[Music] all right uh so josh kind of gave you a little bit of the rundown um got a couple a couple familiar faces in here a couple not so familiar gotta there you go travis back there how are you doing um yeah so it's fun we're just here to have fun this weekend so there's something that you don't want to do or need a scale or need a completely different movement because you're working around something let us know there's zero judgment whatsoever here like i said we're just here to have some fun maybe learn a little bit but mostly have a lot of fun so uh you guys got a pretty cool group up here um then sunday we'll do watch party elevation in the morning work out a little bit and then send you on your way sound good um as far as food goes tonight uh i recommend kind of going down to the old part of town what we call it if you type in like seven senses we'll write this stuff up seven senses blue pig father tom's uh 37 seeder sarge likes red silo they don't have food on the uh liquid nutrition uh but you can take you can but you can take food there right there um so that's right if you type in any one of those locations it'll you're in walking distance of four or five different restaurants you're in walking distance of ralph's donuts pretty good spot there's an ice cream spot cream city there it's pretty good cool comments questions concerns tomorrow afternoon yeah barbecue will be at uh dad's tomorrow afternoon yeah we'll meet on this whiteboard say five minutes cool and after that you'll have time to like go get the stuff that you want to get because don't be 100 honest i have no idea we're doing but then how many three or four should we do an amrap it's a good idea people are looking at your board get them out 24 minutes i mean me three minutes like three minutes we give them 25 minutes five five-minute rest is this what you would have done if there wasn't train with rich today no all right i know what you would have been doing what nothing would have been in that basement some kind of all right so the way this is going to work after we split up jake's going to give you a number one or a number two three two one go one partner will start they'll do 90 ghd or 90 double unders 30 ghds and three rope climbs when they finish all of that their partner will do all that should take you around three minutes scale appropriately to what's gonna take you two thirty to three ish minutes okay [Music] it's important to show that you clean your equipment it is important she rope climbed barefoot and not legless psycho would you ever try that actually i did when i first like uh when i first actually learned a rope fight i was perfect i was at daryn's house and he had a rope hanging from a tree this was after the games obviously in 2010 and i did a uh yeah it was a hero workout it's like rope climb push up and run 800. like he's like five row puns 50 push-ups and run i've seen that one oh my jerry maybe jerry i think it's jerry awesome fantastic what are you saying brother that's fantastic what are you saying it's absolutely fantastic i don't know what the hell you were saying i never know what you're saying all right so that's it for tonight hope you guys got plenty of fitness in um we're gonna meet in the morning at 8 30. out back just yeah we'll meet out back at 8 30 in the morning we'll we will we'll do something previous to the water event at 10. love to have you guys join in on that um like i said we're gonna try to knock it out one two maybe he whatever we there's two options there's an all body weight option or a machine option um and so yeah so 8 30 in the morning out back tonight make sure you're getting plenty to eat plenty to drink get some good rest we'll have a lot of fun tomorrow uh but there will be a lot of fitness involved all day tomorrow cool eight or nine there we go so we filled these up they're five gallons and they ended up being about 50 products so we put the sand in at 61 and a half let's try to seep in some water see what happens yeah i'll take it around front okay i'm not opposed to doing i wouldn't want to get a bunch of equipment we're going to run and swim tomorrow or just this afternoon swim by ski bike but we need something else in there i feel like air squat they're squatting airspray five person team in this max cows squats push-ups in like 20 minutes or 30 minutes something like that could be good did you get any worm warnings when you were in south america oh you're talking about the water sorry just got you to something over here tell him about it yeah so fun fact about the amazon river if you're in the water and you pee are you doing this there is a group already a little parasite that crawls up computer who is brian yeah and it expands after time over time and can kill mayhem in paradise three-man team we're going to have dre design a shirt with a rose on it yes like hawaiian flowers and then one big rose i really need to go to the bathroom do you want to do you want a restaurant haley haley is the one person every class that is about to start and she's like hey i have to run haley's got a p so hold on she's that one [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] um it's my second custom move trap because i'm a homeowner so now i had to paint because i'm stubborn and won't let anyone else do it right so i painted my own walls i was rolling rolling rolling and it splashed all on my loop that's a good point so if you need anything to be painted contact me hey um haley's haley adams painting business send this to lu needs to make that i thought that was an actual like color set it looks really good i'm gonna go start helping the guys outside the barn the cause that's very special to us and when you start to read some of the numbers you realize just how many people this affects on a daily basis of something that we often take for granted because we go and we turn on the faucet we'll leave the water running and not really think about how many people in the world don't have access to drinkable water and even when they do if they've got access to water it's not drinkable they've got to walk roughly four miles every day just to get to those sources and so organizations like never thirst in 2535 water go to areas and build wells so that they do have access to this water so the basic everyday necessity they have they have and if you guys have gotten on the site we've got the fact on there that as little as 25 a day will provide somebody with clean water for the rest of their life so it's a very small price to pay um to change somebody's life around hey guys uh as josh said i'm jimbo really appreciate all you guys being out here to participate in this mission water event uh you really will be transforming lives and i want to let you know just real quick uh even before i pray in the workout all of the numbers today are really significant so if you're doing uh the equipment workout the 800 meter road 800 is significant because on average 800 children die every day from lack of access to clean water waterborne illnesses is still one of the leading causes of death in the world today and then the 25 synchro burpees is that 25 will change somebody's life forever because of our organization and organizations like ours we are able to provide clean water for someone for the rest of their life for just as little as 25 on average pretty amazing and so thank you for participating in helping make that happen and then 200 air squats 200 million hours is how many hours are lost every day that people have to go to get water and as josh mentioned most of the