hey guys it's haley so today i'm going to take you guys through a full day of eating training for semi-finals lots of food lots of carbs to fuel a lot of drinks so hope you guys enjoy so in the mornings i like to get my lunch ready for the day even though i still come back for lunch i could cook it just something about having it ready putting it in the microwave i'll also airfry some potatoes that i don't eat till later and i make overnight oats that i eat after dinner um i just like having it all ready it's just kind of my morning routine um yeah lunch is always basically the same i do about 200 grams of brown rice i use all traffic and stuff too so super easy i don't have to cook anything honestly i use their they send me mushrooms i use those but i just have like a little veggie chopper and i'll cut up onions because i hate that i do it all at once that's why there's so many and then i'll just cut up peppers in my lunch i love mushrooms it kind of changes up every year like what my routine is or what my go-to lunches but did you say every year yeah like i've been eating this for months now but it was not the same last year last year was like broccoli a bunch of broccoli slaw chicken and then my carbs were oatmeal but now it's rice once you get into the competitive season you eat the same meal yeah and then a little bit of onion because it's good for you i have so much that if i don't use it it's going to go to waste because i have to cut them all up at once will you add sauce to this too of some kind oh yeah after i heat it up i'll put garlic powder on it and just basically pour a whole bottle of hot sauce on it fronting farms hot sauce not exaggerating i also like to go ahead and cut it up because i hate cutting up my food like oh you cut it up in advance yeah when i'm so hungry i would rather just pick it up and eat it but i like to mix my food so smells like potatoes i actually always usually use russet potatoes but i'm out so i had some frozen sweet potatoes and i'm kind of scared to see what happens [Music] but guess what i'm still gonna eat it usually guys it looks way better than this [Music] but i eat these with my dinner but i like to go ahead and have them ready also i like when they sit in the fridge because they get not soggy but kind of soggy and i want to say it but moist i like to eat my bars cold and my fruit so i like to put that in the fridge oh now i make oats [Music] i mean that's a lot of rice cakes or for you that's not right i ate time last night do you eat time every night you eat ten every night yeah eight to ten last night was a ten [Music] tonight yeah i used to barely eat anything throughout the day and i'm getting better now like last season i never ate for train and we wouldn't eat till one which is not ideal but i just couldn't get myself to eat um but now i have a piece of toast in the morning with a banana and honey and i step on carbs during workout which seems to have helped it's like soup because you know the oats kind of absorb so the longer they're in there i mean it's still pretty watery but i like it and that is all the food for that prep and now i kind of start to make my breakfast which is super easy actually the end piece of the bread you don't like the end piece i don't know i don't really like it i used to not mash it up but um chyna told me to mash it up because it would always fall off when i was eating it best hack ever no it'd be like the salt man do you do you notice a difference in your first session just having a little bit of stuff yeah um i know that's not much compared um to some people's breakfast but like i said it's big for me and i feel like i'm not hungry not that i was hungry before but i can make it longer and um you know when we work out really hard it kind of makes your outside go down for a little bit too so yeah i think it works well for me so far the honey is 835 um i've got a bcaas which i will add some carbs to on training um but yeah now we head off to the barn for the first session of the day which usually goes to around 12. and then i'll come back here and have a big [Music] uh just finished a really really hard workout um the hardest ones have been in a while actually but now we've got a lot of lifting and then another workout after that so i'm definitely going to put some carbs into my water um this is vpn lemon lime the scoop is 20 grams of carbs you just do this to get more energy yeah especially when we have all this lifting and then we'll have something else after and it's a wednesday so happy scoop lemon bcaas and lemon lime carbs [Music] we have finished training for the morning i'm just cooling down i think it's about good afternoon a little afternoon um clean up and then uh by this time i start to get really hungry and then i'll have my big lunch meal which you will see next all right it is 12 47 um i'm about to heat up my lunch um it's definitely a bigger meal because it was a hard training session but eat this every day you ever cut yourself doing this nope knock on wood a lot of garlic on here i don't wear my girl like i just have it on here but i've used so much because i