Bleed Warlock - 1.0 Patch - Last Epoch Guide

hello everyone welcome to the bleed warlock guide I'm going to play some footage so you can see the new Mastery in action the so the main the main Pro about the build is that it has amazing AOE it has obviously can scale tons of wor the visual you know clut and stuff it's kind of like a a blessing and a curse cuz you're going to be blasting the entire screen but it's going to be hard to see sometimes and I would say the one problem this build can have especially if you don't know how to manage it properly and play it properly is Mana management I'm going to be explaining the things that you need to do to make sure this build feel smooth as you see in the game play cuz otherwise you might run into trouble you know putting a if you miss a point in a skill or you put a extra point where you shouldn't put it you might actually get in trouble so please make sure you listen Okay so katonic Fisher is basically or kind of like main skill a lot of warlocks are going to be using this skill cuz it's just pretty awesome and we're doing a lot of things with this skill mainly obviously uh we're we're casting chaos bolts and you say lizard why two points and not three points well this is exactly where the Mana situation comes we still want spirits to release because they still hit they still apply Blitz on the enemies they still apply damed on the enemies that will need for to trigger Doom Herald for extra damage on channeling against doomed enemies and uh obviously chaos bolts cost a lot of Mana be really careful right because that is that can be really really really really detrimental to your Mana management if you have enough Mana uh region you can absolutely get three points here to increase your single Target DPS but it's not needed at all the same goes for groom and Flame games I would say like if you start playing this build be careful with this note because if your Mana pool is not big enough Etc uh you know you could just take this off while mapping on the early Maps but obviously this is basically a times two multiplier uh pretty much for the Fisher damage because it's going to be double the chaos bolts right but again it does put a lot of Mana cost okay another thing that we're doing is we're doing the prives uh everything that it says ignite when you take this note it actually gets converted to bleit so for example this fire shred will actually become physical shred so we shred thanks to the spirits themselves that's that you want to have some and yeah unfortunately this note is not working at the moment but otherwise I would probably spec it because my my suspens I think that because this note says Spirits get replaced to chaos bolts in theory if they fix this these Spirits could also get converted to chaos bolts and it would be interesting to see if they cost Mana or or not uh we also take the the acid skin we want the acid skin just because it's an extra curse and we're actually going to be using the extra um the the the most bonus crit chance we can get honestly because we want to be creating to spread uh sprit plake uh easily right so we're going to be creating with chaos bolt a lot and they do a bit of damage themselves but it's mainly for to make sure that everything is Spirit plagued the main reason when you want everything to be Spirit pled is obviously it will get a lot of Blitz when you hit them through laceration which is the main source to skill the damage of the build and you will also get mana on kill obviously this build does a lot of damage you apply Spirit plakes on the things you know you cast chaos balls they die because they have Spirit plake and you get Mana back uh very important uh you can do a lot of things with Spirit plague you know if you want to get a bit more burst and a bit better clear you can go for plague of ice which I kind of like because we're stacking quite a bit of intelligence but you could take a very defensive route instead and you could put points into to P TR recovery which will actually give you a ton of wor uh but the build has so much worth that I I I think like the extra clear is kind of nice uh but you could do this if you go into the super super higher difficulties uh it's explained on the on the alternative uh uh tips uh then we have obviously chaos bolt uh chaos bolt is kind of like the bread and butter of this build when it actually comes to scaling the damage itself uh so obviously is going to be proing all of the things it's going to be giving us Mana back uh it's going to be it's going to be extending the durations of all curses proing a ton of stuff lizard why don't we spec uh rip blood because rip blood itself for a bleed scenario where you can only cast it three times per second doesn't really do much and guess what if you don't Spec R blood you you still get it and it still applies the bleed you you're lacking what like an extra 100 bit chance from the tree and like a 40% multiplier dude just just spec full Harvest which gives you an execute gives you spreads give you a ton of bit CH and it's just so helpful espe especially once you get life's journey uh Shield to spread Spirit plague and apply it automatically right so again uh we're doing many many things uh we're extending katonic fure uh which is very nice we're converting it to bleed and all the uh Dam Chance is going to be converted to bleit also and then we're also taking the cold conversion and you say lizard why do you take the cold conversion well because this build actually scales freeze to the wazu okay we're going to be going low life so we're going to be stucking cold resistance and we're going