Scammer ATTACKS US When We Confront Him At His Front Door (COPS CALLED)

we've tracked down a scammer to his apartment in fullerton california and we're about to confront him face to face in partnership with scammer payback we've been tracking and confronting money mule scammers repeatedly through most of 2020 we've been met with both sides of the spectrum from complicit ceos to victims having lost tens of thousands of dollars this is trilogy media you're watching refund has been processed of 399 the money which you have paid us madam okay now what you can see it says refund from windows department oh my god yes somehow we have transferred you twenty five thousand five hundred dollars right madam right if our boss is going to know about this mistake we can lose this job because this is not my money not rudy money so don't tell anyone about anything go to your bank i am providing you the details ask them to transfer this fund to that account put this cell phone behind your driving seat and drive safe my mother okay okay my son so i just went in there and they're not allowing me to send that much international they're saying i can sit it within the us get 25 000 cash from there okay and come to your car then speak to me okay okay i'll call you back don't hang up the line you have 25 000 cash with you right mother yes i and uh i put it in the box like you guys have said can you please confirm me is there any nearest ups store from your home well i'll send it if it's in california get handy with the fresh piece of paper gary gary is one of our billing originator okay okay you have to you you have to courier that box to gary from the to drive beautiful we had a four hour phone call with a refund scammer and uh his name ended up being robert wilson you started as david and i called him like nine different names so it went from david to daniel to rudy to rusty all these different names on robert robert wilson's name okay um calling me mother now um my character charlene jacobs he has taken a 500 refund switched it over to 25 000 uh this is not they're not pretending to be amazon they're pretending to be microsoft he's got the track you know obviously tracking number and all that kind of tracking already the gentleman's name is gary singh and i looked up the uh the name the address all the information looks like it's an apartment complex uh type building um a little creepy i'll say but it's close to you guys this looks like this appears to be a legitimate person not a fake name appears to be a gentleman that's in his late 50s maybe early 60s now i think i found the guy's actual occupation and he's got a little website about his occupation and everything so really i think evidence fits yeah he's a he's a public notary and all that stuff it's a public notary that's terrifying tracking says that the package has been loaded on the delivery vehicle estimated delivery by 10 30. it's almost 8 30 now so we got to go this is our dummy box with the label gary singh so we're gonna go do that nice work man thank you brother cheers man we'll talk to you soon it's on this road it's right off of this road got it after this curve is this blue 149 i think yep it's the blue one right there it looks like they're only like four units or so so in a school yo what's up guys hey we just arrived so we're parked around the corner um we saw the building a very small street and uh and couple couple couple of buildings any update from the scammer he's trying to get on my computer for some reason because he says he wants to do like six months or like i get six months free of tech support for twenty five thousand dollars i did confirm with him that the gentleman is the mule is going to be there he's calling me again he's probably 49 times good lord all right well let's get it going before the real stolen money from a victim from a microsoft refund scam sent to your address with your name on it to find out what's going on no i don't know about that yeah but you don't know about it how would they have your name and address yeah and you just signed you just you just sent for this package this package belongs to you this stuff who you're working for or you're doing stuff this is fraud gary what the hell is that no i thought we had the spot on amazon it's not from gary it's not from amazon you have to be honest yeah no this is this is scam this is twenty five thousand dollars coming to your apartment under your name and it's not amazon gary i don't know how your husband is honest with you and stuff that he's doing or he's working for but what is it it's a package with 25 000 of stolen so there are call centers in india that are pretending to be microsoft and there's and they're scamming people they stole 25 grand from a charlene jacobs and had it sent to gary singh at this address with his signature on it required his signature yeah request he just signed it no you cannot sign it if it's he already found it what is that well why why why is it coming here why it's coming to this address under your name and you're just signing and you're admitting that's your package no because if this is not amazon this is not amazon so we have no idea who you are well uh i know you're defense yeah but your husband is absolutely liar so because he's not so we need a minute please what is your is it real name gary aren't you a notary you're a notary in los angeles okay yeah and you know and a translator yeah okay you got a lot of stuff going on you are your translator gary no translator i did it maybe 10-15 years okay well here's the deal i'll tell you who we are we are citizen journalists okay we're not law enforcement but what we do is expose scams we're here to try to help we're i know but just listen we're here to try to help people and we're here to expose scams okay we go and document where these packages are going and seeing who is going to receive them right now it's at your front doorstep so you can either come clean with us and tell us what's going on or we can run with all the footage we have and go expose it to the world yeah but right now you're responsible because this is your name your signature your house yeah don't play dumb wasting time it's not it's not accident you gave somebody your address you're working with somebody i don't know what were you people doing elderly people getting scammed every single day because of you what about the only people this cash in this box what were you supposed to do with it you're still supposed to put in your pocket it's cash i have nothing who you need to give this package are you gonna afford it to somebody you see you're absolutely like you absolutely liar gary you're absolutely the call center sent the money here then you have to find it out from the car why would the call center send cash to this house that doesn't make any sense i i i really think that you know either you guys all together or you don't even know what your husband is doing on his spare time telling your wife i have nothing well yeah you know i understand you married 32 years you know sometimes you find out interesting stuff about your husband no nothing you can check my email you can check my messages please tell us how did these packages show up at your door how i don't know sir packages come every day not with 25 000 in cash they don't no amazon drop wrong packages to my house and we go to you know give it with your name gary's name on it and 25 grand but there's so many times we get letters with his name or my name and it's coming like oh we are from that and that and it's got cash in it twenty-five dollars oh so this is the first time right yeah okay oh wow that's the coincidence i just like listen we you just tell us like who you're working for yeah okay you know what we were talking to the husband because he signed for this package he said because like i don't you didn't tell me before yeah if you would have told me he would sign it okay okay you don't have to i just told you who we are we're gonna ask questions and we're gonna go we trust you who the hell are you we don't know you bring cameras you bring this dirty people why are you screaming [Music] okay don't talk to us if you don't even know what the husband is doing on spare time he doesn't know what the husband's doing that's 100 right exactly oh he was he was quiet and very powerful yeah he know that he got busted but he gets like a wife who's like already like a panther oh yeah that's coming here we go i see the cops yeah just stay on the line thanks that's two cars hi guys how are you thank you for coming they where they pretend to be microsoft they call the victim they convinced the victim that they overpaid them and have to send them cash back 25 000 in cash to this address to that gentleman so elderly people will go to the bank take cash put freaking in the box and the call centers in india will give them addresses locally to send it to and then go to the florida police department don't take a report okay and it could be forwarded to investigations investigations um just take everything you guys have like video and any evidence i don't know if there's a victim here because this is all because we're dating with the reversal yeah yeah right so i don't know if you guys actually need a real victim to come that's what we've been told many times so if you find a real victim and he's the suspect and then you guys can go that route yeah but again they might need the victim sure as a society can it do like you have mom and dad we have grandmothers grandfathers who are getting scammed every single day in america i get phone calls like exactly the social security scam is another one you just have to be careful of what houses and what areas of course i might hear you guys yeah this
