[Music] congrats to this customer for pushing us to be better than what we already are the customer had some boots that were made out of that material and kind of challenged us with uh using that material which [Music] everything you see here is available on a smartphone or a tablet or a device and we build our own chassis here so we really have control of the robustness the materials that it's welded and not bolted i know all went along with this this fish hide everything was kind of built around this fish height so we needed materials with some texture some [Music] embossing [Music] ladies and gentlemen it is a beautiful day here in miami oklahoma and today i found a very unique 2022 newell coach this coach has some options that i've never seen on any other coaches not only is this paint job absolutely stunning but there's a lot of cool stuff we're gonna show you and today i'm hanging out with josh schneider here at newell coach how you doing today sir andrew how you doing bud another beautiful day here what's the story with this coach this coach is uh it's a beautiful coach for one we got to give a lot of shout outs to our team but this right here is a custom built coach for one of our customers who ordered it uh last uh about april may of last year he's got a lot of amazing features on it that he's a previous newer owner so he knew the product very well and got really creative and wanted to show it off to you today a bunk model bath and a half murphy bed yes bunk model bath and a half murphy bed we've been doing murphy beds for a really long time well over a decade when we first started doing bunks we did a lot of triple bunk bath and a half what he did was he kind of took that floor plan and emphasized a little bit more so this is a very very well-built coach with some amazing features that i'm really excited to introduce to you we have a lot of great exterior features that you've never seen before on a newell coach and interior features you've never seen before on a little coach so congrats to this customer for pushing us to be better than what we already are before we even get on the inside let's look at some cool things they do on the outside a couple fun little things to see the lug nut covers he wanted something a little different right there looks really cool it's something a little different show kind of have a little personality to the coach we even did it on our inner wheels right there so you have it on the tag axle and you have it on the drive axle right there to keep the consistency going throughout i did not want to have any latches right here you want to keep a nice smooth look so what we did was we did the push button right here both latches unlatched so it's just secure this is something that the customer and uh us come up with and we wanted to make it just like it wasn't a push button and it didn't latch properly so we wanted to use our same latch systems with this push button so i gotta give a big shout out to our engineering team for making this happen so we have the same secure latches that we have on every other new i'm excited let's look through these basement bays before we do that i've got to just point out a few things that i'm seeing like the drop shadows in the paint here and then the different sizes of the pin stripes i really like the silver pinstripes with this black drop shadow and then it's got those same drop shadows here and this just stunning paint design with the whites and reds uh really a bright coach that really commands attention it does you gotta give linda jordan uh a big shout out she helped design this coach you gotta give tim and the paint guys they really did well with this a lot of good detail they put into this once again this customer uh challenged us and i think we stepped up and won the challenge but as you see the paint was pretty cool here is they did the window awnings to match where the stripe was coming through so if you see it's kind of a diagonal paint scheme but the window awnings are straight and so your patio arms so we want to continue the paint scheme up all the way through the main awnings but also put a little color design mix match the patio on the window on these as well yeah it really looks great well let's let's look at some of these basement bays here right here what we opened up earlier is this is pretty cool we do a little camera right here we don't put our fuel tanks behind the front wheels our fuel tanks are in the back in the center of the coach for weight distribution but um when you pull up to the stop you want to make sure you're at that pump so you have to go back and forth back and forth so right here we have a nice little camera that works with our big 19 inch screen on the inside in there and we also have a camera on the other side as well on the other side you have the def tank this side right here you can feel it as well as get to your batteries yeah and i love that is that polished stainless for your fuel tank yes give a nice little uh this gives a nice look and then we trim off the bottom piece right there look right here all you have to do is just push that button everything will pop up oh so remote you're doing all that with the remote remote what this is this is our 55 inch tv we put underneath of course ula uled tv we put a nice little cover over it but what it's in front of right back through here if you look you have a nice sound bar up there this is your aqua hot 675d we have back here we do have your two water filtration bottles right there you can also dump on this side if you want to use sanicon a lot of people like cinecom if they need to pump waste pretty far away is that like a macerator kind of it's a macerator what it does is it um tears up the solid waste macerates the solid waste where you can put it to a liquid form so if you need to put a little uh garden hose on it and pump pretty far away maybe 100 feet 200 feet to get to the septic system you can do that with the