to be getting freezer and multiplier per cold resistance and physical damage per cold resistance so you know if you have 400 cold resistance you're going to have 400 increase physical damage over time which obviously scals your bleeds and you're going to have you know ton of Freez multiply so your cold chaos bolts actually are going to basically Perma freeze as you probably saw in the footage in the early game uh even I've been playing this build at 1,000 corruption on the test server just to properly test this I put like 300 hours into it you can basically Perma freeze mobs not quite bosses because you know like the base freeze rate is not as high but all the trash you're going to Perma freeze absolutely all right uh then we get uh ah I forgot to mention gr for two insane obviously insane scaling with uh with a low life because it's going to be giving us um more multiplicative damage for missing Health you can get 4k Health with this build and you're going to be missing all of it so it's going to be it's easily going to be like a 200 plus or so multiplier again Harvest very very important things with Harvest you're going to be using Spirit chards so every time Harvest procs it's going to hit a lot of enemies it's going to proce shards and it will actually give you Mana back so this is great for density basically it's really nice to get this Mana back you know you like Harvest Pro hits a pack of 30 mobs boom you know 10 Mana back so you kind of like offset the Mana cost of chos bolts once again you can see there's a lot of shenanigans going on to make sure the build Works Mana wise uh we're also getting this which is an extra damage multiplier whatever it's it's pretty small but it's nice and obviously the kill threshold which otherwise it would be hard to get with this build because you need to spec so many skills uh we also have the the withering chance with the spirit plague spread again we're going to be having a lot of spread anyway and we're going to be applying it regardless with uh with the with the with the shield with life Journey but this is pretty nice especially once you hit big packs uh on top of that we get the the base necrotic damage converted and we're going to get bleach and per intelligence and again you're going to be getting at least like 100 intelligence so that alone gives you 400% chance to bleed which is much better than shitty R blood okay so don't spec blood when you're playing bleed and these are another uh bleach and source with uh penetration so uh amazing again the self bed chance uh we completely are immune to it all of the self bleed uh chances even if you man manually cast sprit plag because we're going to be using exus which makes us immune to bleed so all of these downsides you basically get to bypass which is absolutely amazing and yeah overall great ability and mainly mainly mainly synergize as well with life Journey which you see 45% chance to inflict Spirit plague on mahit so basically once you get the shield you don't even need to cast Spirit plague yourself honestly like maybe once or twice every few seconds when you see a new pack that it's still not inflicted but when you when you have like you know like a beacon going on or like an arena going on you basically forget about it then we have ghost flame ghost flame is like both uh deep uh basically immortality button and also a big damage multiplier button so obviously the the tankiness comes from this stupid ass note where uh you know armor wi channeling Etc you could make it Dodge I think armor is better uh for this kind of build because you're going to be quite static when you do this and if you dodge but you know you you you you you know like but you're standing still chances are you're going to be getting hit by a lot of things so I I rather have the the termin the terministic tankiness of the armor rather than the Dodge but if you're playing softcore or whatever you could definitely go for the Dodge and just around with with with the Dodge personally uh but this is better against one shots this is better against like random enemies and this is basically built to counter one shots kind of like as if you were using rebuke but again completely completely good if you don't find yourself needing to use this against one shots or like big attacks go feel free to go for the Dodge instead uh obviously you need the Mana cost because you want to make sure you use it as as good as POS as often and as easy as possible it basically has no coold down 0.8 you can use it at will pretty much then we grab all the damage reduction again we're not going to be leeching anyway because we're going to grab Hol leech on the passive tree uh for for from the leech tree and we're also going to grab the damage taken while channeling so again you get a lot a lot a lot of less damage taken which you also get on the passive three and we're also going to get the kify which is a curse that makes us deal 15% more damage against enemies and it also deals uh physical damage Elite what style uh big debuff which is kind of nice uh so basically what you would do is you would use all your Blitz or your chaos bolts your chaos you know and then when you when you see that the blitz on the on a boss or whatever are stuck to like 200 300 400 whatever you get then you use uh uh ghost flame and all of those blits will like snapshot out of the Wu because they will ramp up and uh you you will do so much freaking damage like it's pretty it's pretty noticeable when you're like doing damage that much damage and then you channel uh your ghost flame uh you can do so much damage especially because you're going to be