[Music] tell me [Music] good morning or whatever time you're watching this welcome or welcome back if you are new my name is Italia Caprice and I don't even know how long it's been I think my last video it was my last video was it my birthday like that was in November I I can't even tell you what my last video was basically I'm on my way to work right now I just stopped at Dunkin Duncan to get our own to get a lot of time I haven't had one in so long but yeah I'm on my way to work I don't know there I am right I know I'm in Springfield I've never been over here before I was um I left home early so I'm kind of early to work technically you know notes I just kind of gonna I put on like Apple Maps Dunkin Donuts and us and with me I've never been here before but now I'm on my way to work and I'll talk to you when I get there we made it and I'm a little early it's 8 34 my shift doesn't start till nine so I'm just gonna take this extra time to make myself a little more presentable I hate walking in there with like a coat on I don't know why I just like I just feel anyway so let me just I had a really big pimple this um last night it like showed up yesterday morning oh my God it was right here and I wore like a um the little heart pimple patch and when I took it off this morning like it like had erupted so and now it looks like it's pretty much like field like it's not it's just like a little scar there but it'll go away so those pimple patches they work they get the job done they get all those they get all the stuff out they don't make it go down like when I initially bought them I thought they like made the pimple like shrink and like go away but they just like speed up the process they like slowly make it like erupt or just nasty but it works I have to um the pink Blistex it has like um cocoa butter in it I like that more than I like this one I've been using this my entire life literally since I was I think I think it was fine it was really really fine I didn't do it I just this morning but you know what it's okay because I'm in like a natural mood right now but yeah let me go and see if they're going in I'm in the body shop right now about to clock in I love this building it's so pretty in my jacket up in my little closet I ordered these hooks so the closet so I ordered them to hang my jacket I wasn't here yesterday and this is all the work I have to do for right now like usually when I come in I don't have anything to do usually I work Monday through Friday but it was my boyfriend's um it was my boyfriend's birthday yesterday so I didn't work yesterday so I'm working today the day that I didn't work obviously so um I usually finish all my work in a day good morning Jesse okay I'll get to this in a minute I'm just going to put it in my to be filed and I get to it when I have some time this is the combination I was talking about the pink mistakes and the pink glossy all right three dollars in this one I got this from CVS four dollars usually if you get the blue one at the gas station it's like that's what it looks like so I'm just log into everything make sure everything's up people are starting to ride [Music] [Music] so now what I'm about to do is just please and file this repair order you won't be able to see the screen but every prepare order having numbers so I just go in here my internet number and it's already closed yeah it's already closed I double check s for today's date thank you so now what I'm about to do is replenish this next and boots on the coffee foreign you think this is filled up this is full of tea and then we have our snacks going and we're all set oh I'm free I'll give you guys a little tour of this beautiful dealership is so cute like the waiting area I call it the living room for like customers to wait and you get to see if you're getting a car service you get to see your current being serviced this is why I call it the living room and there's a room it's called the quiet room if in case you want to like be secluded and do your work Awards these are our service desks the little kitchenette and then we're back at my desk I have a lot of filing to do and I have some orders to close so I'm just gonna do that sure yes whatever thank you for calling Portia mean to Humana direct your phone sure foreign that's okay that way when I go when I got up it'll be easy I won't have to go back I want the back turn I'll just go forward so I'm not gonna file it now but I'm gonna put it back in here and I'm gonna go get my lunch so every Saturday foreign gosh how much coops are they gonna hide my lunch I'm gonna eat at my desk nobody's up here I usually eat up here but I'll just eat at my desk thank you I'm recording myself to eat [Music] [Music] we're in the home stretch I have an hour in 20 minutes left to start in files so I'm about to do that but before I do that I'm gonna get some hot chocolate hello [Music] whatever foreign [Music] so that took 20 plus 15 35 minutes oh my gosh but that's not bad I only have 45 minutes left it's usually slow so I'm just gonna watch Netflix until it's time to leave unless I have to like do some work but I don't so it's closing time to clock out how many hours so far okay 41 hours thank you thank you guys so much for watching today's video I hope you enjoyed it that's typically what a day of my life looks like there is a lot that I got I didn't show you because I didn't want to like record out of the customers it was really busy today that's why I did that in the day but other than that it's pretty straightforward I just answered the phone Vlog every sales call close repair orders Bank receipts and just welcome all the customers and put them in the right direction it's really easy but again I think so much for
