Spacecraft RV Manufacturing 57 foot Custom 5th Wheel RV Coach

hello I'm Marsha with spacecraft manufacturing I'm here at our 57 foot semi-trailer I've got Greg shields with RV haulers doing a gracious enough YouTube of us once again so this is a fifty seven foot semi-trailer this has a custom paint job to it so that what that means to you is you can choose one of our standard paints or you can have your own custom job paint job done it's your choice so something that is unique about the semi trailers obviously first of all is the length this is 57 feet long so it must be towed by a tractor truck it has air brakes and air ride and it gives you a lot of living space these steps are removable as is the handrail the decking is a one button push button and it will automatically retract there are several different configurations that you can do of this if you choose not to have the removable step you could simply have your door basement door open up and the step pulls out on that so there's a lot of options that we can give you instead of the removable step the removable step does give you the greatest width of the steps then going up so it does give you a large area to be able to walk up if you've got groceries if you're moving furniture in or out along with that the entry door is a 36 inch wide steel entry door so wit once again allows you to be able to bring new furniture in new appliances in everything that's inside that trailer will come out through that entry door so moving back this has the aluminum wheels the Alcoa aluminum wheels on the outside it is dual wheels these are 22 five tires wheels and tires and it is a 22 5 axl so 22,500 pound axle each axle the weight of this trailer is 37,000 pounds the hitch weight is 11,000 pounds so you've got plenty of capacity with your truck and the gross vehicle weight rating on this is 45,000 pounds so you have plenty of cargo capacity to fill your personal belongings inside and to also fill the hole the possum belly storage areas down below this trailer has the frameless dual pane windows and I'll show you some of the basement storage then as well so you have the pull-out side slide tray that allows you to full access of anything if you're like me usually everything that I want is what's into the center of it this gives you full access it pulls out 60% each way so it will pull out the other side as well all right so I'm going to go around to the other side and open up the other door the opposing door that way you can have the visual to see that it is a full pass-through storage compartment so the spacecraft slide-out room is our own patent spacecraft actually owns the original patent for the electronic slide-out room our slide-out rooms are 12 volt motor with a ball bearing screw rod they are a very user-friendly slide out room but they are a very heavy-duty slide-out room if you are parked for months at a time you don't need to worry about blocking this slide-out room the room tube is substantial enough that there is no movement in this slide-out room also notice that the side of the slide-out room has the the decal the graphic from the paint that flows through the slide-out room that is standard some people choose to just have their slide-out rooms painted one solid color again that's another option that you have with space craft once again there's a multitude of choices you have in the paint chalk in the paint graphics you can choose any color or you can choose one of our standard paint designs so standard with every semi trailer comes a 10 kW Onan diesel generator so this generator also then houses a 50 gallon fuel tank so the luxury of it is as you will see later the inside of this trailer has residential appliances the luxury that this adds is that you can start up your generator at any point and cool down your refrigerator again or if you're spending the night somewhere you've got in a parking lot you've got the generator to be able to use at any point in time to spend the night or to simply cool down something if you're stopping and making sandwiches alongside the road as standard also on a semi-trailer is a hundred gallon freshwater tank you have 50 gallon black 50 gallon gray and you typically will have the third 50 gallon gray we do not combine as standard our bathroom with our kitchen area and on the gray tanks we want to give you as much storage space in your basement area as possible so we will give you a second gray tank for your kitchen area and they separate gray for your bathroom so you will have plenty of grey storage and of course all of those tanks are upgradable to a larger capacity our frame is a very heavy-duty frame we start with an i-beam actually an H beam and then we have the outriggers there the cross members actually on a semi that come across to create your side of the trailer standard with a semi trailer is a 20 gallon electric water heater you can also increase that if you'd like to a 28 gallon this particular trailer has the hydraulic leveling jacks so it is a four-point system our frames are substantial enough that you don't need to have the six point system our frames can handle the four point system again if you feel more comfortable or there's something that you like about the six point system we certainly can do that all of our tanks will have all of the black tanks come standard with the no fuss flush a water filter comes standard on every trailer you'll notice the led security lights on the outside these are an option that you can have you have two that comes standard you can upgrade to have more if you would like they create a very bright light alright so now that you've seen the exterior of this trailer let's take a look at the inside you won't believe the space that you have in a fifty seven foot semi trailer in the living space come on in okay so we're in the inside of this 57 foot semi-trailer now would like to show you some of the features that are in the kitchen this is a full residential appliance kitchen so we have a General Electric refrigerator this is on an inverter but this again this trailer has a generator so secondary is the inverter you've got the full storage ice and water out the door and this is the very popular drawer type freezer then that is very popular now the island has drop Leafs on each end it has the hammered copper sink single Bowl sink this customer chose their own light fixtures which is an option that you can do you can put your own personality into the trailer by doing things like that they also chose their own cabinet pulls once again that gives you the opportunity to put your personality your once into the trailer again