I bought the best budget keyboards on Amazon and I'm gonna look at them first up you've got the auto pledge rkh 81 I think I got a knob on the top right I got Skye cyan switches it's a plain box let's open it up ooh someone's opened this before in another video how do you get a dust cover has a space for the knob to get a keyboard that probably looks nothing like this it's got the OG switches I put those packets so knob does Bluetooth 2.4 G that's what G is and off is cable and their new is B pass through we've got some some nice ribbing here some nice design it's on the back not magnetic it's unfortunate but that's okay it's got two Kika feet on either side and the angle looks pretty good it is gasket mounted after further investigation it's also got a PC plate it's pretty flexible oh yeah I like the keycaps although I changed it I swear I saved them but here's the sound test [Applause] it's 72 dollars number two is the Royal X Proto Arc rk68 collaboration by protoark and Royal X both companies I've never heard of before ever until last week it looks pretty it's got box appeal unlike the other one Royal clutch why don't you know how to do box up here yellow switches mechanical and we've got Bluetooth 3.0 5.0 two point G and wired so three modes there ooh full key hot swappable shafts yeah I think they mean switches looks like no one's ever opened this one before four get her on G Pro switches three lubed very nice slash cover once again and keyboard yeah key cat puller nice throw this for safekeeping we collect these they're actually really good this one I don't know why they didn't just combine it with that one this one's cool too it's nice oh a braided cable of decent length and it's sort of creamy color lots of branding on the back lots of branding on the front and the knob is really cool it's a good color it definitely stands out USBC port on the top right and the dongle holder dongle holders are the best this one's magnetic ooh we're also going to talk about this horrendous case design what is this little tuby here it says so tall oh it's not bad actually but you can't adjust it at all what is this how is this backspace just one key and this thing is massive choose between Windows and Mac towel button nice tactile knob oh so you go from wired 2.4 G and Bluetooth cool that's so satisfying very flat very uniform you know your main Legend you've got your sub Legends in blue which is the blue FN this one costs 73.99 that sounds really good number three I have not looked at this one the rk61 plus with Sky cyan switches yeah a royal clutch really needs to work on their box games okay so it looks good it's way better than rk61 so you got on and off and then Bluetooth and 2.4 G and another dongle holder and this big USB hub One USB out one USBC out and one USBC in double shot top Legend with dice by Legends they look good 60 so you don't really have your arrow keys but it is on the secondary layer so the rj61 plus slightly better than the rk61 prelims which is better keycap and uh more features just overall it sounds like it has foam in it definitely has pre-loops dad or a clutch is doing good except on their box they need help it costs 65.99 next is a techware phantom plus a reworked upgrade of the previous version and it's also got a nice box design you know what switches you're getting you know what the keyboard looks like maybe at ski caps screw and stabilizers maybe lots of foam and different switches if you want an in-depth review we did it on it looks like a gaming keyboard so far it's actually the only one with a floating keycap and the USBC ports on the top left and a tkl this thing is massive it's got a good design normal kicker feet here pretty subtle branding and abs geek yeah it feels heavier than the other ones for sure and pre-loop switches so this one is hot swap but only with these Ray switches and only with like the odimu style switches but the elite version which costs more is universal hot soup this one's much more affordable and sounds good out of all the keyboards we've looked at so far I think this one sounds the best it's 55 dollars to eat one I think it's eighty dollars the next keyboard is the kikron V series I've got the V2 because I like the knob the V2 is 65 with the knob you can get it without but I got it with they're all wired keyboards they're all compatible with Mac and windows but the main difference is they're wired and they're made out of plastic also screw and stabs wow you can alter every switch in five seconds without the need to solder that's false advertising you can alter one switch in five seconds not every so it just takes forever they have high expectations of human beings yeah as with all keeper on keyboards you have a quick start guide which is actually really helpful so original keycaps are I think ABS plus if it doesn't say the original keycaps are ABS in that weird key coron keycap layout Osa Osa oh okay double shot Osa PBT keycaps whoa this round looking key cap that's around not a huge fan yeah a little screwdriver how can they say replace switches every five seconds when they give you this and Allen wrench and a USBC to USB a adapter since the cable is USBC to USBC and it's braided always a good cable with key Chrome okay the keyboard yeah knob the V series is tray Mount so everything screws into the bottom case there's the option to get a see-through case actually we have one it's right there we also have a V4 with the see-through case one you can see the silicone the other you see nothing it's pretty heavy good job key crop the usb-c ports on the top left and you can switch between Mac and windows but it's not as satisfying but the knob satisfying it's a little quiet but it clicks too the kikron is 84 which means it's higher than the other ones by like ten dollars but I've got something that is slightly over a hundred but I would punch all of those things out of the ring the Royal clutch m75 ah yes another Royal clutch keyboard with the ugly box the box says nothing so let's just open it up it looks like a custom keyboard because you get really nice keycaps you get a little screen you get a knob it has pre-loop switches but you also get the features of a pre-book keyboard like kick a feet uh-huh really nice one press of the knob opens up the menu on the screen and then you can rotate through USB 2.4 and Bluetooth one and two so volume up volume down and then a press goes into the menu to switch between mode battery it's currently at 100 it tells you Windows or Mac different space to hold your dongle also magnetic very nice but the best part is it sounds really really really good so you want to listen to it especially the space bar oh yeah very nice a good bottom out good sound this keyboard is 120 for like 40 50 more than all the rest I mean you could also save your money and buy a custom keyboard but yeah you don't know how expensive that's gonna get you can find the link in
