Can Madison Beer Tell Cheap From Expensive?? | Expensive Taste Test | Cosmopolitan

i have no there is no difference like how do you test these i don't have any idea energetically i'm asking for the answer hey guys i'm madison beer and today i'm going to be playing expensive taste tests with cosmo the game is simple they're gonna place two items in front of me and i'm gonna have to guess which one is more expensive i don't think i have expensive taste i am someone who i don't really care where something's from i just if i like it i like it but i think that i could tell if something is more expensive or not but i don't know maybe i'm wrong [Music] okay so i guess first thing i would look for with a gold hoop would be weight i think that weight gives away if something is usually real or not maybe that's also a lie but that's that's where my head first goes these both feel the exact same they both feel extremely light so i'd be surprised if one of these was real gold color wise this one has a bit more of a pink tone to it and this one has a little more of a yellow tone to it also the paper that they are attached to this one has like piercing holes in it which makes me think this one is the cheaper one because this just kind of looks nicer but also that could not be true i'm gonna take them out though and see hmm okay i think this is for sure the expensive one maybe not okay i'm also really like i really want to get this right so there's no indication the only thing that i can say is this backing is gold and this one is silver man this is hard mmm are they mmm let me start eating it i i'm gonna say these are the more expensive ones work i'm right cool appearance this one seems a little bit more complicated this one honestly feels better quality i think that these are really easy to make this is this is the expensive one really this is you're joking this feels like plastic garbanzo no i'm picking this one all day this one feels really sturdy too i bought a louis vuitton phone case once i saw a girl online have it and i thought it was so cool that she had it open it was so ridiculously expensive and i tried to use it for maybe a week and i was just like this is who why who wants a book for a phone not me whatever i guess i'm not having a clean sweep that's fine [Music] so i actually used to do gymnastics growing up so i know some of these can run you a pretty penny not that i have any idea by the way what i'm examining for so please don't come for me i have no clue i would go for this one all day because this one feels really soft this like the material is really nice whereas this one feels really not fun to do anything in also this one has real embellishments it has real rhinestones whereas this is more like a sticker i hate this one so i hope this is the cheaper one this one is way softer and nicer don't even tell me how much that is it feels like literal like oh my god how much is this thing what wow well then like we're saving money today because these are the this is better by far there's no question you couldn't pay me enough to put this on my body this feels miserable to be in this feels nice like i'll i don't go change okay maybe like something i should have paid a little more attention to is the scrunchie that's attached because maybe that's where they're like amping up some of their monies they're like oh it had and comes with a scrunchie shocking also you could tell if any of you out there have ever done gymnastics or you like wear leotards this would cut you this would leave you raw and miserable so again this is my friend [Music] wow [Music] oh i mean amplifies for sure like that carries see this one power on hmm interesting check one two my gut is power oh my god is telling me that i'd barely even use them but my gut is telling me this one is more expensive because again like the weight is really heavy but this could fully be wrong but i'm gonna say i think this one is more expensive because it also has a bluetooth option and i don't see a bluetooth option on this one this one is really loud though so this one might be it i cannot tell a real difference they're both really nice i would love the both of these but this one does feel a little more expensive my vote's gonna be this one okay it has both really cool really really good nice [Music] okay so perfume is tricky because some of my favorite perfumes ever are not expensive at all i'm also someone who i really like oils and i like things that are like handmade sometimes so i just don't think that the price of something indicates whether it's good or not i fully miss that beyond belief i think that we can all agree that like a better product is like more inexpensive i personally have had so many things like that okay i don't think there's gonna be any way to tell from the scent because you know sometimes actually i think that the stronger the scent maybe the more inexpensive it is because it's usually like harsher chemicals this is my way of reasoning it in my head okay i'm gonna say this one's more expensive but this one could be it hold on i'm not blocking that answer and yet hold on i'm thinking packaging too they're both nice packaging this one is way more significant like this is a strong scent this is a little more subtle i don't love either of them i think that they like yeah i like this one better for sure scent-wise but i'm not gonna pick that