it is time to cook like candy and we are not cooking this let's get over here to what we're actually cooking i am making stuffed shells and i'm going to stuff them with shrimp yes i'm cheating everybody i have a pre-made shrimp scampi because i just i didn't buy any shrimp and i had this in the refrigerator so this is what i'm using some spinach i have a white cheddar butter of course asiago heavy whipping cream parmesan romano a little ricotta and some mozzarella cheese and what i'm making is fancy shrimp spinach and alfredo stuffed shells super cute okay i'm covering my mic because i'm not covering your name you always do all right i am really just going to warm this shrimp up i'm cheating all the way i'm gonna make a homemade sauce with the the sauce that comes off of this so i cheat sometimes but y'all you guys know i can make it from scratch because you've seen me do it plenty of times but when i come home from work sometimes i just want to get to it so i'm going to have these on a medium heat and i'll let this um saute down and then i have water boiling for my shells and once that water starts rolling i'll add my shells in super easy guys i'll show you when i come back so guys i don't have jumbo shells but it's okay i melted all of the sauce off my shrimp and these shrimp are nice and ready for me to move them out of the sauce and with this oh my gosh you know i just whistled that fresh shrimpy poo oh you can go in the garbage okay okay so my sauce is getting nice and bothered mom we can't wait now okay so for my shrimp now i think we're going to cut the sauce down guys i'm about to make my cream sauce okay mince a little garlic in here i got a fresh garlic clove come on chef just gonna mess it up i don't want to make it too heavy but you know it's a um alfredo sauce oops didn't mean to do that okay whatever i'll get that out and i am going to add my own butter in because even though that's a butter sauce it's not homemade from scratch by me so i'm going to let this butter melt down in this sauce just so i can start my own base so once we let this butter melt we're gonna have to add some whipping cream right some what some whipping cream whipping cream yeah what kind of looking green the whipping cream and the orange and the red bottom heavy whipping cream yeah so my shells are boiling and again they're not jumbo i forgot that i needed jumbo jumbo it's okay so wait wait wait because i will move okay yeah i'm gonna rinse this bowl out guys and i'll be right back okay bt yeah we're going to add some of my your speaking voices sound fake braided parmesan can you talk to the kids and just like these sleepy that's going to be one floor okay you want me to talk like this you gotta swap it up in a parmesan so um i'm just gonna whip this parmesan cheese in for this flavor and i will turn this up a little so that it can start to thicken now if you have white wine it's great to add one we don't so i'm going to use i do have white wine but i don't want to use it what is that i got a lemon i'm gonna just squeeze some lemon juice in here for my acid okay and that's to give it a nice time or the nice balance of acid smelly once this comes to a boil i start adding in my cheeses your hair wet i know i just sweat oh mom your sweater's on me you put your head on me i'm gonna toss these because you don't want them to not cook but you also don't want them to over cook so just make sure all your shells are getting some attention this should be boiling heavier than it is you irritating your teeth i'm gonna find a new camera it's okay look do you on the way y'all a new camera person is on the way okay i'm gonna be feeling my mom and y'all could let me know miss me when i'm gone baby because it'll never ever be a greater camera of women like me but little d is code would be his code though so he's gonna give you all the professional look where's my cheek grater um so now i will add some parmesan and romano cheese this end i'm gonna also come back with that and add some asiago cheese that i have to shred and i will add some white cheddar just bigger pieces but the point is to get it melt so this is some white cheddar and i just want to give it a little cheddar flavor this is not macaroni and cheese so you do not want to overpower this with cheese you just want to get the consistency between and then that'll be done bye y'all just a hint of it not too much time you stop losing focus and you don't be capturing nothing i think you purposely do this to bother me and my viewers i really do so here is my alfredo sauce um it smells amazing i'm sure it's just as good i will remove this alfredo sauce and then i will make my stuffing brb same pan different butter same fan different butter i'm going to use my same pan because now i got to saute some spinach and i'll let my spinach freeze up a little bit but it's okay it is a little frozen but spinach is going to cook all the way down so this will be a nice stuffing oh all right you can take those off it's getting ready yeah those are ready you can take them off and drain them so i have cooked my spinach down this is a comfortable level of cook down right there and um i will now add my shrimp because i'm about to go to town with these guys i'm about to make my stuffing i'm going to add some white cheddar that looks pretty from that view it does it's very classy white cheddar because you're not eating glass here blend that because i don't want this to cook any more but i do want all of my flavors to be blended i am going to add some parmesan and romano cheese turn the heat off now i'm about to go to town with my mozzarella and my ricotta i'm not a big ricotta fan but ricotta guys is good when it's um when it's baked but i don't like a lot of it nice scoop of ricotta in there and i will blend these all together let them become family because they are getting acquainted because they will make my stuffing mom what's your favorite gospel song my favorite gospel song is people by jonathan mcreynolds what's your favorite gospel song my favorite i have so many but listen to the most is probably tablet of my heart because it's my favorite scripture three through five trust me with all your heart that was random but i love it you know i'm just trying to spike some condoms that was random and i love it hey kicking that candy friends what's your favorite guy tell us your favorite gospel song yes i love the comment so i mix my ricotta in until it's almost melted because that's how i like to do mine because i'm not a big ricotta fan okay my skin is just a little juicy hence the juice in the pan but i'm not eating it so i don't want to drain i'm not even draining i will however add this mask and let the mask do its job because it's that deep i'll blend this and i'll be back so now guys i have a cheesy stuffing consistency mom yes consistency the consistency is cheesy i don't think you jinx me because you're telling me all right so i think you need a little oh we still only added the sauce okay so now we are about to stop sorry for tyanna's intermission y'all ready for this so i am about to put a little of this sauce at the bottom of the pan and know she got that ovens at the 375. yeah if you know if you know what it means if you know you know 375 jokes i am going to take a shell like this like mama's lettuce at the oven at 375 and i'm going to stuff it i might need a different spoon because this is probably hot and it's probably going to be real got a chick [Music] i'm from oh mommy so i have my shrimp and spinach asiago cheese whatever you guys seen it and i am about to drizzle my cream sauce yes sir across the top of them okay give it a 3d action all right looks amazeballs my alfredo sauce that tastes oh so good that sounds good isn't it good that's amazing mom you feel that all right so that is my sauce across the top try to make sure everybody gets some love is there a heart in the house all right y'all know that movie come on now yeah the five hobbies okay so i did the best that was about harvey somebody tell us oh my oh oh that's gonna mess with my curl oh let me try to spread this oh no my that's how the shells is gonna break up debbie eyes now i'm going to top it with some mozzarella baby just to help it brown brown not even really because it's it's um yeah it's good to go so sprinkle some mozzarella across the top and then i'm going to place this in the oven for the brown probably what you say it's got 25 minutes covered [Music] not the phone call and it is out of the oven i am going to let it cool for a good 10 minutes just so it won't fall apart and then i'll be back with the final presentation cooking like candy y'all and here is the final
