[Music] what's your first meal protein shake no that's awesome hot spot hot sauce I'm gonna intermittent fasting since August Nick wasn't real happy at first with RP and then now he adapted it for it so we train this morning and this would be my first thing and I'll eat a little bit food with this after this so it's protein and then it's like 75 grams of carbs there's a little bit more fat he says used water but I'm not using water like what protein sorry Beck what else he often wash some eggs look at oatmeal I wait a little bit after shakedown well actually I stopped cooking because we're in a store bathroom right our Europe y'all hungry in the morning uh it took like probably about a month or two to get over that but now I don't really feel that at all we train pretty normal starting about 9:30 10 o'clock and then I usually take my first calories around 1:00 and eat till about 9:00 but not really feel hungry as long as I eat enough the night before and make sure that I stick to what I'm supposed to do and then pretty good see you had it stuck in just for a little bit more if those work out a lot of more carbs this is just straight just protein there's no coupons in it very low carbs so I 5 5 grams and then per tablespoon there's like 10 grand bars in there and there's a little bit more in the milk - so works out to about 75,000 75,000 parks anybody's that little peanut butter for fat so what time to usually eat your second meal 5:30 you know you should around 2:30 to 3:00 it's a little bit different today because we're all right short on time a little bit so cram some stuffed ham and then eat a little bit different a center noon big thing I've noticed as long as I eat enough between the first training session the second training session I feel better as long as I eat enough the night before those the big things I would eat you know first thing in the morning and then not eat all day long we train and I just feel like crap for the second session so now this makes count girl nugget for myself a medium fry being lemonade and a large super fruit salad and it fits perfectly within my guidelines we we checked it out so we're good we're good guidelines 45 grams of carbs or no 45 grams of protein 120 carbs supposed to be split between 60 healthy or low GI carbs and 60 high GI carbs and and I guess 20 grams of rat Fat Tony GameSpot so we're there that tastes good yep what is it it's like broccoli kale some raisins there's a love chick-fil-a sauce take choices diaper off did you give him a bath but I forgot to check and see me poop he did mmm yeah luckily it wasn't the best time yet Oh watch out for your sister amusing it [Music] [Music] what are you telling them supposed to mean totals yeah pretty much every meal other than the shakes are 45 grams of protein 25 grams of healthy fats and then usually about 100 or 120 grams of carbohydrates this won't be 100 programs for my drink and so sometimes I like them let them be able to kinda depend today go to shake what do you put in this shake some oats it's about 35 grams of carbohydrates it is instant nope no but there's no they added sugar ah [Music] [Music] we gather top it off with some milk
