warehouse and finish part two of costco what's on sale right now okay everyone say hello to soraya she's brazilian she's a big flavor city fan she came out today how many pounds have you lost sorry 30 pounds in less than about five or six months which is very exciting and she's looking at something that's cool it's on sale it's mateo's gourmet salsa now the price is rock bottom with the sale a dollar fifty off cerayo so that's two pounds for five dollars now typically people would put chips in there but since soraya is on her weight loss journey maybe some celery right maybe some carrots or some beet chips or something like that this is cool this is very good exactly mateo's gourmet salsa uniquely different they are not responsible for obsession i got that's a nice little gimmick there but look it's clean as can be tomatoes peppers garlic vinegar looks good to me what do you think zaraya it's it is it's bobby approved now i do wish the tomatoes were organic because tomatoes are on dirty dozen but still it's okay because some salsas will have added cane sugar if you ever see that you don't want to put that in your body but this is great at 150 off soraya is going to load up on that you guys should load up on it too obrigado stop the presses what is this i see grass-fed beef in the frozen section here but it's four one pound packs it's not the burgers here look at this it's four one pound sleeves now here's the deal a lot of costco's have this it's the grass-fed beef patties here and it's a hundred percent grass-fed beef at 3.99 a pound that's pretty common which is amazing right but i've never seen this this is grass-fed bricks the only weird thing is i don't see anywhere on the package here where it says a hundred percent grass-fed or grass-fed or grass finished if it doesn't say that it usually is finished on grain which kind of defeats the purpose and the health benefits of grass-fed the weird thing is too this is 450 a pound for the bricks and the preformed burgers is four dollars a pound and we know for a fact it's 100 grass-fed beef and the cool thing is too i believe it's 80 20. i see that it's 80 percent beef 20 fat there which is the ideal beef to fat ratio so i don't know if this one is 100 grass-fed it's interesting to have it i'd say just skip that we don't know if it's 100 grass fed it's a little more expensive get this one you can form those burger patties into anything you want meatballs meatloaf at that price with those kind of uh fat to beef ratio that's fantastic and the main reason we came in this aisle here was soraya have you ever had the veggie burgers here you've had them these are probably the better veggie burgers here at costco it's the dr prager's organic california knows how to party and make veggie burgers they're on sale i mean the sale price is redonkadon 12 burgers for 8.39 how much is that per 6960 dude 69 cents a burger that's insane these are actually one of the better burgers on the market now they're not perfect but they still are bobby approved dr prager's is a real doctor's family and the ingredients are better than most on the market everything's organic love to see that um the soybeans are organic i think they put them in there just to jack up the protein i don't love soybeans but i'm okay with it uh and everything else is solid my only question to the dr pragers is why are they using organic expeller pressed canola oil they should really swap that out with a heart healthy or non-inflammatory oil like an avocado oil extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil that being said macros are really really solid i just wish that oil would be swapped out but besides that i've seen many veggie burgers uh this is one of the better ones on the market and at 69 dude 69 cents a burger that is winning all right brad found it this is a pretty cool item on sale and i use it quite often it's the foodsaver and the foodsaver bags this deal is dynasty it's 50 off the machine and 10 off the bag and it's the new machine the one i have at home is the older model this is really cool and if you know how to use it you can preserve your food a lot longer when you freeze it because it won't get freezer burn it sucks all the air out of there and the bags are not like flimsy plastic they're actually food grade plastic so if you wanted to you could sous-vie in there the cool thing about this also is i use it to marinate meat you guys have one of these yes they're really good aren't they oh we love it it's the best thing ever marinate your meat on there yeah we buy the meat here and we package it up and i marinated them and froze it marinated oh you froze and marinated and then you take it out that's a pro move i've never heard of that thank you for sharing that very cool because the reason marinating works so well is you can seal it in the bag with your juices your marinade and then suck the air out and that'll speed up the marination process so if i don't have a lot of time to marinate i'll do that and it forces the marinade into the meat or you can do what the nice lady says freeze it with the marinade try it out i'm telling you i really like this thing and for that sale it's totally winning is that one discontinued too brad it is we're seeing this disturbing trend where