allowing us to give you this look into a day in the life of a law enforcement officer this episode will feature a traffic accident a traffic stop a search for a man with warrants and a violation of a protective order law enforcement live is filmed live with the men and women of law enforcement all participants in tonight's show are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law viewer discretion gentleman pulled in and parked and then opened his door really super hard and hit my car and then laughed and got back in his car and drove away to go and went all the way up to the caught him and told him to come back because he came back okay all right you grab your let's fix your truck um you can take a step over there for me man he was crying and um i did i did the step up but soon i saw the gentleman i pulled over okay and then the wind uh they will blow the door open i wasn't i wasn't so the wind caught your door in the scratch side of the car there okay i just need your legs again hey sir is this damage already here it's not far okay okay is there any damage that's white mark right here this is okay so it's just a smart okay all right immediately so and leaves and it and then he leaves like real quick after that and i was like jordan go check and see if there's any damage you see like the streak right there's it's like the card okay all right i got you thank you until the gentleman cut my attention back okay i decided i mean i don't have it on my phone it's not real it's not expired i can call them okay that worked i mean whenever this is funny because i'll tell ya what's that this isn't even my fault but yet i'm being treated that way okay so that's fine i'll do it do you have any other okay yes correct yep yep i got that but you are you are going to be kind of fault because your door hit for you yeah okay okay okay are you good all right okay it's going to have all your information all his information so you're going to report it to insurance and call your insurance company give them his information told him the same exact thing and they'll contact our sheriff's office get a copy of the report all right well i don't want to put your address on there for him to have all of that will be attached on the cat so i don't have i don't have any of his phone number or anything his insurance is his insurance yes yeah just watch out behind you good okay what all right once again not trying to make you feel like oh you very much thank you very much and um i absolutely do not appreciate it at all um i parked the car there were empty spots all around me a man comes and parked next to me hits my car looks in laughs at my kids sits back in his car and goes out and my son who's 15 has to run on route 11 to catch him and bring him back and you treat me like i'm the criminal so you know what i absolutely did you i'm appalled at that did you want me to explain my behavior or no you already did okay i was i was gonna try to have a conversation with you that's hilarious go right ahead okay if if if it's going to be beneficial i will if you don't want to hear anything i have to say then then that's fine i'm just trying to talk to you and explain you why i did what i did is that something you want to hear or no if not that's listening okay so i could tell that you were upset yes listen to this okay okay when you came over you said you could tell i was upset go ahead i have a question can i do something absolutely okay so she had to say a statement first and he was just free to listen but she wasn't that's why she's mad okay she has every right to be i mean you see that right yes he wasn't interrupting her but what makes you think that she was gonna interrupt him okay so i should have separated you from the beginning but as soon as i heard her statement i knew there was going to be disagreement between parties i knew there was going to be a scream i knew he wasn't going to agree with the way that situation went so i took him to the side and he gets into his side so no one who actually was a witness how how could justify i have three statements from you but only one from him how am i taking time you had a daughter in the car yeah you didn't take her correct so then how am i taking sides i have more statements from y'all than him no but what i'm saying is he couldn't have backed up anything we said because you took him over there and he heard our first statement he couldn't have backed up what no that's all right oh do you understand how the the the secretary the statements are separate this is called discrimination and it's fine how do you figure it out i took your statements and i took his all right what wait he says you did has nothing to do took him aside and when i came over to listen because you gave him that luxury with my statement you told me to get over there like i was a damn criminal didn't yell at you oh my god give me a break and did i not come back over and ask him again while he was separated what happened did i not do that did i not afford him the same luxury the person who actually saw did i not afford him the same opportunity i did correct the point is is that you did not allow me to hear what he said happened okay i still don't know that how does that how does my car was involved in a an accident that i did wasn't even at fault for if you if you hear i and i agree with that oh my god i agree that you're not at fault and he was told that but how does you hearing what he has to say affect my investigation how does him hearing what i have to say affect your investigation that's why i took him back over there all right and i asked him again all right and i came back over here and i asked you all again okay so you both had the opportunity to say what happened without each other being there no wrong did i not you did i not you asked in front of both of us i g for me for my statement so no you're wrong okay and how does that affect my investigation regardless what he heard that doesn't change anything i don't understand how that's discrimination are you serious right now are you serious i took him you came up to the to us i said what happened you decided to start talking you looked at me and you asked me what happened you looked at me and you asked me what happened okay i told you what please don't don't patronize me i said you looked at me and you asked it hear what he has to say you shush me aside okay so i'm done no no that is not nope nope nope not the same it's not because he already heard mine would you not have the ability to change the the story i'm not gonna lie to you i'm not saying you would so then how how does that matter then if you weren't gonna change it how does it matter all right man all right this this isn't getting anywhere okay yeah if if if i made you feel like you you were at fault here i do apologize for that the whole instrument all right i think two was a joke so okay it's fine that i really don't i'm done i'm really you something i'm a mother of three children and i want my children to see what you know doing the right thing even the person on the phone said did the guy try to leave a note no no he tried to drive away and my child had to run out into the middle of the road to catch him and you know what your answer to me was do you want to know what your answer to me was he came back oh my god he came back because he went to get what would have happened if you would have left you would have to call in give a vehicle description all right we find him and then he gets treated as a hit-and-run oh i'm sure okay so it's very sad to me that my children have to witness have had witness to this right here because for someone who was shopping in an aldi store my kid has to run in and say someone just hit no what's been going on for 10 months ago how long have you had the fbi place january 29th this was last night well this was today at midnight there's no contact in it he was went to jail got out threatened me what are you going to jail for breaking the no contact order and then this was today they know um my talk you'll probably know the rainbows yeah he's the one who pretty much handled everything and then he went to jail got out uh threatened me so uh he went out was in jail for eight eight nine hours got out 18 hours later sent me a message pretty much called me and i'll meet you back but back to jail for a week got back out when our home confinement and people brace them on and left me alone for a while and then last night it all started up again pictures of my house followed me around 1999 um as long as they tell us that's still active it sounds like you do want to pursue charges okay you know what he's saying all of these charges he pretty much was anything besides that failed violation uh harassment pretty much they're trying to get him harassment um and then he has another there's another charges in montgomery county for revenge for that so remember that uh yeah oh you don't want the new contact or they have it on file because i gave them the last copy of it so they have it on our file all right i'll talk to them see what i can get from them okay so the only thing for me i don't think so all right sounds good thank you
