Vegan food's great when you don't try to make comparisons to other non-vegan dishes. It falls short most of the time. Like, why even bother being vegan if you're gonna pretend it's meat

There is most def a health crisis among us, I'm Jamaican-American, but our foods are similar wrt the health effects of eating it (especially to excess) years down the line. Listen to all the descriptions of soul food in the video, not great to eat a lot of it. I'm not vegan, just vegetarian tho. Not trying to preach or anything
