when Syrian steaks chops or a piece of fish or something at home you're going to leave a bunch of flavor in the bottom of the pan chefs call that fun there's a really nice simple way to get that flavor back out of the bottom of the pan and put it into a sauce we call it pan sauce or deglazing you can take a bit of wine a bit of water or a combination of both just splash it into the pan you're going to start to melt and dissolve away the Fond you can scrape those little bits and what happens is as that juice and as that wine is reducing and concentrating flavors you're actually pulling flavor out of those little bits you're going to reduce that down something that's basically a syrup you can added butter at the end you can add cream you can leave a plane to have a nice shoe a little bit of salt and pepper and you're going to have a really amazing sauce and just like three or four minutes of extra work ready another one Sasquatch put it
