with over 8 000 votes at this point every character has been represented in some way shape or form but in the first 1500 votes it took that long for Lisa to get her first favorite vote yoyo too but she's kind of new so kind of understandable Candace at that point still had zero I I guess it was just hoyoverse employees in the first 1500. it's showtime yes the poll is done thank you to each and every one of you who took time out of your day to fill out this poll even though it probably only took you 30 seconds unless you had an emotional breakdown trying to decide over whether you'd like one character more than the other and remember that if you're upset that your character isn't represented enough or you think not a lot of people favorite this character and you did not go to this pole remember you only have yourself to blame you are part of the problem with 8 120 results in this poll that is a pretty good sample size given that there are 64 options for each of the playable characters minus aloy and with the traveler split into Aether and Lumin and despite that staggering 64 options there is one single character who has a over a thousand votes in something and if you would like to put a guest down in the comments on what you think it is I'm not going to tell you whether you whether it's favorite or least favorite you just guess so with that being said let's get into the results and we're gonna start with the standard five stars given that a standard 5 star is highly likely going to be one of the first few five stars that any new player gets there's a good chance that many players are going to have an attachment to this character so let's see just how many dedicated standard fans there are out there who haven't moved on to limited characters for the purpose of this I am only considering the original five standard characters in which we can see that Deluxe still has a pretty good fan base but nothing compared to kaching who almost doubles his and kachings is almost as much as every other original standard 5 Star combined with 47.29 of the votes she is absolutely dominating in this category however all the standard 5 Stars combined only add up to 425 which ends up being 5.23 of the overall votes for favorite care characters not that bad but also not fantastic personally I'm actually really shocked that Chichi is so low I expected of a really good showing in this poll given so many people love the character herself and don't really care about her place in The Meta however if you want cheesy to have more votes all you got to do is flip this poll to the least favor here you'll see drastically different results where kaching still manages to keep a pretty high number but nothing compared to deluke and Chichi now Chichi is a little bit of a 50 50 Saboteur so I understand her having a big number of haters but what the heck is with the delucate now unlike the favorite character poll where they were just over five percent of the votes least favorite managed to be with a whopping 791 votes for a total of 9.74 of the overall votes for least favorite characters now let's talk Rarity 4 Stars versus five stars as you would expect the number of people who favored 5 Stars over 4 stars is overwhelming five stars have 6680 of the vote which is 82.3 percent of all total votes oh and by the way there are still two characters in the favorite list that have single digit numbers for their votes and I will reveal those later now let's take a look at least favorites see if maybe the four stars can stand a little bit better of a chance over there and as you can see yeah they are doing a lot better in this poll might do now the higher number is the worst one to have as it means more people put boat you as your least favorite but they're doing a lot better and the number is relatively equal oh and that uh that little bit of extra there that extra decimal point that's nothing wrong with the math that's my After Effects expression I rounded it to one decimal point and didn't foresee that being a problem now on to male and female and as usual the previous ones are doing favorites first and as you can see it's a pretty even split similar to the least favorite 4 star and five star the female characters take a little bit of a lead with 55.67 percent of the total votes and when you flip it to the least favorites the ladies take the bigger number again which isn't exactly that surprising given that some of the most popular characters in the game are females some of the least popular characters in the game are also female now let's talk regions now the thing here is that baby every character does not necessarily equate to your favorite region myself for example Ito and Yolanda my two favorite characters yet my favorite region is sumeru for many arija may be their favorite region simply because their favorite character hails from it I imagine that would especially be the case if your favorite character was a very lore significant character like venti or any of the archons where they may have a lot of screen time within the region storyline first up we have monstad monstad comes in at 20.3 percent in the favorites now mind you being under 25 does mean you're below average when it comes to favorites which you know totally fine in the least favorites monstat has 29.29 or 29.3 according to my incorrectly rounding graphic which will be fixed in the next one but who's the one that's tanking monstad score so badly maybe that's the region where the character has over a thousand votes you'll find out soon on to Leo where child will be counted as an honorary leeway character because of almost destroying a region completely with a giant monster doesn't qualify you as a citizen of the region then what does Leo gets a massive 32.50 percent in the favor category I think we all know who's carrying that one it's clearly shinyan in the least favorite Department Lee was numbers still pretty high at 27.05 percent and hey who's to say Xin Yin can't carry both okay we know she can at least carry one of them the thing close to Leah Inazuma gets an impressive 30.41 representation in the favorites list and in the least favorite category Inazuma gets a quite impressively low 17.26 percent likely making this the best region overall with the lowest low and the second highest high and lastly sumeru despite being the newest region with the least amount of time for people to actually grow attached to these characters sumero gets 16.80 in the favorites poll and in the least favorites it gets up to 26.39 making it a relatively unhealthy ratio which leaves us with these final Regional rankings Now reminder that people did not vote on their favorite regions this is just the regions that have the most representation in terms of favorited characters and one final breakdown before I just show you the list outright and that is Elemental breakdown which for favorites is 13.77 hydro 18.82 pyro 17.97 Animo 12.40 percent Geo 7.75 dendro 15.31 Electro and 13 cryo making the top three in order pyro Animo and Electro and for the least favorite we have 12.40 hydro 20.16 pyro 9.58 animal 8.34 Geo 3.26 dendro 28.01 Electro that is a lot and finally 16.76 cryo which leaves the big winners of this category aka the ones with the smallest score to be dendro Geo and Animo onto the list with favorites