sanicon easy to change water filtration system for the coach and we do have a drain point right through there as well if you see that in case anything gets wet nice you look right through here andrew i don't know if you can get this on camera but as soon as you open up the door we have a nice little led light light strip right there so as soon as you open up the door at night you will really appreciate that because it shines down in to your bay that's really a great thing that newell coach thinks of just all those little details that over 50 years of building these coaches yes sir you kind of uh pick up a lot of things but once again that's probably an idea that a customer gave us yeah yeah our customers give us a lot of ideas how you shut a bay a new obey is you see right here you pull right down here in the center yes sir and then you just push really easy right there because we have a double latch system right here so it's a very very secure system of when you're going down the road for your bay doors and that just gives you a security of going down the road they do open up by fold you get their very easy access bay r3 is the third bay on the right side of the coach this is our electrical bay you will have your two 2800 uh pure sine wave inverters right there and dc panel right here on this side for 12 volt you see how everything's nicely labeled out right through there that is for each coast each coat gets their own label because each coast is custom done so we might have different electronics going through every coat so everything's individually labeled for that coach you also get a wiring schematic of your coach as well so you know where everything is on this side right here you can get to your slides you see your slide right down there there's access to your mechanics of your slides and some 110 features right there a breaker box everything's nicely labeled easy to get to what's pretty cool right here is we have this in a slide and this can hold up to 300 pounds and so if you're working on your coat you can easily slide in here and get you everything very easily move around and as you slide in there you'll see everything is nicely labeled just as it is out here all the way to the back and a huge thumbs up to josh for demonstrating that uh weight capacity on that slide-out tray there another cool thing is you see right here is that a lot of people don't realize this this right here is a drain point how our slides go up and down if you saw some of our videos of us how we work our slides i believe uh 1716 a test drive video on 1712 actually shows that as well we have um if someone might drop something in for like a bottle of wine or something oh they think it's gonna go into electronic bay no everything is sealed off it goes into a nice drain pan and drains right out through here outside of your coach so no elect electronics or anything is harmed at all very cool so all you have to do is just wipe up the little stain it's going to leave on the floor and you're good to go nice once again push that down if you look right through here this is going to be what we call on r2 is usually a pass-through storage bay but on pass-through storages you're able to do uh things such as barbecue grills a number of different things grills is very common coolers things such as that this right here is a remote i'm just gonna hit this is side b it's labeled right there is side b it's gonna point at that right there so this is great as long as you have that remote you really don't have to climb in there and press any buttons you can do this all remotely out here and this is really neat to see some of the potential for the newel coach entertainment bays what an incredible setup and most everything we featured on andrew steele videos have been show coaches spec coaches we don't really put this on spec coaches because different people might like have a different layout so this is something that we do for a lot of our custom coach builders that if they want this so you have a number of different ones you can design this particular one is really nice because you can pull that area you have right there you have a nice grill throughout the electric grill and you have good storage up underneath there yeah all fully lined with carpet and that same carbon fiber face uh looks like another kind of a countertop space over here on this side and then what do you just pull that out how does that you gotta put a little right there oh nice very simple you can put some weight on it and it keeps it consistent so it's not just one so if you're holding something right here it's not going to bend over and fold off so it holds consistent weight throughout i know this might sound silly but if you got a lot of stakes here put it over there and the thing falls over you'll be pretty upset yes sir yes sir and then it looks like a refrigerator here nice our ice maker there a little freezer refrigerator with that same carbon fiber finish and then you even have some additional storage back here but you could probably access that if you wanted to have the slide out tray go to the other side right here on our remote great way to point that out you have b side which is this side a side is over on the driver's side of the coach so it can slide either way out a or b side all the way and it's pretty easy to put everything back just love seeing all the cool stuff that newell coach does really uh just so well engineered yeah and i like the faces here even the slide tray has like that kind of turned aluminum not turned aluminum but almost like an aluminum like a brushed aluminum look to it remotes have a little velcro on outside so you can just stick it right here oh nice right there right to the carpet i like that if you're like me i'm a terrible remote control loser i really really like that aspect this right here is obviously bay one bay one here has got the pass through bay with this huge storage tray and i'll just grab this