3 HUGE ARK UPDATES IN 1 DAY!!! Ark Survival Ascended JUST GOT WAYYYYY BETTER!!!

yo guys what is up it's te here coming at you again with another video about Ark survival ascended and I wanted to talk to you about three major updates that got pushed by Ark in one single day and normally I would be sitting here complaining and being like this is the worst thing I could have happened they messed up on this this is blah blah blah blah blah blah right this is the first time in a very long time that not only did they do a good job they did a great job releasing three major updates to the game with no major problem s which is a really hopeful step for me I'm going to talk about all three of those things that and there's a couple of hints by the way about like future Arc that they're going to be changing a few things in this uh update it's just super I'm stoked right so the just before we even start the three things I'm going to talk about one they released survival of the fittest a new updated version of it two they released the winter wonderland update which has a ton of new features and content which is awesome and three they released a massive patch system that I'll talk about in a second with a ridiculous number of patches in order to fix a lot of things as well as cryopods and cryo fridges it is a lot just so you're aware so I'm going to get into it uh so go ahead and buckle up here we go if you don't mind smash that like button leave a comment below for the algorithm and then consider subbing to the channel uh it helps out a ton and that would be awesome so anyways they just released their Community crunch 391 yeah so big update for the most part because if you look at this it kind talks about hey you know basically I'm I'm just going to summarize this for you you don't have to read it all they have a whole bunch of dad jokes in here it make me laugh a little bit but that's about it but basically they started Arc in 2015 and up until now where it's been redone with 2023 however there are a few hidden things inside this that are going to be pretty important to you inside of this they essentially announce that a treasure Trove of fresh content in 2024 which is the upcoming year obviously they're going to release all of their Maps restructure everything thing then you can see this one is this this line right here is what gets me super excited right uh beloved creatures old and new reimagine so essentially what that means to me is in the upcoming updates for each map there are going to be a creature or two kind of like the dung beetle and the uh what's it called uh wow OB rptor got their reworks and things changed for them either they're going to change base character game break not gamebreaking game saving abilities kind of adding the s+ abilities to them or when they release these new maps things that get added in like the dboa right outside of using a jboa for a storm right on your shoulder which can be sometimes useful dero aren't all that great and moral aops right there's there's much better dinos other than the basic ability to carry water and some carrying there's a lot of dinos that need TLC and statements like this indicate to me that they've got a lot of new updates to individual d that could use a little bit of love like the oviraptor needed love the dung beetle needed love there are a lot of other creatures though that could use quite a bit of love and this excites me because they talk about the old and new reimagined creatures um and I'm hoping that they do some more of those things based on that cuz that's kind of been the way that they've been moving in Arc survival ascented so I don't like that they kind of talked about your raids being Victorious I hope that no one gets raided personal opinion because it sucks when you lose all your work but that's pretty much all that was majorly released in this and then they move on to talk about the winter wonderland update which if you haven't talked about it or looked it up it's a ton of fun there was a ridiculous amount of content that got released on it um and I thought I was going to be able to click into it but I guess not there's a whole bunch of new restructured things new reindeer new abominable snowmen new across the board there's a ton of stuff there's even new features where you can literally sleep underneath a tree and get free dinos once per day inside of Ark there's a ton of new content and it all seems to work really really well flawlessly you might even say which is amazing in my opinion Winter Wonderland has been dropped and it works so well up at front it did erase a few inii files not a big deal though because that's something everyone learns from but yeah it's kind of crazy and it's going to go until January 7th which is huge because of those boosted rates and boosted abilities oh this is one of the most fun events of the entire year because everyone freaks out when raptor Claus goes across the sky and drops everyone the gifts it's one of my favorite parts of Art cuz you see a lot of people end up working together to claim individual drops it's just a fun little experience so that's this the first step right so they released Winter Wonderland now step number two if you haven't seen it yet where is it here it is so I haven't personally played it yet but I know some people and I talked to them that played it and they said they really enjoyed it so it basically feels like a complete redo because it is for Arc survival of the fittest that was essentially published live and it's basically aimed in order to make it so you can have larger dinosaur Army armies when you played the original Arc survival of the fittest it was basically you were on foot and you might have a Dyno key word being might have a dino but for the most part this one is actually aimed to give you a much larger ability to tame a large number of creatures inside the game which is a huge change because it's essentially rewriting it um how you actually this is this is an old one you don't actually need to watch that but basically it just rewrites how it plays and like uh they made some major uh updates in the I'll show you in just a second what I mean by that um but but there was a bunch of really big updates survival to fit us and from what I heard