Cat Eye For Dummies Makeup Tutorial | Cat Eye For Beginners | How To Do The Perfect Cat Eye

hello everyone and welcome back to my channel hi guys for today's makeup I'm going to be doing a cat I'm going to be using eyeliner don't worry I'm going to make it very easy for us so let's get started so the first thing I'm going to do actually is my eyebrows I'm probably gonna do them off-camera but the reason why I do my eyebrows and this is kind of a trick for doing a cat eye doing your eyebrows and seeing where they end Lee helped kind of figure out where your cat eyeliner should kind of go to and it kind of helps with the overall symmetry so I'm gonna be using this eyeliner right here a couple of things that are helpful to have on hand some sort of eye makeup remover pointy q-tips and makeup remover wipe this is very helpful I don't have anything on my skin yet but I actually prefer to do that after so using my eyebrows and I also use my bottom lash line as a guide for the cat eyes I'm actually going to draw on my bottom lash line like so and then I'm going to follow this line up towards my eyebrow so as you can see I followed this line up towards the end of my eyebrow so the next thing I'm going to do is do the line on the top of my eye I promise you it gets worse before it gets better but bear with me okay so I'm also going up into the lash root to create that line up there the next thing I'm going to do is connect this top line with this line here okay so this is in no way perfect but we are going to perfect it now I take a makeup remover wipe I'm actually going to remove this bottom line because I don't want it there but again I'm going to follow this line and trace it all the way up towards my eyebrows [Music] as you can see that really helps to make it like clean here and this is also why I did not put any foundation or concealer on yet because I really like to do that to like really make that a clean wing but we're also gonna clean up this top line here so for the top line what I really like to do is take this pointy q-tip dip it into this eye makeup remover and kind of thin out this top line now I kind of have this really kind of sleek wing although it did take a little bit of removing and kind of messing with it it really does help so I'm going to do the same thing on the other side we'll do the rest of our makeup perfect super helpful in getting the symmetry is taking a selfie with your eyes looking down and seeing how they look I'm going to do a little bit of concealer next thing I'm going to do is a little bit of powder foundation and I'm also going to do a little bit of bronzer for bronzer I'm just kind of applying it towards the outside of my face next thing I'm going to do is mascara so I'm going to curl my lashes and I'm actually going to use a waterproof mascara it's the next thing I'm going to do is lips so I'm going to use this color right here it's actually more matte and a little more on the nude side than what I typically - but I really like that because I kind of want the concentration to stay on my eyes I don't really like a matte look but I really like that color I am going to add a little bit of this eight hour cream which is like a hydrating cream next thing I'm going to do is a little bit of blush but I'm actually going to use lipstick and apply it to the apples of my cheeks and then I'm gonna blend it out with my finger next thing I'm going to do is some highlighter so I'm going to do it on the high points of my face and this is the final look you guys so as you can see I really tried to leave the concentration on the sort of cat eyeliner look I think this thing is doing a cat eyeliner like this is giving yourself the time have makeup removers on hand for me I really let it be messy at first and perfect it from there I hope it a few of my eyeliner tips were helpful to you guys I encourage you to try this look at home thank you guys for watching don't forget to subscribe and I will see you guys next time hi