remote here and i'm gonna try it just hit that b side out oh whoops i gotta make sure i keep it point do have to keep it pointed in the right direction i'm getting too comfortable standing out here uh outside the coach but i love how deep these bays are and then how they're not only finished out with carpet on the inside but also that polished stainless and then a carbon fiber face pressure washer system on here between the cut and buff and the ceramic coating we do have this right here that's our pressure washer wand yeah so we do have a pressure washer put in the back that puts out four gallons a minute you have a link to the front of the coach and to the back of the coach can we see the pressure washer of course we can it is spot free water and what's that is that a freezer behind that on the other side freezer you would like to have a freezer on that side we didn't want to just do a pressure washer renewal coach we really want to do the right kind of pressure washer so we worked with a company out of independence kansas called hot named high flow and they worked with us for instance we do four gallons a minute versus three gallons a minute because four gallons a minute can reach to the top yes sir these little things we do have a little your hoses right here we have a connector in the back right there and a connector up front on the other side which you will see here pretty soon we have di die's water filtration system nice so what it does is it does do the spot free water as you're going through the coach so literally between the cut and buff the ceramic coating you pressure wash it off you have that gallon of stuff you don't need to hire detail man you can do it yourself really quick yes sir yes sir absolutely um once again we have the consistency back here of the stainless steel throughout a nice finish out through there and you can kind of see here there's an extra battery charger right there you can run shop air out as well as shop air in if you want to one of the things that we do you can't see it but up underneath this closet is an air supply so from the outside the technician can hook up their dirty shop air hose as opposed to dragging it through a door or bringing it through a window then we've got some clean hoses that if we have to use a tool we come in here we can plug in our air supply underneath this closet and do the work that we need to do without getting the coach dirty and this right here you turn that on come out here this right here there's that big cummins x15 you can fill your tires up to 150 psi you have a 50 foot hose there so you can get to your left front right front no matter what where you can uh pump your tires up in case they go flat so you're not stranded on the road nice i really like that option so you can be aired up and looking good when you pull up to the campground yeah and one thing is this like a fire suppression system or just a fire extinguisher extinguisher right here because we don't know the fire suppression system back here because when it heats up really for the region it can set it off so what we did was we um put a fire extinguisher back here we do have a fire suppression system up front in the generator bait now you do have like a steel firewall or something um is very very important so we don't with that we don't really need the fire suppression system back there because our firewall again you'll notice an alert will come up there obviously you come back here and you can hit your fire extinguish we also have a fire extinguisher inside and a fire suppression system in the generator bay as well nice now to keep the consistency going you can't turn your compartment light on right here but it's during the day so you really can't see it that well but we also have a nice light bar right through here shining through so um you can get to any part you really see your engine at night so if you need to work on it do anything you can start your coach from the rear if you're changing the belt everything's very easy to get to you know the led light shining down you can see everything in night time so therefore anything you can to make that apartment easier it's a lot better for you this is a neat little area right here that's where we put our cord reel you can turn your generator on and off you can disconnect your batteries it does have an onboard battery charger and back here we also have a 50 amp buddy plug okay if you do have a stacker trailer we can plug that in up there we run a 20kw generator if you have everything turned on in this coach the toaster going you're gonna be at 18 000 watts okay so the 20 000 watt generator is a little bit overkill but we want to make sure you have overkill because a lot of people have stacker trailers and other things that they need to power up and you can use that um generator to do that as well you can just simply connect to a buddy plug right here or if you need like might have a 30 amp you can get we supply you with a 50 to 30 amp adapter as well nice and i also have to point out while we're talking here i noticed up here uh exterior light i really like that and then what's that little uh compartment door for a dryer vent dryer vent okay and something kind of cool right there is is we used to cut those really square but our slides are rounded chuck evans i give chuck a shout out he started doing these little rounded corners right here in the dryer vent this the kind of so it's not so straight edge and around it just like the slides uh he pointed that out to me a couple weeks ago and i thought that was pretty cool big shout out to chuck uh once again back here we want to keep consistency this is the driver's side of the coach and um same thing the fuel section right there it does have the camera on the outside you have your 200 gallon tank right there in your 15 gallon death tank right there and we do put a little bit because the death can't crystallize so we don't make it look messy once again