harlem being from new york city you had to be fans of jay and that but at one point you was at odds with gay and nice right i mean which one you want to talk about first if you if you don't matter either so um all right let's say j j for instance because you were at rockefeller right and this is you leaving rockefeller or exiting rockefeller there's these records that pop up no well what happened was i believe dame was gonna make me the president of rockefeller now that's his office that was just does that have to do with this office he was talking about earlier no we just house we did the song boom so i said yo the song he know we might could do the video he's like so that that happened then back to what we said about i'm starting to do bus moves or whatever because there was a rumor that there was a jay-z verse on old boy and you might tell you that so petey crap nobody's [ __ ] pd crack state property nobody speedy crack i'll [ __ ] with speedy crap he had the song one for petey crap yeah that's this one by itself i put me in juelz on it take it today i'm like i'm about to [ __ ] with you like he fulfilled you should [ __ ] with state property i'm like why everything got to be so philly there's harlemness he told the story on vlad i already knew i went anyway but he tells the story so day in the studio he said he got this hot song he you know because he wasn't signing state property i was [ __ ] with him he come to new york or whatever and i was going to sign him but damn like i was going to [ __ ] up for philly and all this [ __ ] i'm like so petey was was like this is a situation where both of y'all's right by the way yeah damon's right and and you were right too this is the situation but continue so he's on his own he's not with with state property no but he's seeming like that but he's not right wow so he's like i'm not signing them [ __ ] cam so we did the song so he plays petey's playing the song for jay-z whoever else in the studio and like i said peace petey crack story is on vlad he talks about a couple interviews i already knew how it went though but we don't mess with other outlets yeah so he's playing the sorry about that so he's uh especially that [ __ ] i apologize a couple of cover um videos he he a couple other interviews he mentions this so he says he's in the studio playing it and my verse come on and jay say stop it erase that [ __ ] and just erase my whole verse so petey calls me he like can't i gotta slow you down you're saying the original one for petey crack you're on there yes with jewels yes petey's in the studio yeah actually plays the record no this is what happened i used to go to philly i had salon in philly you know what i'm saying so one night after you know checking my business in philly i go to the club this dj corey i think his name was and i'm like in the hole in the wall and petey crack is performing in this hole in the war and that whole club's going crazy so i went up to him and met him i'm like yo what's up he's like nah you know beans just standing there and i [ __ ] with everybody you know he that was those was his [ __ ] so then a week or two later i went to i don't know it's time to we go to philly radio station and he's outside the radio station husband had the hot boys yeah he's outside the radio station and he like killer what's up man i'm like i thought you [ __ ] would stay property me like damn ain't something damon's there he's like they may sign me nothing i'm like what so that record you did still not out send it to me but i wasn't sending some type of way he gave me a cd i think i had and i did it and gave it to him he came to use to come to new york so when i did it damon's like yo hold on i said the man said he's not signing y'all there's nobody well you know he was going to do this and was going to do that and i'm like whatever so then what happened was dame said look i guess beans and then was like how cam this was petey cracks on me how cam in them jumping on our record on the philly wreck and pd like i ain't know y'all want to do the record so dame come to me i guess it was a problem over that or whatever damn like yo this is what we gonna do we gonna put state property on it and keep you on it we're going to take jewels off i'm like no they take me off too like i don't understand what's going on why this is such a big deal like they're going to take yells off and leave you one yeah okay and i'm like nah man i said well take me off the record too man it ain't no problem you know what i'm saying but prior to all this video for that song and everything jay-z heard the verse and just erased my [ __ ] told petey crack erase it or shane whoever was dj um engineering that day i'm like what's this wild and energy going on but we don't give a [ __ ] but cam i gotta actually because this is very uh deep everybody's good everybody's good you're drinking right now but this is all over but this is 100 facts you know that __ ] like nine so [ __ ] being say yo can i talk to you for a minute we go outside the room i say what's up he's like yo bro said please don't make me look bad on tv no more man i said what are you talking about he said no you told me i don't know the business and this that in the third i say yo my [ __ ] i ain't trying to make you look bad i just was repeating what dame said if you feel away i apologize but that wasn't my attempt to make you look bad he said yeah please man cause i look crazy so i said okay i see what's going on in this room before i walked in this is cam and i'm got an office cam in the bus moves cam doing this without authorization speaking to jay and being this company you know you could have you could have just let them know or whatever but jay didn't really come to the office and that's one thing i say about jay no matter what we had a problem with everything i had to do i had to get six seven signatures biggs jay dame leor julian kevin loud so six signatures he always signed off on everything whether it was good or bad he wasn't hating on anything i was doing but that's why i erased his verse because you know that's how he erased my verse and then it just became fervent it's just the relationships this is what's what's weird because after that you still did new york city together no that was before that oh that was new city was recorded before i didn't know that oh like if like it was levels of i get it it was levels of and like i said i just think this is a person like you got to earn his respect but see me personally and i may have came in there basically i remember jay-z used to open up for not even open up he had no deal or not they just had money him and dane was getting money and me and bleep used to ride around with them no j they have no deal we just young [ __ ] i was damn young man bleak was jay young [ __ ] and i remember you know they got the song coming of age and bleak used to perform that with him my mama going to philly me bleak jay and dame just in the in their car and um gs300 and them [ __ ] opening up for red men not part of me method man method man was on top of the world and damon j paid to open up i think penn state one of them colleges to open up for them [ __ ] and you know it was dope it wasn't a lot of people in the crowd nothing but you know it was bugged out years later when they had the uh rock the mic tour muffin man and redmi was opening up for the [ __ ] jay-z they was opening that i was like that's [ __ ] amazing because i remember these [ __ ] just paying to open up they ain't got no deal they have nothing they have bred and said let us be the opening night you know what i'm saying so you know the progression of jay-z i've seen it a lot of it you know i'm not gonna sit there and say you got no tata and or beehive or source money or jazz or any of them [ __ ] but you know i felt i was close enough to be like nah i seen you grow my [ __ ] so when i got there i thought i may have had that same report from what we had in 94 95 or whatever year there was you know what i'm saying and um obviously it wasn't that it wasn't that same relationship you know what i'm saying because i tell [ __ ] all the time tata is a [ __ ] who made me want to get money like i got kicked out of college right i have a dollar and i remember me and dane went to meet jay-z and ty-ty at jackson hole since restaurant in uh new york hamburgers and all that so he went to meet them one day and um they had some there was with two chicks so me and dame just pulled up ate with them so i'm like damn i don't have a dollar i just got kicked out yeah i just got kicked out of college yeah like literally like a week after that and tata looked young you know you short so you don't know how old ty ty is or whatever and um it was time to pay for the for the building i'm like i don't know it's about that dane got me or whatever and tata he probably older than me but i thought he was my age or younger and this [ __ ] pulled out a knot like this and i was like who you feeling my brain and i'm like oh if [ __ ] my age like this getting this much money i got to go get some money and he the [ __ ] i swear to god that day i was like i'm gonna get money tomorrow if i gotta rob a [ __ ] i'd do whatever i'm not gonna have a [ __ ] that's sure my age pulling out this much money he paid for everything that really motivated me to say i don't give a [ __ ] i'm gonna get some money and that week later i started getting money [ __ ] ziggy man what's going on my dude everything good brother running around in the circle causing a hurricane did you find the song and we need to get pd crack on the phone
