5 easy earlygame money making methods for Hypixel SkyBlock | Tutorial / Guide

hey guys i'm back for another video and welcome to high pixel sky block and today i'm back for early game money making methods the last time i did a video like this was over a year ago and honestly the methods are still viable but there are better ones so without further ado let's get into some new early game money making methods so let's say you've just started out sky block you're walking around you got nothing in your inventory no armor no weapons nothing what is the first thing that you should do well as you can see i'm in a private hub there's nobody here if you have a rank on hypixel you can actually go to the hub selector and right click this random hub button and if you're lucky you'll end up being in a private hub all by yourself so to start off with what you're going to want to do is form some wheat you don't need to farm much so once you've gotten i don't know just a little chunk of wheat right there you can head over to the farm merchant and sell it i have sacs right now which is why you don't see it but if i were to click on this then a whole bunch of this would appear so then you could sell it you will get enough coins for a rookie hell for 10 coins once you've acquired this i would actually recommend that you make your way over to the gold mines which will require getting like mining two or something it's not that difficult and once you get to the gold mines give this thing telekinesis at rusty so boom telekinesis basically this is going to make it so you actually pick up all the drops when you farm what you can do is again go to the hub selector random hub there you go two people in my lobby and then you could start out with farming wheat so this is a great method because if you get in a private hub there's just so much of this stuff and you know getting a rookie hoe takes literally a minute and a half of gameplay getting telekinesis on it is maybe another three minutes of gameplay so in like less than five minutes you can basically find a lobby like this take all of the weed out and this patch right here this one this one over here over there and over there once you've done all of that you should get a few hundred coins actually more than a few hundred i would say a few thousand coins probably and once you've gotten a few thousand coins from farming all of that then you can actually do the next method so as you can imagine doing a whole lobby of this you might need a couple lobbies now i think about it you want to get enough farming xp to get to the farming islands but before you do that let's spend some of the money that we've acquired we head over here gold ingot from the mine merchant oakwood from the lumber merchant then you can craft yourself a golden shovel if you head to the auction house you can buy an efficiency five four i guess we'll do efficiency four for now which i think will still work actually so efficiency 4 for 10 000 coins we could then head over here apply in an anvil it's going to require like 20 levels but again that shouldn't be too difficult if you've done some mining so with your efficiency shovel uh oh and one last thing you got to give it telekinesis now that you have your golden shovel you can head over to the farming islands so here's the barn now of course this is another place where you can use your rookie hoe to get crops if you could i would suggest carrots they make really good money a lot more than wheat does that's for sure but the problem is there's no such thing as a private farming island or there is but they're extremely rare and you can't just use a hub selector to get to them so chances are there's gonna be patchy amounts of carrot but anyways you can sell these carrots to the bazaar which i guess you haven't unlocked yet at this point if you're this early game but anyways get your farming level high enough such that you can go to the desert settlement and once you're here you take your golden shuffle with efficiency and telekinesis i believe the minimum is efficiency like two so maybe you can enchant it yourself if you got an enchanting table but anyways the goal is to instantaneously break sand now the thing that's great about this is that even with absolutely no experience in the game whatsoever just having efficiency on a golden shovel is enough to insta-break sand now the thing about sand is if we look in the bazaar here sand at the current moment sells for about seven coins per now of course this is going to drop probably to maybe four or maybe even two coins per sand because a lot of people are gonna be doing this but at the current moment you can still get a hundred thousand a few hundred thousand coins an hour doing this and this is probably the fastest way to make money in like the very start of the game it's very convenient but yeah and you also get mining xp which is great because if you've managed to get here you've probably gotten farming seven right if you were to do this for a while you could probably get uh mining seven which are two of the three requirements for unlocking the bizarre of course the last one is forging seven which is not too terrible but i know they they did wreck haste so it might be a little bit more annoying if you don't have a jungle axe but you can use the money from this to buy a jungle axe from the auction house and then he could use that jungle axe to get enough wood broken to get forging seven then you can unlock the bazaar then he could sell all of your sand as you can see just the sand i've been collecting as an example got 14 000 coins boop i of course i'm selling a lot of other stuff as well but 14 000 coins in just a minute of this is not bad at all as a starting money making method and then once you get enough money you could probably afford harvesting five