Blanchard PD! Filing charges in Grady County Sheriff’s Office.

hey Dylan hey Brian today I'm going in here I'm at the Grady County Sheriff's Office and I am going to file formal charges against all four officers including the chief captain Bellamy officer Haynes and officer nie and I'm going to record I can't video record but I can audio record from what I understand that's what the McClain County Sheriff's Department told me so I'm just gonna be putting I'm gonna have my phone going but we won't be able to see anything I'm going to put my cover on and take it in and let them know that I am out of audio recording so but this way you guys can hear Sheriff's Office yesterday and they pulled it up in it they said it was in your County yeah summer Valley Road okay I need to grab my little tablet so I can show you guys the videos and I forgot my the dispatcher told me is that you were on the Grady County line right McClain County told me no sir but it was in Blanchard jurisdiction correct yeah the City of Windsor yes it's in their jurisdiction so my suggestion to you would be contact your an attorney if you feel that something was done wrong to you and that's gonna be my suggestion to you so so the advice from that I got from the Clinton County Sheriff's Office to come to you guys to file the complaints and the charges because they referred me to come over here because they were when I went through the whole process yesterday and right now all the stuff out there the Sheriff's Department and when they found out that was that the actual incident happened inside your guys's jurisdiction that they had to refer me over here to you what exactly happened to you I don't know the circumstances well my rights were violated I was had four officers including the chief the chief didn't even want to hear anything I had to say I was sitting in front of the house waiting on a lot of assist to assist me in getting her accessing the roof and the homeowners they were in Dallas I had permission to be there I had already had a scheduled appointment with their contractor contractor was running away 45 minutes late and the police pulled up on me for a suspicious vehicle okay and I was just sitting there I mean waiting like I'm he's posting for him to get there and then he wanted to know what I was doing there I mean one of my ID wanted to run me and all that the reason why I'm that I mean that's none of his business I mean that's the policyholders plant information that's not public public record can't just go do an open records best to find out what's going on and so I didn't need to give that information out to them so they tried to compel me to argue which I knew I didn't have to and then sir officer Haynes said if I could pull up this statute that shows that you do have that you do have to ID will you show us at your ID and I said absolutely not a problem so he goes back to his police car and I'm thinking he's looking at the statute to bring to show me when he calls the McLennan County number one assistant district attorney and Travis Travis white and Travis white tells him no Oklahoma is not he's not compelled to show you his ID under the circumstances that's going on right now he tried to tell him hey leave the guy alone even on the video it says the officer says well I'll just follow him until I can find a reason to pull him over and the conversation is on speakerphone so you hear it in the death or in the body cam and when they finally own their phone call at that point the chief has already arrested me having you step out of the chief right the chief had me step out of the truck because I was under arrest because actually how do you render oh yeah you can hear it all in the video I have the whole video I have all three body cam videos around here for you guys figure records and I haven't already pulled up to show you so you can see what actually happened and that you said well unless you're willing to cooperate you're under arrest you have to answer our questions you have to give us your ideas and I didn't do any of that and this goes on for almost an hour okay so anyway do you know the circumstance on this you do okay he just explained it to me and he's wanting to make a complaint on the Blanchard Police Department and I'm sure you told him how to do that yes I did oh well I'm in the process of doing that so I went to McClain County because that's who the officer hangings had called to talk to their district attorney there that's why I thought I had to go to McClain County right and I've already done that and I was told my next step would be to come to the sheriff's department because you're within their jurisdiction and if you guys because your conflict-of-interest of investigating land because you work with them then it would go to our UI Thank You complaint on civil rights violation yeah I've already sent them everything also civil rights violations are empty eyes [Music] I mean I was in the and that's someone else's at all definitely because they're neutral agency what there needs to be is a neutral agency will investigate this not somebody who's part I mean that we work in and because no matter how it when didn't go good your way and you're gonna think we did something wrong and we want our hands out of because we want you to be we want you to be treated fair cuz we want them to treat service so that's all we want and we're telling you the ways to do that either OSBI or FBI okay it shouldn't be yes [Music] I just need to find out what caused this is I've got to go through he David Thompkins yeah sheriff came out document sometimes talking and they said yeah because it happened you guys actually jurisdiction here that'd be my recommendation sir I mean like I said all I have is what she talked about the incident I don't know anything about it right so you know if you feel your mole and you may have been a loser if you work then that would be my recommendation and I'm not an attorney so I'm not just telling you you know but I'll contact FBI and OSBI and I give you some probably some guidance okay so just east of Broadway there's that College where we take all of our evidence of stuff and they do well their offices are okay but I would definitely call before I make the drive that way because neither make an employment but here make an appointment or you know because you wanna probably want to drive up there listen out of their hair actually and it's for someone else to Emily in FBI's on partner can return back you I'm good you know that you know 20 minutes from do so yeah Google and you know surely they'll have some advice for you and some recommendations they don't want to get their hands wet I knew about it before I even got you so something must be jesting I'm had a visit in from County so now we'll go to oh s bi yeah and then we knew I was quoting probably because they saw the live stream going on I figure out the FBI right now Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation so but yeah I think everybody go the FBI because nobody from their office has called me yet or anything and that was over two weeks ago that I pulled and filed a complaint with them so I got all the documentation I got them all right here I've got the statutes I've got everything all right here ready to go so that's what we're gonna do I know where that's at yes sir I'm prepared I think I'll see if I can get should I might just house real quick and make a double copy and then making that a thumb drive and go to both correct that was all blue line right there and that's that's ridiculous because they were he was defensive right off the bat right off the bat he was defensive so that's just them protecting their brothers in blue I'll believe me I'm I'm not doing anything without