applying new blits while with katonic fusure automatically and yeah it's just it's just an amazing skill uh don't get baited by the movement speed stuff I don't know I think it's for the memes and stuff is cool but I find it quite weird again you got extra skills again uh most important things to not to mention uh you know if you are playing the life version Don't Take a hollow Le of course because you still want a life steel and you will uh spec uh these points instead Spirit leech so again if you go to the the Warlock version and you check like the for example the full DPS version and you go to the passives you you will see that those are changed already in this three so just make sure that you you you you have all the information uh possible that you need on all these like passive threes and full planner Etc you know and what can I say uh damped overload really nice because we got an extra multiplier from this note uh the remember that The Damp chance is compared to bleit so it's actually better to get Dam chance than than bleit chance because it just kills the number is bigger you know and we you actually want to get some bleed chance from o from some Dam chance from other abilities so you make sure you always trigger Doom Herald which is more damage to Dam to while channeling so which synergizes with ghost flame like I mentioned again all the the defensive stuff of course all the extra curses blah blah blah and then aspect of the de again you mainly get it because it's You're Building low life so you want to have as much health as possible so you can scale your chaos bolts and etc etc and get more worth is this necessary no uh you have so much W so much word generation that the the the dams on yourself dude you won't even notice them it's an extra multiplier it's it's it's it's eligible honestly and the HP is just really valuable 15% for Five Points if you look at any other Mastery and you see how much HP they get per points 15% for five points is very very very very good value so amazing and intelligence per Mana per intelligence like I said the build can be AIT a bit Mana hungry so this is really nice because you just get 100 intelligence and just like that boom an extra 100 Mana really really nice and yeah uh play overload like I said the the r blood stuffff dude one blit one R blood per second you know having to invest so many points four points that I could like you're very very tight you could get more stats Etc and if you want to do it for the ls you can but uh and it has to be at nearby enemies which nearby is like 4 M like what are you going to be doing with this build sitting next to the boss like or sitting next to a dangerous enemy I mean you can spec this if you want over this four points like grab this but I think it's absolutely whatever honestly uh again gam play explained you can just R yourself I kind of explained it already but katonic Fisher into Spirit plague then you just manually cast chaos balls when you want to burst damage and ghost flame to apply the the copify and tank your enemies you know to channel ghost flame to maximize damage Etc you're going to be using transplant too you don't need to have Harvest on your bar at all because harvers like I said Harvest procs uh through uh chaos balls itself uh you will need some dexterity at least 10 dexterity with the amount of hits which is very easy to get 10 dexterity because again if you just get a peck of the mountain that's already five dexterity you already have two dexterity from existing and beating maasa plus you can get extra exterity on like a ring or something and with that you're completely good to go if you get like a red ring of alteria in in the super super end game that basically covers all your dexterity too so keep that in mind and everything explained you know you can just read it uh when it comes to gearing obviously uh I I included a non uh non uh live low life version just so you want to start playing the build you don't have xang yet at the beginning of the season and you know it's it's it's still really good you still want to have a lot of Life still but you don't you don't get to scale cold dress as good uh you don't get to freeze you don't get to do as much damage uh but the one thing that the full life version allows is that because you don't need the low life Unix you can actually go for a pretty crazy DPS setup if you really wanted to you just won't have 30k wor you know but you could go for uh blood of the Exile B's chalice and like flyer Sprite for like a giga combo of you know to kind of like upset the damage you lose from chaos bolts this would be a kind of crazy damage but again you won have w at the moment is so broken that it's hard for me to not recommend the W version honestly so again you don't need to play the low life but in if they Nerf it we will play this version you know so it's going to be Nerf proof the build but again 30k wor is kind of good again uh then you you do the low life transition it explained exactly what steps to do uh absolutely amazing the moment the game hits live by the way all the all these little images are going to get fixed cuz we're pulling data from city right at the moment and you know End Game Gear all the little legendaries that you can get how to farm what to get o has great Synergy with the build because of the freeze rate per stack of chill absolutely amazing and the more damage multiplier uh cuz you're again you're like I said you're going to be freezing everything and then eventually you know you can just get crazy like you can get uh exus is now 35 LP potential so you can actually get it with four LP 3 LP especially