staying consistent with that light strip right there and your camera is right there so you know right when you're at the pump and we put these little rubber things right here so when it comes up it does not scar the bottom oh nice yeah and i didn't even i didn't even notice those until you pointed it out they're really hard to see how often do you fill your tank up with the slides out hardly ever but just in case it's there you're ready for it you're ready for it uh this right here is the uh plumbing bay right through here we kept it consistent with the nice carbon fiber look this is something new that we're starting to run now a little bit more of a touch panel screen there uh it does have the gray water bypass valve on there as well all the manifold system there you have your manifold system right through there here nice little sink where you can wash your hands and it'll come outside so you don't get any water in the bed we run two water pumps you'll have an auxiliary water pump which is a 12 volt water pump which was in most your manufacturer coaches but we our main water pump is a 110 water pump so therefore you don't have to have uh the pressure regulators or anything like that you can just hook right on up and it will come right in fine and pump just like it does residential if you also look right there you see a honeywell heater back there can you see that way up there you see a little honeywell heater way yes sir okay that's just for the strong winter months in oklahoma we just had it where it negative 10 windshield factor a couple weeks ago and so we had our honeywell heaters on but all that is is a backup heater for your bays uh for especially your water vehicles you want your pipes to freeze for our uh customers in canada and north dakota and the colder climates and their coach will be safe you have your auto fit your water hose right there you can hook up the city connection and your water and your auto fill and all these dumps right here everything is a push button so it makes it very easy for the customer to use and then i'm also noticing another one of those lights exterior lights next to a camera as well just all these little features that newell does just over the top and where are we putting at the lights if you think about it right here you're getting your cord out at night right here you're hooking your sewer up yeah very well thought out yes sir well thought out and even right through here so you know right there yes sir good light right there this is a critical area anytime you're going down the road you might see a new coach has this right here this is gonna be the reason why this is here because it is a blower for your generator we keep our generator in a hush box and that does to keep it cool so you run it going down the road and it's not it's um expanded out uh so we kind of keep it trapped in there keep it as quiet as possible so your generators run you can still enjoy tv or if you're running your generator while going down the road you can still have a nice conversation with the passenger this does have the de-iodized water tanks right here where we use that space to our advantage for the pressure washers so therefore you have your spot-free water takes away all the hard water this right here we'll keep consistent through these right here will be your two pass-through storages so go right through here you can kind of see that's the back end of where the grill was on that other side things like that now we do send them one off with a goodie box of just extra belts filters and things such as that and that's what's in the gray box some depth and all that stuff just in case and this coach right here has central vacuum nice so then on this side here you want to see the exterior cool freezer cooler okay put that out on the slots and this would be pretty cool let's show you how they did this right here and i'm noticing you've got a remote on both sides of the base so two remotes for the one slide-out tray and once again you keep consistent you want to hit a now that does not look like your normal dometic freezer a little bit bigger so what we did was you see this is about double what we normally put in so we couldn't extend it out all the way with the slide right here so you see a lot of these dometic freezers but this definitely appears to be a much more high end it's got the digital controls and then it's on that slide-out tray so there's another slide-out tray for the freezer yeah great use of the space but now this is a custom coach so the owner of this coach decided to have this freezer on the driver's side and not the passenger side a lot people might put on the passenger side but they put on the driver's side and it's where the customer wants it's their coach so we want to put it where they want it and what's most usually accessible for them yes sir we have two air compressors right here and these are for your house air compressor so you only need to operate one but we're neural coach we do a lot of backups all you have to do is switch that back and forth and then you have your front load chassis center right here all that everything's nicely labeled out for this particular coach very easy to get to and while we're down here i would like to show you guys our generator babe we do uh because i mentioned earlier we do run a 20kw market generator we put our generators on airbags and we even have you we need to set the pressure one of that is is we want the generator the airbags will absorb a lot of the energy won't be vibrating we also want it quiet so you can enjoy to stay so what i'm going to do is i'm going to crank the generator up wow it helps with the hush box right there and this makes it a lot easier for our customers to uh have some decent quality gonna go nice cool [Music] ladies and gentlemen we found the famous james nethery head of engineering here how you doing today sir good how are you doing andrew excellent thank you what's going