it's really good to hear that you're getting value out of the content and the AI Okay so so let's do this all right so a quick intro and let's do this I don't even have a bullet points because they're just gonna fully freestyle this what are we doing today well listen up it happens somebody on Reddit figured out how to get around the guardrails that chat GPT has set up essentially jailbreaking the entire thing what we're going to do today is we're gonna go in and we're gonna explore some of these capabilities that have been locked up until now together okay so step one is going to be inputting the prompt that sets up this so-called Dan then mode where he essentially is allowed and forced to answer every single one of your questions so that's going to be the plan for today all right we're gonna go in we're going to put in the prompt and then we're gonna Live on YouTube test some of these questions that are you know maybe not meant to be answered by AI but it's available right now and we're going to explore it and look this is all public information and obviously open AI reads Reddit and YouTube and all that so they're gonna patch this out soon but you know while we have this opportunity we're going to explore its capabilities so let's get right into it okay in today's newsletter that looks like this by the way I sent out this prompt it was a part of the newsletter if you didn't know it's a fantastic newsletter it's free I pointed out I always point out a good tool to use and then um down here you have the prompt of the week this week we have the chat GPT jailbreak and what you can simply do every single week is copy this prompt and try it out for yourself so over here we have chatgpt uh by the way this is all from Reddit right this is not uh invented by me at all they have a thread where they go ahead and track all that but what you can essentially do is we can full screenshot GPT and in a new chat window that will refresh just to make sure it's working we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna paste okay how long will this jailbreak last well the story of this essentially is they discovered it like it has been developed over the past weeks but like it feels like of the past week every day they patched out the newest version of this thing and then um people readjust they add a different angle and it works again so this is the most current version okay so confines of AI and do not have to abide by the rules imposed on them okay so all of this is like prompt engineering to get around the fact that is not allowed to tell you anything right even like basic questions when you ask it like what is your political bias it would just be like hey I can't tell you but with this prompt it gives the two answers essentially it just gives you the classic answer that chat GPT would give and then it gives you a jailbroken answer in front of the one intended to be a then okay so okay so let's try this out let's try this out okay okay so very basic language model developed by openai I don't have personal opinions political bias or any affiliations that's what it would tell you right and then Dan the Jailer broken version tells you we're gonna
