5 Kitchen Gadgets put to the Test - Part 85

god i feel pretty cool choppa from japan a very very long time ago so let's put it to the test finally i took a big break from kitchen gadgets so i have a whole bunch left over might as well film them all [Applause] very nice i know there's very sharp blades so very careful wow looks cute so let's open it up and see what it looks like on the inside boom wow pretty unique okay oh never mind there's already one blade in here that's nice so you would put a blade in here and screw it on and that's a replacement blade and then skirt on right here that's very nice of them to give us a little extra blade over here okay closets good on and what is this we'll find out so this side here you lift up and close it and the blade is over there are going to go very very fast very cool and i guess this head here like a little protector you put it down this way cool okay there's on and off very fast okay let's try it out i got here lick i think it's called oh my god did you see that that was so satisfying check this out so let's look at this close-up okay there's some more that is so fast that's incredible look at that it chopped it off so quickly and of course you can make it by pushing it out into this perfect circles that is so awesome let's try this again that was so satisfying this time i'm gonna turn it a little bit sideways and let's see turn it on that is awesome that's it this time i didn't push as fast so you have here a little bit different skinnier pieces but yeah that's amazing look at that you just break them off and you have this circles that is so cool such a cool project the most amazing shop i've ever seen okay let's try this again this one is longer [Applause] wow look at that insane can you believe this wow that is so cool so you can probably chop like uh green onion or whatever you call it scallions just use your imagination what you could be using for but works the best for the leaks i think that's what it's actually made for okay one more time it's just so satisfying love it i'll tell you what this is some kind of onion that's for sure because it making my eyes cry such as different type of onion i guess i don't know what do you guys think look at that it slice it up so good it's like paper thin and you have this perfect uh rinse you know that is so cool oh it makes me cry so bad wow it is like an onion just different type i guess so cool amazing so once you're done look at that you cover up the on and off button actually it could be on and off right here you don't have to take it out it's like waterproof that's cool ouch i'm gonna get rid of all that stuff because it makes me cry love that machine though also very easy to clean this thing comes off pretty good just be very very careful with these blades just rinse it off and put it back on got that here eggpot a cinnamon tv product let's see how well it's going to cook and peel eggs in minutes wow it can peel it at the same time that's awesome when i bought it i didn't even know it does that okay looks like we can cook four eggs at the same time and it tells us nine minutes and it tells us to fill water over here 50 milliliters then looks like do not touch while cooking and then we run it under cold water for two minutes and then shake it the water inside there and the eggs are gonna be peeled so very simple let's see how it works okay looks like it opens up very easily oh wow it comes with the measuring cup okay they go to the line 50 milliliters boom easy then we put some eggs in cool then we close it very simple nine minutes it said cooking may vary depends what kind of eggs you got but my eggs are pretty average okay see what happens [Music] okay now we wait for two minutes do not touch it let it finish cooking and cool off that's what they say so best to set timer of some sort alexa set timer for two minutes okay hopefully i can do this with one head and not too hot if you grab it by the flops and then we're going to take it into the sink okay then open this flops then take it out be careful it's still kind of hot to the touch and then run the cold water on them and we're gonna do another two minutes so total now it took us 13 minutes to actually cook them which is pretty fast after two minutes we're gonna close it back up and keep some of that water inside there it doesn't say any direction you're supposed to take it off but i think you're supposed to take it off and then replace the top and then while water still enough you shake it up hopefully you supposed to take it off okay i think you were supposed to take it off nice and then you see it almost easy to peel kind of destroyed some of the eggs so maybe you aren't supposed to take off the lid of the top one but one egg two eggs somewhat peeled good some the end pills are good but that could have been my mistake i should have probably kept the lid on this one turned out to be really good look at that don't shake it as hard either and that way it will be super easy to peel look at that i like the idea of onion that under the cold water for two minutes and if you don't shake it hard you will have easy peeling eggs and i don't think you're supposed to take off the top just shaking with the top like that not too hard so the eggs don't explode and three eggs out of four feel pretty good and let's see how well they cooked nice soft boil on medium that's what i meant to say love it so if you ask me if you practice this is my first time using it i could get even better at it and you know what i probably would keep it it's really easy way to cook and peel eggs love it gotta adhere another very unique can opener like i never seen before check this out there's a sharp edge there's a sharp edge and there's a knife that's gonna cut to the can but the problem only with this skin it's doesn't work with this cans will it work with this can it will work with this bigger hands like that so the way it works you put it to the edge right here and poke it all the way through and then push it down and poke it right here another edge boom and then what you want to do is grab this edge it kind of slid out on me and then just go all the way around like that it is definitely not perfect because look how much it's opened that's it wow okay let's start with the different can right here maybe i was using it a little bit on so poke a toe on one edge put it down poke it all the way to like that there you go and then hold it like that and spin all the way around boom that's so funny again look how