for your rookie ho so then you'll get more drops when you're farming for example carrots or maybe even wheat in the private hubs these two methods alone will make you quite a bit of money and getting your mining level up if you get it to 15 you can actually get to the not only the deep caverns but the dwarven mines which is another great way to make money but we'll get to that in a second this is a pretty neat money-making strategy if i say so myself is it worth a subscription that's up to you but you should subscribe that really helped me out a lot and it allows me to make now okay so this third money money-making method is basically like seven or eight of them in one basically the simplest way to put this tip is to pay attention to the calendar there's always some event going on in skyblock and i would say about 75 of the time that event will make you money right now mayor diana is active and if you don't know what that is there's a mayor system in skyblock basically an npc is set to bleed skyblock and they give a bunch of unique perks diana for example gives the mythological ritual which allows you to buy a ancestral spade and a griffin pet i would highly suggest you do this if you haven't already once you've bought those you can right click with the spoon it'll show you around the island and then you can farm griffin burrows and if you're lucky you'll get griffin feathers and like i said before if you've unlocked the bazaar you can sell those feathers one feather sells for about 43 000 coins right now so that's a great way to make money in the absolute early game i'm not sure if it's as good as mining with the shovel uh that method is kind of op right now i'm not gonna lie but if the events going on you might as well take advantage of it another example is there's another mayor called coal which gives you basically four times mining xp and double drops but he doesn't have all his perks active right now that's something to keep in mind you have to check their perks because sometimes their perks are pretty garbage but when coal has the mining festival perk then you know things are pretty good if you were to go to the dwarven mines for example using all that mining xp you got with the shovel for example you go here then just mining mithril and titanium like the game wants you to and then selling it you can actually make some pretty decent profit again i'm not sure if it's as good as the golden shovel method but it's still worth doing because progressing in the dwarven mines is a good investment in the long term also there's another mayor called aatrox which i can't show you right now but basically he makes slayers cheaper faster and more rewarding in terms of drops if you have all of his perks of course and the thing about him is if you were to do slayers during aatrox's mayoral term then you can actually use i don't know something like a raider axe which there's tutorials on how to get the radar axe but basically you go and talk to the viking the forging area over there the park but yeah if you were to do that ritual get the raider axe or just buy one from the ah then you can get some money while killing the mobs for slayers and here too and even tier three slayers are profit if you have all three perks during an aatrox mayoral term of course there's the jerry mayer which is only twice a year actually if jerry's mayor doing any grind in the game will reward you with jerry boxes jerry's will randomly swan you can kill them in 10 hits they don't have any specific amount of health just 10 hits no matter how much damage you kill them they have a chance to drop jerry boxes which sell for a ton of money in the bazaar i mean look at this 450 000 from a green jerry box and they spawn every 20 minutes so that's ridiculous like you can make 1.3 million coins an hour if you just got green jerry boxes and of course if you get lucky with like a golden jerry box which i've gotten several when jerry was made the first time they're almost worth four million coins now is that going to stay that high in price no but still very very good money making method if technoblade is ever mere again i'm not sure if that's ever going to happen as of recording this pigs spawn around the spawn and you get to basically right click on them with a shiny orb you punch the pigs back into the orb and then you get rewards lots of potatoes lots of uh pork a chance for a talisman it's very very profitable but i'm not sure if it's permanent if it is permanent then go for it but i i have no idea once all seven of the orbs are collected it might just go away or seven of the relics but yeah that so basically long story short pay attention to events chances are it's gonna be early game and all-inclusive because they put a lot of work into the events they want most of the people playing the game to be able to you know participate so yeah like all these events are basically made as an easy way to get money so just pay attention to the calendar and speaking of uh season of jerry if you were to participate in that event you can get a few hundred thousand coins use a gift compass you can get a little bit more money if you were to pick up the cake during the new year celebration hold on to it for a few weeks you can resell it on the auction house for a few hundred thousand coins and uh yeah and then spooky festival of course participating in that you can sell the candy at the bazaar if you happen to find a mega bat and have an aiming hurricane bow you can get quite a lot of candy zombie soldier cutlass can kill the mobs pretty fast but yeah so basically just pay attention to events that's a really long-winded suggestion sorry about that okay so i'm gonna call this technically an early game money making method even though the free booster cookie from elizabeth does require 48 hours of