just because that's the one that i would wear this is a toss-up there's no way to tell i'm gonna say this one's more expensive 128 come on guys really but this one's for sure better so don't spend your money on that one this one's way better yeah this smells crazy crazy i gotta get this even we're not stopping until i'm up how am i supposed to tell this thanks what okay so as a professional boxer i'm gonna be able to sell it no problem i'm gonna try to just look for look for what how do you tell i have no idea also like just what no these look more expensive these definitely look nicer to me they say the weight on them too which like makes me think they're more expensive i don't know i would pick these because i think they look nicer no but truly i have no idea because they have this angel wing on the back which i'm assuming is the company's logo and so many companies are gonna hate me but i do think that's a little bit cheesy and i think that might mean that it's cheaper i don't know i don't know and i don't want to get it wrong these are cheaper these are more no no i meant these are more and these are cheaper no no i locked in that i thought these were more how much are they that's how much boxing clips are really well it's good to know i think this this video is great too because now you just realize you don't need to buy the expensive stuff all the time you can buy the cheaper option [Music] are you joking you guys are setting me up for failure here it's fine to me these are just both wood i'm like the grooves no there's no way to tell these are pointier these are rounder these look weirdly more like naturally carved because there's a lot of like grains in the wood you see me trying to make sense of this like it's so there's no sense sounds good also sounds good i don't know i have no there is no difference the only difference is that these are pointier at the top and these are flatter for some reason i feel like flatter is right and pointier i don't know that i've like always seen like how do you test these i don't have any idea and there's no difference in quality of wood the only difference is that these have more kind of like wood detailing in them i don't know if that means the ones with more wood detailing are cheaper or more expensive i don't know which one i would prefer energetically i'm asking for the answer i'm gonna say these are more expensive thank god i knew i knew i had no idea thank you universe pretty similar to me [Music] hmm okay these i want to get right okay so this inside is lined with like i don't know this material so don't come for me it's like a soft material of some kind i would call that felt but that is incorrect oh they're both lined with felt for everyone watching at home i've watched these videos before and i'm always like how do you not know you don't know it's crazy i'm looking at the seams and things like that not that that helps me at all i don't love leather pants i used to like them but i definitely have grown out of them because i feel like they are uncomfortable to wear i hate wearing other pants i feel like i'm always sweating in them and i feel sticky all the time i have no idea they're both lined with the same kind of like soft someone in the comments please tell me what this material is instinctually this bottom of these pants looks more expensive to me than this with the seam because it has gold this has gold hardware on it and matte black buttons whatever those are called fasteners things this feels like it had a little more attention to detail that is the true only difference if i'm closing my eyes and feeling these they feel like the exact same pair of pants i'm gonna say these are cheaper and i'm gonna say these are more expensive cool what dude go get the 50 pair they are the exact same thing literally but there's no real way to tell but it does make kind of sense i guess okay cool yay [Music] i don't even know how much like a bottle of pulled spring retails for it i don't really know but that's the water i grew up on okay whenever i drink fiji water i feel like it's thicker than other waters and i don't like fiji water for that reason this one feels thinner to me this is i sound like a crazy person but i swear there's a method to this madness i actually don't know the price point of like the difference if let's say this was arrowhead and this was fiji like i don't know this one is nicer the one with the pink is nicer for sure this one i would think is more expensive because i get like a fiji thing automatically also i swear to god if you guys had like six different brands of water and you told me what six brands were out i'd be able to find them all i swear but i don't obviously have any idea i don't like this one i don't like it there is this is not real i'm saying this is more expensive and i'm saying the pink is cheaper well this one is better this one is way better i picked the batter the worst one because i feel like sometimes the more expensive butter gets for me at least i'm not as into it but yeah this one did feel like reminiscent of pg i don't know anything who makes this one do you know okay good good i think i did pretty good a lot of these were hard there was really no indication of like how to tell if something was cheaper and more expensive but i think intuitively i did okay and yeah this was so fun i love doing stuff like this so cosmo anytime