some of my favorite stuff is being discontinued and this is one case of it so this is kitchen and love red quinoa cooked with garlic and extra virgin olive oil and we're looking at the ingredients here and we're like dang this is an amazing product with best in class ingredients quinoa if you're going to eat grains which technically it's a seed it's a complex carbohydrate cooked in evoo polyphenol antioxidant rich evo and that's it i mean look at that there's no added sugar there's barely any sodium in one cup right here the price is amazing look at that you get eight cups for ten dollars the problem is when you see a star like that it's being discontinued so listen i don't know how long it's going to be here i would run don't walk on over to costco but we keep walking around brad and i and the flame city posse and we're seeing all this great stuff that's being discontinued you better bring in even better stuff costco if you replace that with bad stuff i'm gonna be upset um but speaking of replacing check this out okay we've always had hemp hearts at costco but they used to be manitoba from canada i guess canada got the boot unfortunately uh and kirkland brought in their own hand parts and the price went down so hemp parts are not cheap and there's a reason why i'll tell you i'm pretty sure maybe someone could leave a comment down below the old price was i want to say two bucks more expensive now the kirkland price is even cheaper instead of being from canada is product of lithuania so it's coming from eastern europe but the cool thing about hemp hearts is you can eat them raw but they are loaded with amazing minerals look at that manganese magnesium phosphorus iron protein fiber low carb this stuff is amazing if you don't know how to use it just blend it into your smoothies i have a great recipe on flavorcity.com for pumpkin spiced hemp heart oatmeal that's diabetic and keto friendly i'll leave that link down below these are a real deal legit superfood at that price coming from good old lithuania scoop on that i kind of feel bad for canada we don't have manitoba anymore but hey we're saving money so it's bobby approved it's battle of the ice cream we got ice cream on sale here but then gene and soraya are looking at the keto ice cream a lot of people are going to be drawn to this this is three dollars off of the greek yogurt bars from yasuos the thing is just because it says greek yogurt doesn't mean it's necessarily going to be healthy so it's mint chocolate chip greek yogurt bars the thing is sure greek yogurt is superior in general but it's made with non-fat greek yogurt i prefer full fat because in the fat actually lives the omega-3 fatty acids but the problem is there's quite a bit of sugar in here there's sugar in the chocolate chips which is normal uh there's sugar up really high in the ingredients here there's also gmo corn maltodextrin and natural flavors here but one bar has nine grams of added sugar that's over two teaspoons that's a little too much for me it is healthier than some other options obviously way better than a drumstick the kind of stuff i grew up on so not ideal and it's not on sale what do you think of that gino pretty good pretty good so these are the keto bars they're available nationwide they're not on sale but for 33 cents a bar check this out so there's no added sugar here because instead they're using keto sweeteners like erythritol and stevia there is natural flavors here but almost all ice creams have it so i'm okay with it in this place and then look at this the other ingredients are clean as can be it's not organic but once again very few are and i've tasted it it actually tastes pretty good it's keto approved so gene can have it soraya gotta have it too uh fantastic stuff what's the net carbs on that it's two grams of net carbs so i'd rather you get that if you want to get your ice cream fix that costco over the greek yogurt bars for sure i watch your vlog thank you say hi to everyone on youtube she watches the blog i do you're very sweet and rose of course too of course that's awesome somebody's got to be the star of this so i'm not the star anymore rose has taken over for sure i think gene is holding something pretty new here those are a new flavor wisp gene yes very cool and that's keto approved diabetic and gluten free and gene you've lost how much weight on keto about 45 pounds 45 pounds on keto it's amazing and this is the ultimate keto snack so this is what it is wisps but it's a new flavor it's asiago pepper jack they always have the regular ones right the parmesan ones but these are asiago and pepper jack one neck car per but also a fun fact aged cheeses like pepper jack and asiago gene are lactose free the lactose gets eaten during the aging process so if you're lactose intolerant like me you can still eat these but if you see the ingredients on the back there i mean that's all it is it's the cheeses and a little bit of peppers here macros are unbelievable i mean this is why even if you're not keto or diabetic this is the kind of stuff you want because it's gluten-free it doesn't spike your blood sugars come on ten dollars for almost a 10 ounce pack that's probably 30 or 40 cheaper than the grocery store that's bobby that's gene approved get that