gameplay trust me 48 hours is not a lot of time that's still very very early game anyways if you were to play for 48 hours then you can get a free booster cookie from elizabeth and booster cookies give you a whole bunch of buffs but most importantly they give you bits over time now if you just play the game you'll end up getting a bunch of bits over time which you can then spend on these items in the menu here and then what you could do is buy those items using the bits and then immediately resell them on the auction house once you've done that you should make a pretty decent amount of coins i suggest putting them up for a bin or buy it now so for example god potion lowest spin right now is 420 million or 420 million 420 000 coins so you just match the lowest bin or maybe a little higher if you think someone's gonna buy this one then buy yours next then once you've done that you can actually go to the bazaar and just purchase a new cookie and then eat the cookie get bits sell the things you bought with bits and of course some items are better returns than others i would say god potions are consistently good to resell in the auction house cat flowers are also consistently good kismet others of course they could this could change you know at any time bits talismans are not a bad return either builders ones uh yeah but yeah this is basically a money-making method because it's annoying to get bits it basically just requires your time it's not an active money-making method but it will like if you were to eat 10 cookies and then sell the stuff from the bits you could probably afford two more cookies than you started with and finally i'm gonna make the case that this fifth money making method is still early game even though it could make you upwards of six million coins an hour if you do it correctly so don't get too excited though it requires a lot of setup but at its absolute minimum what you could do is once you have a cookie buff active i would recommend or if you have a lot of magical mushroom soup uh collect i don't know let's say 500 000 coins that's probably all you're gonna need head to the builder merchant there is some dirt here in this menu you can buy a ton of dirt fill your inventory or if you wanted in the anita shop over here there is a dirt wand infinite dirt one it costs one jacob's ticket to buy so you could actually just buy one jacob's ticket from the bazaar and then purchase an infinite dirt wand it'll basically just deduct one coin from your balance per dirt block that you place and then what you could do is head to your private island and build a farm so i'm a absolute mad lad when it comes to farming in this game and there's a good reason for that it is one of the best ways to make money in this game so what i would recommend to start with is head to the bottom of your island and just start spam and dirt with the infinite dirt wand or if for some reason you don't want to do that you could just get dirt from the builder merchant but why i just put a big flat layer of dirt like this just the whole island and then maybe make a railing at the end like i did here the hoe of greater tilling you can get from anita let's see how expensive it is it's a silver medal and 10 jacob's tickets so to get a silver medal what you could do is use that lobby hopping strategy with the rookie help but make sure you have a harvesting five and then what you could do is actually head over to the calendar here and if you notice there's a jacob's contest and this one is wheat so if you were to it's in 11 minutes so during the 20-minute jacobs festival if you collect enough wheat you can get a silver medal and then you can even if you don't get silver if you get two bronze medals you can trade them up to a silver medal and then you can buy a holo greater tilling once you have it you can place your full layer of dirt at the bottom of your island like i said before and if you want to do a different crop for example the most profitable one is carrot then you could do something like this where you put four layers of dirt one layer of water with some light source on top of it it doesn't have to be this expensive you could just put cobblestone and then put torches on top of the cobblestone but yeah this you could also do but the caveat here is that to make a carrot farm you need replenish which is a few million coins might be around one million coins so it might be worth the investment just to get replenish and build a carrot farm instead of pumpkin or melon because it makes a ton of money and then of course as you progress you can get yourself a uh let's see a goss carrot hoe and then give it cultivating using some of those bits you got from the cookies replenish of course harvesting six you can get for really cheap right now and then turbo carrot you can get by doing festivals if you want a full tutorial on how to do the jacobs festival with every single crop i'm actually going to leave a card in the top right hand corner it's very helpful for this but long story short if you sweat this enough this one money-making method throughout the entire course of your skyblock career it can go from making you a few hundred thousand coins per jacob's festival to six million coins an hour you just it's gonna take a lot of time and effort but technically you can get there this would be i would suggest your transition from the early game to the mid game and as you keep farming it would actually bring you from mid game to end game it's pretty great so if you put in the time build a full width layer farm for carrot uh or if you really want you could do melon or pumpkin but it doesn't make as much money but yeah anyways that's it for this tutorial guys i hope you enjoyed that is the five best early game money making methods as of recording this video if you're new to
