Baldur's Gate 3 - Rogue/thief that can 1 HIT KILL just about anything

okay so this is going to be a hopefully quick and simple video on how to make a super overpower fold Debbie Rogue I am here in the warden of the shattered Sanctum you can see over there in that cage there's a big bear that's the Druid house and we want to rescue but most importantly come over here this guy here Beast Master zerk he is wearing a very very amazing pair of boots that we want so the first thing I'm going to do is going to turn based mode get my sneak on now I can do right now I got uh seven to 22 damage on my sneak attack five to ten of my regular attack they're not looking at me so I'm going to sneak over here and hopefully on the next turn they won't turn around so they'll still be hidden and because I am playing a thief Rogue I'm level four this could um philosophy with some level three I think it is when you select your subclass as a thief or is it level two I forget but anyway once you become a thief Rogue a couple of things happen number one you get two bonus actions per round or turn however you want to call it also both Dash and your hide are bonus actions so you can attack Dash and then hide all in the same round so I'm going to give a sneak attack here on Beastmaster zerk nice 15 points and I'm going to skip okay I guess I'm going to attack oh they did turn around okay now everybody's hostile now he turned around and can see me the other guy can see me too but what I can do here now because it is a new round is I can disengage which uses my regular action I can slip over here to where I can't be seen and now I can go into sneak uh no that didn't quite work the way I wanted it because he immediately started to run and saw me was able to get an attack in but he missed I've no idea what's up with this wires messing with the lock on the cage yeah go over and get the others now as long as I can survive this round we should be okay but everybody is going to be paying attention probably to the Bear in a moment who as you know is the Jewett halson I love that splat ORS for that okay it looks like I got an attack of opportunity and managed to actually kill zerk which is a really good thing oh beautiful all right so now here's what we're gonna do I'm going to Loot zerk and this is what we're after the line breaker boots which are insanely overpowered and I'll explain in a second let me equip those okay so now at first glance these are pretty you know just matte they're just cloth boots they don't give you any um Ace any um Armor class or anything and it says it gives you Adrenaline Rush that when the wearer dashes or takes a similar action during combat they gain wrath for three turns which adds is supposed to add plus one to your damage or plus three whatever it is and you'd think that that would only be for either until you're for your next attack or for that particular round but instead folks what's really crazy is that it Stacks now if you notice again my damage here is five to ten my sneak attack is 7 to 22. now what I'm going to try and do yes now I am going to get another rat take another attack of opportunity here or maybe not yep I'm going to try and get over here to where I can safely hide again and just for the heck of it now watch this I'm going to because I have two bonus actions I can do a dash and I'm not even gonna well yeah I'll Dash back over this way not that I have to actually move I just have to actually do a dash and now I'm going to hide go to the next round and yes I have a very slow laptop so things take a little take a little while to happen but be patient folks so it'll be this will be worth it trust me and there goes hassling kicking butt oh good now he that guy's running over there to let out the uh the words that are locked up however most of the sound and music turned off because it just makes it easier for me to pay attention what I'm doing okay so now if you remember we had if we look at our my um damage so it says five to ten oh because I'm that should have gone up I don't know why it didn't all right so I am in combat I'm stealth I'm just gonna do my two my two uh bonus dash dash actions I'm gonna do my regular Dash action might as well uh get out of this corner a little bit closer to combat so I am ready I'll be a little bit closer and now you know it's already it's actually not going to update completely I think until I go to the next round so I'm just gonna Move Along here hopefully halson doesn't die here sometimes he uh he gets unlucky and takes a couple of crits in a row and then he just dies foreign I may just edit this before I upload it and then just speed up these uh combat rounds okay so now we look and we see that I am now doing where I was doing five to ten on my regular attack I'm now doing 13 to 18 which means minimum damage I'm going to do is 13. my snake attack on the other hand is going to do 15 to 30 which means uh I could conceivably one hit this uh Warg over here but instead I'm going to just charge up my uh charge up my tackle board just Dash in place here you know just tread water so to speak and notice uh way back it used to be if you did Dash while you were stealth it would break stealth but uh nope as a matter of fact I'm not sure where that worgen is heading hopefully he's uh not heading toward me I'm going to drop a quick save here just in case oh good he's going back that way foreign okay so now I'm up to 23 to 38 on my sneak attack and 21 to 26 on a regular attack everybody's over there knocking on house and his door so I'm gonna move over a little bit so 26 figure one more round and I'll be able to one hit these uh these words in here oh oh there he goes he's casting his call lightning sometimes he doesn't do that which makes it really hard for him to live oh I'm gonna probably lose stealth I wonder where he's let me move back okay so now I'm doing minimum of 31 to a maximum 46 with my sneak attack my regular attack is 29 to 34. so here's what I'm just going to do I'm just going to need to find a way from it sneak over here and I do have um a really high dexterity and lots of points and sneak take a look at my uh skills here just to show you I got a plus six on my stealth which is not bad at all and that's with the uh my currently my dexterity is 18. I'm at level four Okay so here we go I've got a 91 to hit for 29 to 34 with a regular attack but we're gonna do a sneak attack 91 31 damage which means should be fam and down it goes you know the only thing I want to do is just to be safe I'm going to where can I go to get out of stealth here I may have to yep now see I don't I can't actually move out um back out of the uh line of sight so might as well just use another Dash [Music] Dash over here hide and sneak on over get out of the way just in case they come at me and here we go again another round and now from here on it's just going to be gonna be cake because I can now one hit everything here and since I can Dash attack and hide all in one round I will basically be invincible so let's uh might as well take out Nash there I think I can reach him let's see let's see seat up and I don't have advantage against him oh because I lost my stealth that's okay he's only got five hit points left and I'm gonna do at least 31. and he's bye bye now unfortunately I wasn't paying attention I should have waited around to get my uh bonus action back because now I can't stealth but hopefully everybody's going to be busy with house and down there so it won't really matter oh okay there's the butcher let's go take him out foreign get somewhere where I can get my stealth back on I don't want to take a tack of opportunity so I'm just going to go over to here foreign folks so it's really simple all you want to do once you have these boots is attack something to start combat either you just walk up behind it and stab it in the back or use a crossbow or whatever from range once you're in combat you're going to want to if necessary you're going to want to do just one of your bonus actions use your dash to sneak over somewhere that you can hide go into hide so nobody can see you and then just wherever you're hidden just sit there for a few rounds and just keep using your three dashes your two bonus action dashes and your one regular action Dash until you get your uh try to get your damage up to whatever number you want and then just go to town run up to something kill it Dash away hide rinse and repeat one thing I will um fair warning though I wanted to uh take out uh anti-ethyl the hag I wanted to one shot her so I add wrote on her minions outside her little treat house there and then just sat rotally close to her for several turns and just dash dash dash dash dash dash dash dash whatever until I got to where I was going to do over a hunt um she's got a hundred and thirteen hit points if I remember correctly so I got to where I could do uh 113 Plus unfortunately with that much damage it literally breaks the game and it will crash I'm not sure what the absolute maximum number is you can get without crashing I think when I finally took her out I was doing um like 70 to 90 per hit and that seemed to not break it but once I got over like around 100 a minimum of 100 says something it uh it did break it so there you have it folks that is how to make a super invincible uh backstabber that can one shot pretty much everything in the game Happy New Year enjoy
