you can call me what's up youtube today I will be showing you all a day in life of a front desk agent so stay tuned in which it is now 208 my daily routine if I have to work I get up and I go through my social media try to eat and if I don't I do get food on the way to where before I go to work I always have to get Starbucks and now I'm in the line for my order I had a mobile order for geela the order for shooter geela oh yes we do have that with you okay thank you so I've been working at my hotel for about a year and a month now the Residence Inn by Marriott Starbucks even have a four for four but today's why is me showing you guys what it's like to be a front desk agent what we do [Music] mine thank you hey hey you do hey you too I also pop in and what I usually do when I come in it so we like to print out all of the reports right now right who lives out my drawer then can I just get an ID and a credit [Music] and we just have you here for one night correct mr. Paul's name the person and thank you for being a titanium to meet number of course did you want to add a bunch of points to your cast [Music] um it's a welcoming gift I just need an ID thank you [Music] so you will be on the fourth floor the elevators down the hallway to the right and once you get off the fourth where you're gonna take a left off of it the code on the right side is the access code for the lifetime of that and breakfast will be tomorrow from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. right there clock shifts we usually don't do much but check people in and do ghusl Christ and that's about it there's now 7th or T's 3 o'clock we've really just been checking people in it oh we haven't done any special price for anything just been selling stuff from the market checking people in and everything that's about it and it's 7 o'clock now so it's right about the time where hotels in the area call us or we call them for how many rooms they have available to tell and at what rate I'm gonna show you all the paper and how it looks that this how many rooms are available and the room Lee and I'm by the phone so I'm gonna just do that have a good one hi residents and calling for numbers 994 at 143 and you okay we have 68 at 169 I thank you thank you hey residents in calling for numbers [Music] okay we have 68 at 169 thank you hey residents in calling for no mercy yes sir um this was 400 at Best Buy I look it one would just make videos like that yay my coworker dropped off some food for me bless her all right guys it is now 10:31 and usually around this time I just check my rivals to make sure I didn't miss anyone I also fill up the market like the drinks we have in there the snacks that we have and I also close my shift which I'm gonna show you and drop my money as well and then I clock out so I just closed my ship on the computer and I do have to drop $48 and I feel that all of the information in here and then I'll count myself again so then I'll take my drop to the back office drop it in there and now I just wait for the next person to come in at 10:40 it is now 11:10 and I'm talking out now before my shipment I do have to fill in the night audit about any important information and this is all for my video and I'll also make more front-desk videos I just forget this to be a nice little introduction to the front desk agent job and if you do have kind questions you're like mine answer [Music] [Music]
