friend who is that friend oh no i i'll say in english say how you can you know it's okay you can take your time so who is that friend so your friend said like pick up this package yeah can we call that friend the one who said to pick up this package can we call him this is very illegal stuff we don't want to make a scene you have neighbors we don't want to scream and yell all we want everything know what's inside there are call centers in india pretending to be microsoft and they steal money from old people and old people send boxes with cash and then that lands here so we're we're trying to we're trying to find who's doing this yes so they use people like you you know either students either immigrants or tourists they rent them a car and what the job is pick up the packages and give the back to criminals how much did they offer you to do this just please be honest how much did they offer you yes it's okay i didn't take any no i know you didn't take but you you don't do this for free pick up the package from you if you don't have his number i um like we don't have i don't have number like i got the thing like like face facebook instagram facebook like you message him on facebook sending message messages okay can you uh can you show us on facebook his name who that is is a facebook dislike same facebook if you use what on whatsapp viber you support you can change your long term because i'm a little bit cold do you have your phone on you uh inside you have your cell phone inside to get i don't know i know you called you know like we called as well we need to find that guy because if you're not gonna help us we're gonna call right now 9-1-1 and we're gonna freaking bring police right now and since you signed for this package this package belongs to you bring your yeah all right well we have another obstacle because i just checked the tracking and it says hold for pickup requested so they already are redirecting it to the ups store it's probably not even going to get to him [Music] all right so um same system uh [ __ ] 20 years old kid uh clueless you know he said look i booked the tickets i booked the airbnb this is my i'm here to to relax i have a vacation off from work we told him to let us know when the boss gonna call him tell him that the package is coming but now when we check the delivery status on packages just check the delivery status and it says hold for pickup so it doesn't look like he's even gonna get the package now so i don't know they don't have any of the information i know it says hold for pickup requested we've received a request from the receiver to hold the package for pickup at a ups location check back later for scheduled ask where that delivery is someone's going to go there and pick it up and that's your guy well according to the tracking it hasn't been dropped off at the ups store yet i'm very surprised that ups allowed them to hold that but he doesn't have that information thank you for calling ups representative please say track a package package i'm sorry i didn't get that i still didn't get that i found your status we've received a request to change the delivery arrangements for this package you can call back later has not yet been completed and your package is not ready for pickup currently live support for this customer service option is not available as a result of the corona virus pandemic well this it would be a ups truck if it were being dropped off right now probably i sent a package from my grandmother yesterday and i'm checking out tracking it says it was requested to be held and i never did that so i'm kind of wondering uh why and how that happened whether or not it's going to that tracking over there hey 3065 store how are you good can you look into the tracking number for me to see why [Music] and have them just deliver the package and just ignore that message that would be great otherwise where would it go yeah so it would go into it would go to the palm tracking number and apparently there was a request put in for that package to not be delivered to the house and be kept at the hub so i just got a text message from scammer and he says oh my gosh so he goes okay this is crazy um i called you many times you never answered please send me the picture of the receipt why have you why i have to requested the receiver to receive the package from a no it says why have you requested the receiver to receive the package from a ups location can we talk you have to call the ups and call the package back raven has gotten coveted i don't think he will make it to collect the package you're going to call the ups and get the package back and then i will give you a new address in the name of a different manager oh my god and we just talked to raven who does not have covet who is there they're trying to reset yeah they're trying they're backtracking because they know there's trouble and they're trying to redo it now somewhere else they're having to go through obstacles and i hope it's pissing them off so it's this is all still good information they they receiver they not sender but by receiver they able to actually interrupt not even the receiver unless the guy's real name is raven yeah because it was he's he's just some [ __ ] face that called ups and said hold the package he doesn't know how do you know the return address or the phone number that i used or any of that at some point at some point they're like they're changing their like someone's telling them and alarming them and that's why they're changing they're holding up a location
