now then yesterday she was dancing today she's cooking there's no end to Allison Hammonds skills and you're on the great celebrity bake-off tonight at 8:00 on channel 4 yes and showing your bakery skills I was so good I'm not gonna lie I was really good you should have a look why but I am like the best one you've never seen it LaVon behind you normally does the slave realize that Oliver know that yes genuinely was like where is the door because I'm normally klutzy I know I'm like a little bit of a klutz so I was like oh my god I broke in the door and I literally can't find the door I'm on the bike then you've been filmed also on God but seriously where if I do me the door someone asked you for the recipe for pro babes this no way we're about to do right now wise and so you make up this as a family today I'm gonna be honest with you this is my cousin's recipe she came to my house bought some brownies you know bring in the love I had one of the brownies I was like oh my gosh it's a man had another one but I had another one she was like where's the brownies I was like oh my god last time you've been in our this morning kitchen and well quite frankly it's are sitting here now and thinking should you start yeah okay so first of all it's very easy you want a nice good quality chocolate so we've got 200 grams of chocolate we've got 250 grams of butter and what you want to do is you want to make a nice BAM Marie okay I actually thought it was a Bambury but it's not it's a ban Marie and you put that chocolate and the butter in the bam marine the main reason we do this guys is so that you don't burn the chocolate and butter so you do that so essentially there's water in there and you boiled the water correct I'm here and and so that's the boiling water underneath that set the seating is on well we're actually we don't want the pot to really touch the water if we're honest we don't just use in the stays thing the steam is going to melt melt the butter yummy chocolate I mean you could do it the microwave as well but you know this is just fun you know when you're baking you just smell that chocolate it's just so exciting okay once that's done bring it over here and then you want to put all your dried ingredients in so you're gonna pop your sugar in so 360 grams of sugar I know it's a lot of sugar if you haven't got sugar at home and you've got maybe coconut sugar put that in instead this is the sort of recipe you can kind of change up whenever you want okay mix that in like so at that love by using tin - no no no I'm not because I don't want to look at to enjoy this so I'm not going to do it mmm I really do like brownies but there's it's very rare that I like brownies this is the first recipe I really but I absolutely love and what's great about it is if you cook it a little bit longer it can be more cakey sort of brownie if you cook it a little bit less it'd be more more soft and more gooey gooey yeah so it's entirely new how you like your brownie okay so we've added the sugar now I'm gonna add the cocoa powder so it's 80 grams of cocoa powder and go for a nice good quality cocoa powder and then because it's the same consistency I'm just gonna bang in my flour now as well so that's 65 grams of flour and then if you want to you could add a little teaspoon of baking powder but I've actually forgotten that before and it really didn't make a difference so I don't know what actually baking powder actually does but um put it in or don't put it anything tyloo up for you and then give it a little shake like so that's beautiful it's nice as me it's really beautiful little shake there we go relax when you're cooking is you know what I following cooking and baking so relaxing we get back in as you can see it's a little bit dry it's not normally this dry but you may be accident yeah that's it we driver yeah it is a little bit dry you know with these things you just got to go with the flow we don't go with the flow so we want four eggs in here now what you need to do you can't just bang the egg strain to the mixture what you need to do is you need to do it separately and the main reason for this is because you want the eggs here in your own kitchen you're pretending to do it on the TV and yet you are actually doing it was practice you've got a minute and a half you know that I got this quick mix up those eggs like so it's all good right and then you want it by Gabe every day okay so I mean we mix that in like so this consistency okay now this is where it's gonna get really good okay I'm gonna get seer let's assume that that's now gone in the tray I need to show you this bit because can you see how it's falling off the walls when you know that's when you know you've got a good round still secret ingredient I'm not gonna tell you the secret ingredient you have to watch the show tonight bake off okay so so then you put that in there and you add all the other stuff yeah so I'm gonna add some stuff there we go chips get it all mixed up bang it in the tin look at that right and then you spread it out get it in the oven 160 how long 160 for about 40 second and we've got them here all right you have your brownie at the end before you make Nick yes I can say it's absolutely delicious all the recipe details have a look at our this morning app you