time they're hiking four miles or so to get water and it is not clean water it's water that makes their family sick but it's the only access they have so there is significance in what we're doing uh these aren't just random numbers these are statistics and behind those statistics are people's lives and so we have some images and faces that we hope you see and we'll just take part in just looking at for a second while you're working out today to recognize that you are helping individuals change their lives forever [Music] so [Music] [Music] five three hey guys we just finished the mayhem mission mission water event throw carry raising some awareness for clean water we'd love for you guys there's still some time to jump out do the workout with us there's a custom leaderboard not really any it's all for fun but a little bit of bragging rights i guess there's a couple all that you guys do so let's raise a little bit of money for uh places that don't get don't have water all right so it's an age group qualifier workout it's supposed to be three rounds for time nine bar muscle ups 18 toes bar we just did a little bit of mayhem gymnastics with pamela working on those two movements so we figured hey this is a good workout to do but we're gonna do amrap six so as many rounds possible in six minutes we have a bunch of different levels of fitness here so in six minutes you can get a lot done or you can get a little done or you get a lot of skill working so one time one time not man yeah well we're going the pond after this we got a nice little long swim run so we've done a lot of fitness today especially for off season who is that i claimed this spot moved the fan over here it's kind of like that meme that goes around like when you see your uh that person takes your favorite oh yeah yeah nope i made sure i had to walk away to go set stuff up and i was like nobody's taking my spot nobody's thinking i'll clean it up afterwards i hate when people write and chalk but i'm what do you do on the gym yes [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] time [Music] [Applause] [Music] and they'll get a number of one or two and start on run or start on swim ready to go 30 minutes one lap swim one lap run this is the most volume you guys have done since the games absolutely by far like triple dude the workout we're gonna do is swim a lap jog a lap or swim lap run a lap technically but it's gonna be a jog uh we're gonna do that for 30 minutes what we're going to do after we warm up do this little warm-up jog you know where you're going we're going to split up you'll get a one or a two if you're one you'll start on the swim if you're a two you'll start on the run and amrap from there [Music] what's that no do one more lap oh someone's learning i thought head count we got everybody wellness check everybody that went in the pond came out of the pond do we need to dredge it and make sure nobody's at the bottom what's the name of the top all right so we got barbecue uh cereal bar pick your favorite cereal over there i'm happy for baby there we go happy for barbecue here we go let's do it so uh we'll go 8 30 in the morning for the elevation uh church watch party and then 9 30 we'll do kind of a q a and then we'll work out again and again and again and send you on your way after that we'll hang out as long as you guys want to we didn't actually do a q a like we normally do so if you guys want to do that we can do that uh completely up to you guys like i said we're gonna be here so um we'll have jake where's jake jake bless the food a week yeah let's pray god think of his day people here lord thank you for this morning so it's pretty cool first time we've done that with the train with rich we've done it with the mayhem members but it's pretty cool cool is that something we're going to keep doing or i think so i think i i enjoyed it i don't know test the waters and see what everybody else thought but i liked it now doing it scott said you guys had a big day yesterday big day yesterday big fitness day no q a are you learning how to backflip yes well i'm gonna do a back tuck and the only reason i'm doing one is because he can spot me can you do that can i do backflip i don't know we'll see wow this is exciting i got to talk to myself you got this you got this hey luke you got is this manifesting yeah okay why you're not like you're athletic you got this i'm ready [Music] yes i'm ready all right i'm going i know what to do i'm so scared oh yes look that was so good i didn't tell you that much you just didn't really go up or over it's kind of it was like slow-motion [Laughter] that was essentially a backpack all right let's try let's try and get this i always [Music] yes so you could work on it right now then you have one mikasa why don't you why you can't like when i'm at school you don't to write carefully and just work on it is bringing up a great point let's work on it together skip some training sessions go to the trampoline do another one work on your back don't trip training sessions all right [Music] [Music] look at that all right so way this is gonna work you're gonna get a one two or a three ones are gonna start with an amrap of ten you're gonna find a partner within your number set one person is going to do 10 minutes that first person is just resting kind of hanging out as soon as 10 minutes hits the second person will start and the first person will rest but also be thinking about where they're going to go to do their next one and kind of get an idea of which lane or whatever setup they're going to take from the person that's currently doing it twos will start on this so it's going to go first ones are going to do dumbbell bench 50s and 35s and deadlift 225 155 336699 as high as you can go in 10 minutes cool next one's going to go 100 foot sled push we'll put cones out you go 100 foot sled push we're going to let you determine the weight on your push and pull we're going to hook a there's these white ropes over there you're going to do a hand over hand pull for 100 feet and then we're going to do a 100 foot handstand walk watch out for people who are handstand walking while you're pushing your sled so you don't run over anybody if you can't handstand walk come find us we'll let you know what you're going to do we'll probably have you ski okay i'll probably do like uh what do we usually do jake 15 cow 20 pound for 100 foot yeah which one goes 20 cal ski for the men 15 for the ladies if you can't handstand walk cool uh the next one so that the first one will be over here by the doors the deadlift and bench the handstand walk and sled pull be on the turf and then number three will be on this rig or this rig and then you'll lunge um in whichever way your whichever rig you're on you'll go three strict pull-ups 50-foot overhead walking lunge 115 for men 75 for ladies if you can let's try to use the short bars um obviously don't we don't have enough short bars then you can use a longer bar but that'll keep the footprint a little bit more narrow um you're going to go three strict pull up 50 overhead 50 foot overhead walking lunge 6 50 9 50 12 and keep counting or keep going up on the pull-up keeping the lunge the same if you can't do strict pull-ups let's go ahead and kip no shame in that cool everybody good with that everybody understand kind of what's going on so [Music] there's no reason not to pick it up and no reason to put it down is this like the worst way you know yeah good all right uh that's it for workouts and stuff for the weekend like we said earlier we appreciate all you guys
