he's parked right now the thing is is I have no reason to believe that he's not quitting crime because he has a ladder in the back of the truck and he's in front of houses I don't occupied right now well just honest I'm curious why man from Oklahoma City has parked on a dead-end road and Blanchard and you know he has no I asked him if he lives here and he says I don't answer questions you asked if he was free to leave and I said no at this time I have my emergency equipment activated and I'm trying to investigate well I'm out of town until I get one yeah and the roadies on is you know it's And this is AFTER the officer was told he didn’t have any legal ground to stand on, from the city attorney!

He made some pretty disturbing statements too like he was gonna ’rip him out of his truck’ or follow him out of town until he could come up with a traffic violation..

I actually kind if hope they formally arrested the guy, let them explain all this fucking garbage to a judge, and then try to defend their actions in the inevitable lawsuit.

Any detainment or arrest made without the legally required RAS or PC, should automatically remove "qualified immunity" and cops should be criminally charged the exact same way as any random citizen who did the exact same action.