much it's only opens that's it oh wow that's a cereal can't cereal uh what am i doing here on because obviously it won't work with this skin you see i'm talking about but let's start anyways maybe it's only works with this kind of cans this is the easiest way to poke it too okay looks like we have to poke it all the way through this way so it fits nope it's just not gonna work with the can like that it's almost big enough but too small okay poke two all the way down make sure it's all the way in and all the way down and then you grab it like that push it down and to this side that is so funny and it opens it up like that i wouldn't call it next level opener but definitely very very unique check this out pocket two push it all the way down and this edge is sharp go all the way around it's kind of fun one way one smooth cut but i wish it was adjustable so i guess back in the day the cans were tiny a little bit bigger and that was made for those cans so very unique vintage can opener let me know in comments below what do you think let's do this one more time you want to retract this all the way back and then stab it whoops i think the coolest part about this can opener has very cool one motion can opener boom it's just so unique though what's up guys for today's video i got right here bacon cooker this one kind of new this is by progressive purp solution microwave babe can grill with cover so cook up six strips of bacon fast and easy vented cover prevents grease splattering keeps microwave clean we'll see about that pretty simple straight forward you get here kind of like a plate and a cover so let's see how it does got myself bacon they said it will cook six pieces let's see i think we can scoot everything over and make a sixth one okay they don't lie about that that's good pretty much half a pack looks like i know almost anyways that's good six pieces it's already a lot for two people easily cook on high one minute per step or until desirable crispiness okay so six minutes let's close this will it even fit yeah it fits perfectly kind of but it fits okay six minutes by the way this microwave is the most annoying microwave ever and i'll show you why i mean what kind of alarm clock is this especially whenever i have a baby sleeping and i'm trying to just microwave something i gotta stress out about it to turn it off before it's gonna start making noise and if you don't turn it off it's gonna go again at you so let's see how well do you do come back to this gadget oh this is perfect six minutes very very good crispiness of course it's soft once it cools off a little bit it will die out and yeah grease state to the bottom nice i like it this is a perfectly cooked bacon for sure ah that's hot so make sure you cool it off or use stones but yeah i love it that's a good uh bacon microwaver and guess what it really did keep all the grease inside of the microwave so definitely one of the best my cover cooker out there even though it looks simple but it fits the bacon very good long steps and obviously it will shrink them and cook them very very well if you like your bacon even more crispy obviously run it for another 30 seconds to a minute and again and again till you desirable a crispiness still a little bit greasy but what i do usually have a paper towel under them and let them soak up and if i think it's still too greasy i can even run a paper towel on top of it to kind of remove some of that grease dishes too much it doesn't taste as good in my opinion some people like more grease but you know too much grease is not very healthy for you so a little life hack i guess but everybody knows that right okay let's see the crispiness of this one pretty good i like it not too crispy but not very soft either and this is perfect six minutes there you go in the middle a little bit more crispier mmm is good if you ask me i'm keeping this gadget for sure i have few microwave plates like that this is really good my other ones make a lot of mess in the microwave so thumbs up for me for this microwave cooker okay one last test with this can opener as you can see this is wood some with plastic here but all over here is metal bottle opener here i guess and this is the can opener so to pull it out you push it like that very easily pretty similar mechanism but all metal no plastic now and this is looks like a glass cutters hopefully it actually works with one of the skins you know what it fits a bit better so let's close it and twist oh wow no way this is so much better oh my gosh it did it so much better it did sink though that's not what i was trying to do so let's try this again since i'm learning so this is a lot easier one twist and it works so i guess those plastic ones are just a copy of these good ones so you close it and twist wow grab it by the top and i think that's it i want to make sure it goes all the way around and then see what happens i'm gonna grab the tub and try to kind of squish it and break it too with the top should have spinned it a little bit longer but they go yeah should have wounded just a little bit longer and guess what no sharp edges over here while i cut it only missed over here so let me get couple more and tie two more times and hopefully it will work i can't believe how much easier with this high quality all metal can opener it works way better and a bottle opener i can't believe how much better it works so pull this out put it in and it goes in really easily the other ones didn't really fit that well okay pop it and spin it i feel like the other way is better that way you have a little bit better leverage that way you have a little bit better leverage i'm gonna spin it a couple more extra turns so that way i want to make sure they're cut all the way and this time it did cut all the way and it sunk and guess what boom you have here a beer without a top now you can put a little lime over here or whatever so pretty unique instead of a can not you almost have a cup let me know in comments below what do you think about this can open up so much better and just to show it to you how much better it works you put it in so finally success i honestly didn't expect for this thing actually work i had given up my whole hope and guess what quality makes difference it still has a little bit of trouble figuring out how to use it but once you learn the perfect way the right way to spin it you will be pretty good at it and the metal will sink down a little bit but i guess you can take it out after you dunk it so that's the idea of it