on in this coach sir so this is the next one to be delivered i was just kind of walking through and seeing uh see what's going on in here it's looking really good got it ready to go is this a triple bunk coach triple bunk coach was a specific request from the client this is a pretty unique coach a lot of really cool colors and uh some materials look at the ceiling yes sir this material in the middle is actually a freshwater fish hide that's been tanned the customer had some boots that were made out of that material and kind of challenged us with uh using that material which we first had to find uh that's a pretty unique fish it's uh native to south america but we were able to get that and put it in for him and the result is spectacular they asked for anything more there you can see they did kind of a unique dinette sofa arrangement they did ask us to wait and install the table once they got here so they they can get the seating arrangement uh the way they want it so we'll install that once they arrive these storage was kind of a big big deal for them so this is unlike any floor plan i've seen a lot of countertop space here you've got a lot of storage it looks like there's a tv on a televator back there television there now does this stay staged like that even while it's going down the road so we can keep our decor there and uh it's uh we use a museum putty to kind of keep things stuck down and nice we did a integrated waste bin there so they got a place for hidden trash can we've got a ice maker which is pretty unique so yeah plenty of ice yeah are these just all back here i've got a just normal drawers and i love how industrial style this newel coach hardware is i've been opening and closing a lot of newer coach drawers even on coaches in other places that are older what makes these so much more robust than a lot of other motorhomes out there so we want to have a positive latch and i don't know if you can look in here there is a a metal pin and that metal pin is as it comes in as that drawer closes that metal pin engages so you've got a positive lock on that drawer there's no way that's coming open um and that's pretty important for us uh you know you get some weighted items in there and those drawers can come open sometimes and this really helps to keep those closed and i'm noticing as we're as we're talking here all of these different textures are sticking out to me i noticed the couch it's not a normal leather definitely a pattern here and then not only the couch but even these valances and the entryway there have a very neat texture to them what's the story behind those these textures that were so it kind of all went along with this this fish height everything was kind of built around this fish height so we needed materials with some texture some embossing that kind of tied into the texture of that and it's really well done the customer you know really challenged us with with finding some of these materials and we were able to do that for him so that's that's pretty cool he had a specific oven request so we integrated that melee oven got our ge monogram refrigerator yeah and i've got to point out too i really like how you've got the light color cabinets here and then as we get into the middle of the coach it gets a little bit darker but everything ties together so well and then the floors are kind of like this high gloss and of course you've got the flat floors here james i know we did another video on the whole build process and i'll make sure to leave a link to that video in the description below but what's different about newell coach where they're able to have these flat floors so you you're correct we did uh talk about that on our plant tour but uh valid manufacturing makes these slide mechanisms for us and they do have the flat floors so both sides of this coach these floors will sink about four inches into the chassis and then those stow and then the slides come in over the top so the unique thing about it is whether the slides are in or out you got this nice flat floor you're not stepping up over the slide when it's in so that makes it really nice the tile guys do a great job of making the gap between these flat floors essentially the same width as the grout line so they virtually disappear which is really nice and you were mentioning the the cabinetry being the contrasting color the goal of that is to try to make these look like a piece of furniture separate from the bulkhead walls so it really kind of helps them stand out and kind of be their own piece do you want to tell us a little bit more i know we've touched on it a little bit in other videos but you want to touch on some of the things i i just noticed this right there that's the number so we want that to be front and center so we have that 24 7 365 hotline if the customer has an issue and you know we say it's an emergency number but sometimes not getting the tv to come on can be an emergency so if our customers need help they're just a phone call away and we keep that number front and center so they can call us anytime but yeah so this is our intrepid uh system we worked with some vendors to design this for newell you can see it's got about everything you would ever want we got our waste tanks fuel tanks dump station generator control we can see our power management we can set our automatic genstart we can do all of our light functions throughout the coach shades we've got a utility page you know lock and unlock doors we can operate our slides from here this ignition needs to be on to do that we can run awnings assortment of things there we can do all of our climate control here heat and air conditioning we can do all of our audio video here and we can look at all of our cameras around the coach and you can see all the cameras that we've got to select yeah so can you show us the fuel door camera because we were looking at some of those cameras uh there's the driver's side so those are great for when