It's not Tommy, it sounds like the people watching it were jokingly saying that it is Wiseau. Going more into details on that movie, it looks to be released in the last 10 or so years, the guy in question has short hair, Tommy has had long hair for decades. So there's that, deeper voice on this person and Russian? I never thought Tommy's voice was Russian. Eastern European, Polish, but not Russian.
I figured this community would be the most qualified to verify whether it is or isn't.
