30x50 “Lithia” Double Lean-to Garage Workshop!

[Applause] what's going on guys this is tony here with bigbuildingsdirect.com and today we are out at a 30 by 50 by 14. it's got two lean twos and a bunch of awesome features so let's uh let's take a look [Applause] [Music] and guys real quick before we take a look at this building hit that like and subscribe button share with your friends and family and let's take a look all right guys so today we are in front of a 30 by 50 by 14. it's got two 12 foot lean twos really cool feature on this one is it's a 12 foot lean two by 30 foot long right here and then on the other side we have another 12 foot wide lean to 30 foot long so over here you guys can see i wanted to show you i always emphasize the concrete foundation work that's the most important part of putting up an awesome building so right here you guys can see that they did that notched edge that we've talked about in previous videos we've been emphasizing it for a while now but this notched edge right here is really important here in florida we get a lot of rain so this rain comes down it does not go in the building it hits this notched edge right here flows right off you can see some water has already came right here and it's not going in the building and that's really important three 12 foot wide by 12 foot tall garage doors right here these are chain hoist and the best part about this is the customer if they don't do electric it's no big deal they don't have to worry about it they've got the chain hoist they're really simple and easy later on in the video i'll show you guys how those work exactly we did the wayne's coat deluxe two-tone another awesome feature we've got the black and the white really nice and contrasting on this one right here we also did some real nice trim around the garage doors those come standard with all of our buildings but definitely make it really pop and make it look really nice this building right here is going to be certified for 170 mile an hour winds and then also once again it's a 35 pound ground snow load on this building so very important in areas where you get a lot of wind but we can always raise those snow loads to areas you know like new york or areas where you do get a lot of snow so on these lean twos basically one of them is going to be a storage area the other one's gonna be kind of a cool patio area as you guys have heard in my other videos i absolutely love lean twos they're awesome for barbecues they're awesome for sitting watching sunsets and just kind of enjoying your sundays the way you should so we'll take a look in the inside of this building just showing you guys how easy these chain hoist garage doors are these are 12 by 12 garage doors they're certified once again for 170 mile an hour winds as you guys can see the inside of this building being 14 foot tall you have a lot of room for activities this customer right here has talked about putting a small office area over here kind of finishing off that but as you guys can see the possibilities right now are endless all right guys on this building it's 30 foot wide it's 50 foot long it's going to be 14 foot on the sides on our 30 foot wide buildings all of them come standard with the triple truss bracing on the vertical roof this building is also going to have a 312 pitch and a six inch overhang around the whole entire building kind of gives it that nice dynamic look really good for aesthetics and definitely awesome to look at [Music] and all right guys thanks for watching our video on behalf of bigbuildingsdirect.com if you guys are interested in one of these buildings or any building consider subscribing also comment below the state that you're in let's see if we can get one installed on your guys's property we have reps standing by 24 7 www.bigbuildingsdirect.com here to give you guys the information you need so that you can get the metal building of your dreams you