you're you're pulling into the truck stop and you got some trucks behind you and you know those guys aren't very patient yes sir with these these cameras you can line the fuel bay right up to your pump and there's no getting out and going oh i'm a little bit short i got to get back in and move again so that's been a really nice feature it's also a great security feature because you've got a pretty good view all around the coach not just the entry door in the back we can see the sides and all around the coach so you've got a lot of visibility of what's going on around you i'm seeing that interior camera too i'm very curious so there we are there we are so that's a great camera for when you got pets or you got something going on inside the coach because the thing about this intrepid system is everything you see here is available on a smartphone or a tablet or a device so if you're away from the coach you can see oh the dogs are doing okay or they're getting into stuff even if you're away from the coach and you don't have any animals here you just want to check and see how things are you can also access all your climate control from that mobile device so you can turn these on off set your temperatures remotely have full control of the coach and it will send out notifications if you lose power or if you have a temperature increase condition and you can set what variables those send you notifications for so you can see in real time what's going on with the coach which is pretty nice absolutely yes sir what else is going on in this coaster so let's go back we'll work our way back here we got a half bath and a rear bath like i said this customer one of the three bunks uh one of the unique uh requests that he had is while he's driving if the kids are in the bunks he kind of wants to see what's going on there so he had us install some cameras so he can check on the kids from the monitor oh very cool so yeah cameras here inside of the bunks each bunk has its own camera and each bunk has its own dvd player it's got in-motion compatible uh television so each one can watch a program we've got headphones here so private listening to whatever they're watching we did some cool rgb lights in the bunk so they can each set their own uh mood lighting if you will yeah these colors uh these will change colors as well correct oh cool so each individual bunker each individual bunker can kind of set their own lighting i like that very cool and then i've just got to point out all of the cool bedding that newell coach does from what i've heard newell coach provides bedding for every bed every pull-out couch bunk they all get their own custom bed in fact we make our own mattresses so we order in the foam and we cut these to fit because you know we kind of got some unique shapes to the wall so we'll make those fit and then we make the bedding to fit each one so when the customer gets out in the field and maybe they need a new set of bedding in a couple of years they can give us a call and we can you know send out exactly what they need for for their coach the stars and the cool pillows uh really neat bedding that the design team picked out for this uh particular coach and if you'll notice there's a pocket door where you're standing there yes there's a pocket door where i'm standing here so they've got their own little room right here that's private from the bedroom and the living room which is nice and then they've got the half access to the half bath yeah now this is a bedroom unlike anything i've ever seen but before we show it i'm looking forward to showing everyone that but let's take a look in the half bathroom here real quickly oh my goodness wow absolutely stunning i love the bright colors now is this an under lit uh countertop as well i believe it is yeah so it's got the rgb lighting there see a little bit of light shines through yeah yeah absolutely stunning and just the surfaces and the textures that newell coach uses i really like that's a different new almost like a fabric on the wall and then some totally different are those tiles or what's uh that's a ceramic tile it's kind of got some some chrome elements in it which is kind of cool yeah this is a very sharp modern coach almost looks like a hair on hide kind of effect but yes sir real quick before you uh while you open that up i just noticed something that i'd like to point out as well especially while i'm here with the head of engineering these are some really industrial style hinges unlike anything i've ever seen in the industry what type of hinges are you using so they're commonly referred to as a sauce hinge as the brand but it's a nice collapsing hinge it collapses in on itself so when the door closes there's no i'm sorry there's no exposed hardware everything's nice and smooth they're very robust they're very adjustable so we can get that dialed in just the way it needs to be we've been using those for a long time yeah and it really all those little details like you know how this is just a smooth wall really neat how how you design these coaches back here in the bedroom is pretty unique but we do one of these occasionally but this is a murphy bed okay they wanted an area where the kids can come back here separate from the salon and they can watch television back here they got a big screen there that screen is for viewing while you're in bed uh let me pull this down here yeah this is a really large room i've got to point out just how much open space there is here wow that was really simple how you pulled that down so throw your pillows on there and uh ready for bed when you get up in the morning you don't even have to make it yes sir yes sir kind of wad it up yes sir as you can see this is you know one-handed operation we've got it balanced and when it closes i don't know if you heard that but those are locks so there's a one-inch pin on each side that locks this thing in place so it won't move while you're traveling wow that was