a residential range cooktop smooth surface cooktop with oven as always our microwaves are residential so that comes standard this is a micro convection and then along with this you have the Fisher Paykel dishwasher again another residential appliance so you have the choice to have residential appliances or RV appliances you also have the choice of cabinetry this particular cabinetry is maple cabinets it is what we call our bison finish it's a little darker finish to it with corian countertop and then the table is a granite table so again there's many options that you have to choose from and like I said you can even put in some of your own personality by choosing some of the light fixtures cabinet pulls furniture as well this customer chose their own furniture as well so in the living room they have their own sofa and recliner that they had shipped in to us in the living area you will see that there has a fireplace in it end tables on each side of the sofa at the bottom of the end table there is a file cabinet again one of those unique things that you have the option to add to the trailer to make it right for your lifestyle a small desk is found here again many people even with laptops though still would like to have a desk area to actually set at many wives say they would just soon the husband not use the kitchen table the dining table to do their laptop work so this gives you the opportunity of a place to be able to do that at the TV is a 65 inch TV this particular trailer has the full Bose surround sound with it so it's a really nice system you can download your music and that is easily then is stored onto the component and you have your music all the time so follow me we'll move forward to the bathroom and to the master bedroom we have a pocket door to separate the bathroom from the rest of the living area you have vessel bowls with a backsplash the mosaic glass backsplash this has become very popular is our 48 inch shower it is a marble shower it can also be quarry on but it's a nice large shower many people enjoy the space that this shower offers you also could have the jetted of vessels there that give you the jetted shower as well and many people like that as well you have a nice size linen and then the clothes hamper these drawer guides are the soft clothes guides so they will close automatically you have the private toilet room which you'll notice that the generator is actually the start switch and monitor is actually located in the toilet room many people typically put that start switch and monitor in the bedroom which people will often complain that that when that clock is ticking on that it is an annoyance when you're trying to sleep so we try to put the monitor in a different location other than the bedroom okay so behind this door then is another linen closet and they actually are going to put coat hooks in here and use it as a coat closet because it is right next to the entry door so we are looking now at the bathroom vanity it's a beautiful setup it has two vessel bowls with the waterfall spouts to it it has a very nice mosaic glass backsplash and it gives you a nice residential very nice feel to it it's a very rich look so now we're in the master bedroom this is a king bed it is a true king bed we use residential mattresses so it is a true king bed sheets will fit this we have the padded headboard nightstand shelves on each side plus we've got the added storage space for cell phones alarm clock anything like that that you need can be stored up here as well coming along to the front side then of the trailer this has the full wardrobes here with the automatic lighting so you've got full hanging here shelf above and then again cabinet space down below many people would choose to use this space as shoe space as well this has become a very popular feature in our trailers is to have the seat and the bedroom the escape window now is turned vertically rather than the horizontal it gives you a larger escape window but it also gives you a place to sit down put on shoes whatever you might need again this is a nice large TV you have the space below for your receivers and DVD players and again plenty of drawer space then below that again any of these designs can be altered and changed to meet your needs and your lifestyle that's what we're about so let me take you to the opposite end of the trailer to the second and third bedroom once again remember this is a fifty seven foot trailer so you get a lot of living space in this length so we're headed back to the rear of the trailer where you will find bunk beds on each side with drawers down below for storage and each have a TV hung on the wall so they have their own individual TV the opposite side hat is identical to this in addition to a pocket door that can be closed to separate these two bedrooms you have the overhead cabinets above the bed and then the storage once again below the bed okay so we're back in the living room area there's some things that I'd like to share with you the height in this area that we are in is approximately 92 inches at the sides and we get taller at the ceiling notice that we have a molded fiberglass ceiling this is where our air-conditioning duct is run and if you choose to have heat pump in with your air conditioning your heat is run through there also in addition to that we offer two 31,000 BTU furnaces as well so what makes this unit a full-time trailer is the fact that we have inch-and-a-half polystyrene in your sidewalls we can increase that to a polar package we also have three inches of fiberglass insulation in the ceiling with a half-inch Celotex and then your entire roof is wrapped with quarter inch polystyrene then on top of that you have the molded fiberglass roof again on the interior you have our molded fiberglass ceiling both of them are a lifetime of maintenance-free issues we have been using our molded fiberglass roof since the early 70s we have never replaced a molded fiberglass roof our interior molded fiberglass ceiling in 20 years from now will still look this way it is a maintenance-free ceiling if you don't care for the high gloss that's on this ceiling we also offer it in a matte finish as well so you can have it your way in the boss basement and the floor area the you once again have three and a half inches of fiberglass insulation with a half inch Celotex your holding tanks are insulated they're enclosed with the heat to run to them but in addition to that the entire basement area that you saw earlier is all heated as well so it truly gives you the warmth under your feet and this is a full time living trailer so feel free to come by