in a trade environment or or like with a what is it called with um with a circle of Fortune in mind I don't you've seen the clips of myself putting loot like a madman but I think this is we're going to see this uh because it's not that rare anymore but again things like 3 LP for by shackles that those might be a bit less again in the bes in slot I included a lot of like crazy crazy items just because if you only show items with one one stat it's hard for the reader I think to know what else would I would I want this if I happen to get lucky or if I happen to slam an item that has other stats well these are the stats that you want you want the hybrid Health you want the reduced crit and you want the uh Health another big mention when it comes to gearing you would see that at the beginning uh we're still basically going for creed avoidance because it's just really easy to do and it's very easy to to itemize around but once you get really really really good gear and really really good LP items on pretty much most builds not just the Warlock we're going to be switching into a reduced damage taken uh uh from crits setup so you can go into a a DPS a DPS um uh blessing or like the all resistance blessing instead depending on the build of course uh the tricky part of uh low life builds is obviously you can't use the new implicit boots to get the low life um so sorry to get the reduced damage from crits and you can also not get well you're going to be using Frost by shackles and you definitely want to get the less experimental current health lose per second so if you also need to get uh less damage uh taken from crits you you see it becomes a lot of uh a lot of uh pressure on the affixes so again go go for Kur avoidance just so you can get all your LP um stuff and if you manage to get best in slot gear then you do the switch okay for more damage more tankiness more armor more everything but you need the gear for it um another honorable mention I guess is uh Thorn Slinger again nonmandatory but chance to bleed movement speed plus one to physical skills it's great very easy to get with LP also so just just go hum with it you know uh and yeah uh Twisted heart a lot of people will ask why do you have Twisted heart the reason you have Twisted heart is because you actually heal yourself from time to time with certain things for example uh chaos bolt right will heal you uh Health gain against cursed everything is cursed if you happen to have a lot of hits you will see that your HP is going to go pretty high you could get like out of a let's just say you at zero HP with with low life and you suddenly hit like 20 enemies at once you can easily get like 200 hp like suddenly out of like a lot of hits and what what uh exus sorry what Twisted heart allows us to do is it allows us to first of all it's a great item and it allows us to consume this HP that we're getting through hit on uh hits with against curses to make sure that we still low life we we turn and we turn that life into additional W again this dis ability still has 16 strength which is crazy 20% Health absolute nuts and remember plus one to necrotic and plus one to Elemental skills which we obviously have right so overall absolutely amazing and even though this items been nerfed it's still really strong especially for builds with a lot of caspit and again if you happen to you know if you manage to have like a lot of attributes which you can definitely do cuz you have a lot of Vitality a lot of strength a lot of intelligence you could consider adding a red bring of alaran to your build but it's kind of like a super super end game setup uh blessings yeah pretty straightforward you know resistances dot builds which just happen to benefit from a lot of resistances freeze rate per stack of chield like I mentioned to benefit from the freeze rate from chaos bolt and make sure you grab some Mana if you don't need the lining rest because having extra Mana is actually really nice because you you could like let's just say you you do like a lot of damage against like a boss right or like a hard enemy and you lose lose like 200 Mana so you're still one you have 100 Mana left but next you there's a pack of trash mobs and then you kill all of those trash mobs instantly with Spirit plake so suddenly you generate a ton of mana and you have like a bigger you know your your your your Mana pool is bigger so you don't if you get like unlucky where you don't proc spirit plag in a couple in a row or whatever you the the more Mana you have the more consistent you're going to be full because you're going to be able to like offset bad strikes of luck basically um it's going to eventually uh you know uh normalize you're you're going to get unlucky and lucky unlucky and then lucky and then you're going to be full again but if you get unlucky and lucky and lucky and you don't have a lot of Mana you're o and you're right so again Idol classic you know HP HP HP get a fear just for cc and again you can get also really good Idols with chance to apply damped and chance to apply bleed you can also get it on one by force so if you want to go for a giga troll DPS version you can go full of these Idol two of this and two of the 1x4s with chance to apply on damed and chance to bleed on physical spell hit and this could like literally if you go do that you could literally double your damage honestly but the build does so much damage I don't think it's important uh everything is explained here you know and again you know all the scaling as always all the resistances as always you have the loot filter that you can already download right uh you can see it's
