[Music] [Music] oh this will be my first meal of the day does the coffee help curb your appetite yeah just gives me a little something to do in the morning since the last episode of eating uh wasn't intermittent fasting so uh with intermittent fasting this is the only thing i have in the morning and then uh until noon or 12 30 depending on what i stopped eating the day before i've got my rp diet coach on my phone to let me know what i need a couple times about 12 to eight with as early as these guys get up now usually around seven this is uh this is my life now hey webb i think i'm gonna do 10 from the single arm dumbbell snatch too because nine is stupid jake come on [Music] so [Music] so [Music] two five-minute wraps so there's supposed to be some like muscle up endurance stuff on compete uh we're gonna change it up a little bit and get to muscle up and push jerk endurance so it's five push jerks ten muscle ups five minute am wrap rest five minutes five minutes [Music] so [Music] part of my problem is time gets away i forget to eat intermittent fasting helps with that but the rp diet coach app helps with that as well gives me updates gives me notifications when i need to eat based on my training schedule and for me my intermittent fasting eating window so it is super helpful actually to remind me um to take in some calories [Music] on a hot summer night summer nights [Music] no kid can beat the grinch what are you making a little protein shake get some uh oats [Music] usually i'd rather have some type of meat source but do that didn't prepare for that so but i usually try to just do two shakes a day but today that big shake i had earlier and this is just basically almond milk 25 grams of protein plus about eight or so peanut butter chocolate candy bar shake and then oats i drink one of those advocare rehydrate things down there fuel for the afternoon session what's that look 33 pound kettlebells [Music] [Music] nice no mercy for you no worries for you that game of thrones go cersei on you i keep the script i roll the dice don't fall asleep cause i'm working nice hey you trying to shut me out it's getting blatant hey i come and see you now no hesitation yeah i'm really really tired of being patient hey if you won't give it to me i'ma take [Music] it [Music] [Music] what's for dinner bourbon glazed salmon and rice with the joker boy let's keep it kosher yeah mama your son finna go supernova keep your focus really i just might spaz out in this place got that wall pain in my face just been running around in this race feels like i've been running in place now i got hella bling got hella rings i'm ready now i'm seeing every team y'all slept on me that's hella dreams don't take time take everything you trying to shut me out it's getting blatant yeah i come and see you now no hesitation yeah i'm really really tired of being patient yeah if you won't give it to me i'ma take it all right you guys have been here all day trained a little bit ate a little bit took a couple shakes about to take a post kind of i don't know if you call that training session shake i usually do this at home uh take some type of protein about 25 grams and then some carbohydrates right at the end of my eating window but seriously the best thing about the rp diet coach app is i don't have to worry about it it lets me know when i need to eat how much i need to eat and so it's something one less thing to to crowd my day so check it out i hope you guys had some fun saw some cool stuff you ready oski