in your cart i love pepper jack i haven't had it in ages and then bread where's that new snack over here here this is an interesting one like if you just walk by you're like what is this organic roasted kale with onions boom that goes into my cart not so fast my friends we always read the ingredients here so this is interesting because it's organic kale which is nice because kale's on the dirty dozen in fact it's one of the dirtiest of the dirty dozen but this brand tends to use whatever rhythm the rhythm is gonna get you with the oil they always use the processed inflammatory oils when you see high oil oleic here that refers to the fatty acid profile of the sunflower it is heart healthier but sunflower is still processed oil i wish they were using something like an olive avocado or coconut here and there's a touch of cane sugar in there too it really isn't that much but gotta swap out those oils so this unfortunately is a no even though the rhythm is gonna get bred through the night it's not gonna get me through the night but at least the asiago ones in the house brad and i almost had a collective panic attack right now because our favorite avocado oil spray is not here anymore right this is normally where the chosen foods lives and there is a few bottles left here but i heard it's being discontinued i don't see the star on here yet but this is going to be gone for sure and we saw this we saw avo pacific they're bigger bottles these are two eight ounce containers whereas the uh chosen were two 4.7 ounce containers but brad looked in here like oh no it's the chemical propellant you know you look at the canola oil run here not only is it nasty canola oil that's gmo and processed it's the chemical propellant spray which i always tell you to stay away from because it's actual chemicals that expel the oil we thought this was too but then we looked closer and we saw that it actually isn't thank god where was it on the bottle here boom no propellant no chemicals no additives so it looks like it is but it's not and i love to know where my oil comes from especially avocado oil and it's 100 product of mexico and 99 sure that's going to be the michoacan avocado oil region so actually even though chosen's being replaced i don't mind it because this is a great quality avocado oil come on now two monster eight ounce bottles for eight dollars that price is great now that price is way more expensive than the canola oil right but canola is such garbage inflammatory oil fun fact about processed oils like canola oil soybean oil peanut oil corn oil so processed and inflammatory they're loaded with free radicals that destroy your cells so we're always busy eating antioxidants to prevent free radicals from damaging our cell anytime you eat something like canola oil it's loaded with free radicals so yes it's cheap but trust me you're going to pay for that later on down the road go for this wow i assume it's going to roll out nationwide what a great deal for a heart-healthy non-processed spray okay somebody has to explain to me why these have a cult following people are going goofy for these these are just bare lightly breaded chicken breast chunks okay everyone's asking me about these because they're so popular right now and here's the deal i don't know why they're so popular so if we look at the ingredients i mean it's made with regular factory farm gmo chicken the seasoning has sugar what else is in here the oils are two of the worst processed oils canola and soybean both are gmo processed inflammatory there's more sugar in there maybe is it the macros i mean they're relatively lower carb in nine grams per three ounces the fat isn't too high can someone please tell me why are these so darn popular what is it about these just bear nuggets i don't get it but that's my review i wouldn't get it but people are going crazy for it and i just don't know why please enlighten me leave a comment down below oh brad said it was true and he is not lying it's back i was so bummed they pulled this for about a month you guys know i love this it's the wild brine fermented sauerkraut the price is literally over half of any other grocery stores we eat this probably three four days a week because it's fermented sauerkraut loaded with living bacteria in here i wouldn't quite say it's probiotic bacteria but it's living bacteria because there's no vinegar vinegar is not bad but when you put vinegar in a sauerkraut and it's shelf stable there's no bacteria this is a natural fermentation i eat this with the costco turkey that's on sale then brad and i also have the cauliflower thins the avocado oil mayonnaise from costco some bobby approved pesto my friends get this have a side of it a few days a week loaded with bacteria for a very gut friendly just don't heat it up because you'll kill the bacteria more importantly at the back brad let's buy two of them put them in the car that's good stuff baby all right family that is it part two of the costco what's on sale haul is done big thanks to soraya and gino for literally hanging out with us for probably over two hours here we had other fans come and go but these are the hardcore fans i love it um make sure to watch part one from yesterday there's so much great stuff on sale now and new items