probably the most effortless i've ever seen anybody turn put down a murphy bed and then it's got that flush that tv looks uh just a stunning coat now is there more storage here got a little closet space on this side so we got some he asked for some shelves and we also have a closet rod up there so it's kind of flexible you can pull those shelves out if you want to use it for hang space make use of whatever is available we got overhead storage above and then a second tv is that uh is that fixed or is that on a televator this one is fixed uh so we could get that sofa back as far as possible okay uh and his goal was so when they were parked he could lay this down without you know interrupting the sofa or still have some walk through space so we pushed that back as far as we could we mounted the the tv on the wall and like i said that's for viewing kind of when you're laying in bed then back uh in the rear bath we've still got a great size shower yeah very large rear bath another toilet back here we've got our window nice uh natural light we've started using these trough drains in the shower which are really nice do you have more uh wardrobe space there yeah we've got all the back here's closet and we put pocket doors here in the middle so that you'll kind of get out of your way so all this is hanging across yeah and that under lit countertop so that's a natural quartz um it's a translucent quartz it's just a beautiful material yeah it really is and then uh washer dryer here correct correct this one has a stock washer dryer we've got pocket doors here as well so you're not kind of trapped in this hallway space you can get these out do your laundry yeah place for uh soap and things up above a digital is this a part of that intrepid two system here as well that's actually a part of the spider system okay so we're moving to those touch screens and uh this was the first introduction of those so this is a touch screen correct so we've got our same shades sunscreen here we've got all of our lighting controls here we have temperature for this zone only so in the bathroom you can control uh the temperature in this area and then we've got some settings you can go in there and change uh when this shuts off or if it stays lit now do you have some sort of redundancy built in to manually like turn the lights on and off or adjust yeah so uh if you go downstairs there's a bank of switches that are overrides for each and every circuit so if you did have a problem with the panel and we do try to put some redundant switches throughout the coach so if this switch happened to not work there's probably another one within the vicinity of it but if if that fails you could always go downstairs and turn that light on or off uh manually so we do try to get a lot of redundancy what's some of the stuff that we don't see that's the reason why you can command such a premium well and you you just hit it on the head so if you look at all these materials that we just walked through on this coach there's nothing here that someone else couldn't buy i mean these laminates are on the market the quartz countertops are on the market tiles on the market you know we did struggle a little bit to get these fish hides but we found them but those are out there what what really makes the difference in our product is the stuff that you can't see here it's all the the materials behind the walls it's behind it's the materials that we used to make these with that's all solid plywood it's not a hollow core product floors you know are that seven inch foam insulation that we saw when we went through the chassis shop bulkhead walls are fastened floor and ceiling riveted in that's all plywood those are all heavy duty and and what i tell people at the shows is you know they ask why would i buy a newell over these other products that are out there that are you know maybe half the price it's what you're buying is what you really can't see unfortunately and that's sometimes hard for people to kind of wrap their minds around but that's what it is the thing that allows us to use these materials because some of them are quite heavy but uh is this chassis you know we build our own chassis here so we really have control of the robustness the materials uh that it's welded and not bolted that we use some of the best suspension materials uh components in the industry and it allows us to put these materials on top of that and really know that we're going to handle that load so we're always thinking about you know accessibility so a lot of these panels the cabinetry you know you can't really tell it from the front side but you know they're easily removable panels if there's something behind it that needs to be accessed like for instance or air conditioning so you always have to get to the air conditioning to change a filter and for us oh my goodness everything's available right there and you can see we also uh hide our smoke detector and co2 detectors up here so those are easy to maintain and change if need to be and you close the door and those all go away i would never ever expect i mean that just looks like a flush ceiling panel it looks like it's fixed in its position and that just you knew where to where to grab it and so there's a lot of little hidden things like that that's geared around service accessibility so we don't have to do a lot of tearing down or damage to the coach uh if if something needs to be serviced because that's that's important we want people to take care of these yes sir absolutely hear what hey there he is we're we lost josh what you've been selling coaches where'd you go yeah i had to uh go to the factory and uh show some people around here this uh just been new for the first time so it was good to see them and uh how did james doing here you learned a lot didn't you james knows quite a bit so he's definitely the expert he's the brains behind a lot of these builds he is uh the man i guess he makes me look good yes sir