love garlic i love cherry tomatoes i don't really like regular tomatoes for some reason but these are just like they give a little crunch or something i don't know what it is they're just delicious it's made of fruit or vegetable fruit no it's a vegetable really how do you know no i'm saying it's a vegetable i know people say it's a fruit but i think it's a vegetable i mean how is it not what does google think it is i think it says i eat so much of this stuff like i'm not even just trying to hype them up because i like them i just this is my favorite sauce ever i usually do like 55-ish grams just so i cannot pour the whole bottle on there and save some do you like other hot sauces i have never liked hot sauce my whole life really never that's i don't know how i like this so much but it is just so good so for the main course i have some rice chicken mushrooms tomatoes peppers and onions with all the hot sauce and then i've got more carbs which are is an apple and a clementine and then for a sweet little treat i love having a bar after um meals so we've got crunchy fudge today and yeah um that's usually my post training meal if i'm still hungry i'll eat some more snacks so that's all i'm gonna have before a second session i'm feeling good that completely filled me up and feeling refueled ready to go so stay at the gym all right guys back for session two um i usually start a session with the noko step on in about 30 minutes before training it's 180 milligrams caffeine 12 calories three grams protein but really that caffeine picked me up so let's go elevators it has been a long day of training um i'm about to go and heat all the calories because like i said i don't eat as much especially during the day but working on it but gotta refuel for the next day of training so you guys can see all the snacks and big meals that i eat now so my first post training meal is i like to make these little egg white waffles with a piece of toast um and while that's heating up i snack on some carrots it's not a big meal but it kind of gets me started for the night and i look forward to it so this is like a warm-up yeah for sure someone gets a little snack too yeah do you want to die right now yes oops that's too many more pepper [Music] and all the mustard i'm not wearing my mustard i don't know why i just put it on there but i do use a lot of it how much water would it witch rich said that he looks like a woodchuck i think he's cuter than a woodchuck but that's okay [Music] he loves his mama and ice cream you all scream for ice cream i saw this machine it's called a yo nana not sponsored but i wish i was um i thought on tick tock and it makes frozen fruit into like an ice cream texture i've had it every night for months and i'm honestly surprised it hasn't broken i use it so much but the only fruit that i like with it though is pineapple i've tried i tried every fruit and it's just a little bit bitter this is the only one that's like kind of sweet believe it or not like for some reason i tried peaches and thought it would be so good i think i had the idea of actual peach ice cream in my head when i tasted it it was not very good tried bananas didn't like the banana pineapple is the only one the only ingredient you put in there well i added but you got to let it sit out for like five minutes fall out for a sec and then it'll be all good all right this is my banana so literally all i do is put the pineapple and it makes it into like ice cream texture the first few seconds it kind of comes out weird but then it's good fat free cool [Music] so what goes in this one usually i have a big bowl of lettuce but right now i kind of want broccoli with mushrooms and rice and put some hot sauce on that i also like to get my rice cakes ready for post dessert or post dinner because i just like to have it all ready i always go with everything light cheddar and a sweet one too i think i like the everything one the best is that like an everything bagel type oh yeah it is so good all the garlic again because i love garlic worcestershire hot sauce combo oh yeah [Music] um oh they look so sad i don't know what happened this was the overnight oats that i made this morning but just over the day oats i guess just almond milk protein powder and oatmeal all right this is the rest of my calories for the day and all my food um it definitely looks like a lot because it is but um i've got to get all the food in that i can and make sure that i'm recovered enough for tomorrow so i've got a bowl of chicken rice or sorry bison rice mushrooms and broccoli i've got some sad sweet potato that i messed up an air fryer but it's all i had and then get to the good stuff i've got three white cheddar rice cakes for everything flavor two plain with peanut butter and honey and an apple cinnamon with peanut butter and then i've got my overnight oats which i will finish the day off with um yeah so that's all my meals this is probably totally different than what everyone else does which is fine it's what works for me there's not a one size it's all for everyone but [Music] thank you guys for following along my day of eating um i
