it's 10 grams of total minus the fiber is seven minus the sugar alcohol five so it's two net carbs that's more keto diabetic friendly than the seven uh net carbs that the other one was the only thing and literally the only thing i don't like about this one is the fat they use natural flavors but everything else is super duper clean it uses the monk fruit combined with the erythritol that's non-gmo just keep in mind some people get a bloating effect from erythritol so it's not for you but if you're keto diabetic i don't mind you having the natural flavors in case you don't know natural flavors are just a fancier way of saying artificial flavors but i'd rather you have natural flavors than excessive or added cane sugar or even coconut sugar in that case because i won't spike your blood sugar so this is for you if you're super keto or super diabetic otherwise be like the flavor city posse go get the purely elizabeth oh that sale is amazing all right team should we move on yes yes the enthusiasm is off the chart let's go this is exciting the keto pancake mix is on sale for four dollars off this has gene's name written all over it got soraya's name written all over it maybe his two we never know this is one of the better low-carb diabetic gluten-free pancake mixes on the market and normally it's way more expensive at most stores but with the sale price it's crazy here it's birch bender's keto pancake mix look at the ingredients here almond flour tiger nut flour in case you don't know tiger nut is one of the highest fat lowest carb nuts in the world coconut flour a touch of cassava starch a little bit of buttermilk like most pancake mixes have but look at this 10 grams of net carbs 5 grams of fiber there's 5 grams of net carbs in there this is unbelievable now not everyone loves the flavor of these it's not maybe the same as using a pancake mix from down there loaded with gluten but there is a better one on the market from amazon called high key the high key original one tastes amazing but this still tastes good in my opinion the ingredients are crazy instead of eating starchy gluten in there it's going to bloat you and make you go to sleep this is the kind of stuff you want to eat that price of four dollars off i mean come on it's costco try it out you don't like it you can always return it they have the best return policy in the land but gino gives this to his kids right absolutely puts a little lilies of sugar-free chocolate chips in there and he's good to go try this out at that price it's a no-brainer all right this is the first la costco sample person is a flavor city fan here say hi to lynn hi lynn lin's a big flavor city fan she's actually a big rose fan right yeah that's right she's a big rose fan thank you i appreciate that she's demoing the birthday cake popcorn today which is not bobby approved but she's okay thank you lynn bye i always go to the drinks here just to see if by any chance my favorite pack of spin drift is on sale when this goes on sale next i'm gonna buy so many because we have an outdoor kitchen fridge now this is one of the best barbie approved drinks without natural flavors but i wasn't expecting this the spindrift lime flavored which is not the most desirable flavor is being discontinued the star because it's being discontinued they want to get it out of the warehouse three dollars off 37 cents per can it's not as sexy as like the raspberry one or the mango one right over there by the flavor city team but this is great stuff it goes great with the kielbasa sausages that's on sale it's because it's one of the only ones where is it here we go it's the only one on the market that doesn't have natural flavors it has real juice in there so listen i would get that i'll stick it in my outdoor fridge at three dollars off that's an amazing deal but when that goes on sale over there i am gonna load up all right onward we go bye lynn say