it went really well no one had any major complaints there were a few small errors and small things that needed to get fixed but nothing major that went wrong which is another good sign for Arc right moving in the right direction that's what we got to ask for survival of the fittest being launched and it goes well you can't really complain about that right now Community Corner if you haven't seen that there's always I always like scrolling through it cuz you some good content in there and there's some cool photos and stuff like that but the next thing that I want to talk about and the third major thing basically this is a release of a massive patch update you can see how big it is I mean it I have to scroll quite a bit in order to actually get it cryopods and cryo fridges were released and not only did they do a good job of releasing them they gave people options right if you're playing on non-official servers instead of just being like hey we'll figure out how to change the um how things work they immediately gave us the actual game I and I settings to change whether you want to have disabled enemy checks cryo fridge or have the actual fridge requirement nearby basically saying you can have old cryopods back if you want them but on official servers here's the new cryopods update now huge changes right you can see PVP basically you can't release them if there's any enemies nearby I think it's I think all of these changes man it's people are going to complain about it relentlessly and I get it right it's different than Ark has been but these are huge changes CU instead of just poke balling tames all over the place you're just literally just throwing things out hey here's a tame here's a tame here's a tame you get a tame you get a tame you get a tame that's how PVP worked now you've actually got to have a little bit of strategy and bring your dinosaurs that actually have platform Saddles and things like that um in order to actually be successful when it comes to throwing out tames you can't just slap something down you have to wait five minutes before it actually goes big big difference and they pretty quickly fixed quite a few of the problems that were right off the bat um you can see cow fridge now has increased to 120 storage so you don't have to build 300 cryo fres which is always a weird thing in the first place I think it should be higher than 120 but that's my personal opinion um but you can see that you can queue them up when crafting and supply drops and obis so you don't have to do it one at a time that was one of my most frustrating things playing Arad H wait H wait D wait now queuing them is a huge thing so you can smack a and just build as many as you can huge huge change love that um but again it goes back to what I was saying originally they did a good job right these quality of life adjustments that Arc is changing yes I understand that I have been the first to complain about some of the things they've done and decisions they've chosen to make but they are starting to move in the right direction and that's all I can ask right so that's that's pretty huge now here's this right here is the survival of the updates uh you can kind of see it basically leading their dinosaur armories into battle you can use this like uh the above action controlling I don't remember it's like when you had the mech you can basically use it but uh yeah it's a pretty it's just it's really cool now this is where things change ched and this is a massive list of stuff that got fixed right fixed multiple server clashes Cent crashes client crashes well I can't speak right now they fixed the issue with show player servers for those of people like me that have uh bare metal machines and you're running your servers off of them you can see that uh it basically refresh it just but like these are all Q things that sometimes didn't even get fixed in Arc survival evolved but in survival ascended they're actually making these massive changes like Tech boost fixing that underwater incorrect weather displaying on a server uh during a weather event cuz weather events are pretty important to focus on during servers CU you'll get like heat waves and you'll get cold waves and those cause major problems uh that fixs how it looks when you're holding bows you can see that actually fixing baby imprints like they are pumping out a lot of really valuable changes quickly making the game um it almost reminds me of how how do I describe this um when uh not Starfield but uh when some of the newer games that are in beta get released and then they they fix things quickly even but people hate the game up front and then they come back to it and be like oh a lot of the things that I was complaining about are actually fixed so I'm just going to go play so yeah a lot of big changes and then also if you didn't notice it there are some things on this left-and side some new artwork that you're starting to if you're paying attention they're kind of changing some basic components of actual Arc uh send it the uh dodo wyver or whatever you want to call it the dodo bat of death um you can see the shastasaurus I think this is like the the I can't remember the name of it it's it's the new creature that's coming in out aration but yeah so again all my point behind this entire video is Arc is moving in the right direction three massive updates in one day and all three of them worked perfect I don't know about you guys but for me I see that and I'm like okay that excites me a crapload because I'm actually seeing them actually focusing on fixing the things that are broken in the game there are lots of big things they still need to fix so I'm not this is not me saying that they fixed everything I'm just saying I want to see them move in the right direction and that's what they're starting to do so I have to give them credit for that so wild card well done I haven't seen this in a little while but uh I'm impressed where it's the first time I've I've been able to actually say I'm impressed with where you're going with the game right now and continue to make these big changes cuz this is awesome so that's all I've got like this is a major update three big ones and hopefully that's something that uh excites you guys cuz it does for me but yeah that's
