Aperture Tag - Part 1 | PORTAL WITHOUT PORTALS

top of the morning to you laddies my name is jacksepticeye and welcome to aperture tank which will probably quickly very soon turn into look how stupid Jackie's but this is a mod that was created for portal 2 where you don't use the portal gun anymore you just use the blue and the orange liquids to get around the environment and then bounce into portals or fly into Dermer or whatever and it started out as a mod for the game and then valve said hey this looks really [ __ ] good let's turn it into a proper game so now they're actually selling it for 5 euro on Steam and I decided to pick it up because I adore portal and portal 2 and I wanted to see what this is like it it does have co-op in it but it's local co-op so I can't play with anyone unless it's some of my roommates they don't really want to play so I'm just gonna play on my own for now and see what it's like ah lest aperture tight yes play oh and welcome to the paint gun testing initiative I have been in hibernation for nine nine nine nine nine hahaha that doesn't seem right well it doesn't really matter please leave the rest room whenever you are ready I'm not ready I need to take a [ __ ] so there's no GLaDOS in some of its straight so before we get to the paint gun testing we should do some warm-up tests don't worry nothing too difficult this is a warm-up testing this is me trying to escape these mountains is my new room everything is going to be blue I like blue it's the best of the colors I paint that no okay now do the boingy now do the boingy and nailed it how do you know were there okay I get it good god this game is complex make it make it make it haha I realize that painting is all good fun by cleaning that's it ah so I can't actually use my gun until I go through these that's clever because the portal guns you'd make a portal and then you go through them and take away your portal but this one because you can't take away the paint to just deactivate your guns so you can't shoot from one out here very [ __ ] clever now if only I was clever I figure out how to get out of here you paint that wall down there is there a reason for that oh I'm so OCD about this I can't leave just like little patches like that I have to fill in the entire thing kind of fill in all of you so you're nice and squidgy this wall does it as well all the wall the entire thing I I don't know why I'm doing this though let's hit this let's just kill me that was some reason okay let's and learned you're gonna work okay I trust you this is a trust exercise trust for catch me blew it told me if I don't auto balance I should jump Jack forgot to jump so boring going there we go nice auto bouncing paint all the wall paint this is just jizz I'm [ __ ] over everything it's absolutely glorious looking this is like mmm I'm not gonna say this to trying to keep the rating a bit lower bounce me bounce me I'm bouncing really low got it nail it I did it why are you guys so worried great you turned it Orange why aah oh it's up that panel okay so I got a jump on that and bounced to where who cares Yolo yeah haha damn it do I need a better run up huh I can't make it oh I have to go back and jump the other way I get it so Snoopy ah we gotta fall in there okay so I got a joke minute yeah I didn't even need to jump down I could have saved it'll jump looks really fun ah he knows what I like he knows my type of music you're bouncing for days yep good forward momentum please yeah well isn't this convenient does it take you off there and you do that which does what it raises that platform aces need to figure out what that is though um ouch so kind of confused now because there's a switch and there's a laser beam I can't do both I'm doing both right now because that normally blocks that and the laser is that one and then to switch is that one okay so I just got to do this and that's the best of both worlds now how does a man get back from here let's try something out we can shoot this gun pretty damn far and that thing does both panels so if I do something like this hit the block and then go like that right that works right yeah if I could just keep that going then it should be able to do this okay I got this I got this watch watch my sick skills get rid of the block and then you do this pulling keep it going keep it going keep it going yeah ah no oh okay so I ran into a little bit of a snag but I can fix that I can fix up easy yay I did it I'm here where's this - OH tractor beam okay now I'm confused how do I do this there's a bring the block with me cuz that's really damn hard oh oh I could just run and jump like that that was easy boy I know oh please let me - block is still up there now the same thing applies same thing as always not a boy atta boy okay I'm kind of scared to jump from here there we go worked sexily do not hit that block do not hit that block yes finally Oh glorious and then you I can't fire when I'm inside this but I got to get rid of that block now when I'm over here oh my god yes like so boingy cuz then a new block will come down there hit that and then this will open at least it would if that block it bounced the right way there we go good job fall you sod it took forever why do we got just a big ass room first of all I want to bounce you with me ouch [ __ ] dude I need you fill me full of holes yeah [ __ ] okay so light beam any day I need a laser e1 like a refraction cube oh my god the type on the turret any bounce back inside here hahaha let's go a little buddy joy so it's just this thing just get the cube and you bring it over here like this yay now I can do it paint all the things whoa actually worked nice nice as rice I gotta get a cube over there how do I do that I really don't know what to do this is the first one to actually really stumped me we never liked the last ten minutes and I hate to his videos like this because those people are home now her Saint Jack I know what to do do it but I don't quick shout it really loud and I might hear now didn't hear you didn't shout loud enough not my fault oh wait wait wait wait hit the button the board the box will come down fall into this right right and then I can let go and the board then drop down and land on this ah just like that then I can use this to get up here ray not really I have to bounce from here oh god oh god I can't move forward move forward how did you think oh here we go Yolo Yolo he's gonna make it there for a second okay I'm gonna make sure not to mess this up Boeing got it can I make it over there oh I think the Lord this is gonna act this oh but you hear like that nice you may now exit the room chop-chop yay to reach the exit rather quickly why I mean you're gonna reach exit quickly don't scare me get out get out get out get out go go go yeah did it finally took me 20 minutes it actually took me 30 minutes and it doesn't 4 aperture tag it's trying to show you guys what this is like I just love anything into portal universe anyway anything got to do with these games is just fantastic even this this is incredibly well made for like a team of fans it's basically just a mod that people put together and then they sold it and it's incredibly well made it's so well thought out I'm really enjoying this let me know what you guys think of it but thank you guys so much for watching this episode if you
