opened your drawers and you were like yes well after this little hack here you will be saying that this sock drawer makes me very happy look how nice and organized this is let me show you how to do it and to ensure that your socks always stay together lay your socks flat down and then just roll them as tight as you want I can do this so quick and easy and then take the band and wrap it over your socks and know this is never stretched out the band on the sacks I do this for all of my kids it stays together this is great for travel no one is ever losing a sack again you can do with all types of socks short socks long socks all socks thick socks thin socks you get the name of the game how about those fitted sheets make sure the bottom of the fitted sheet is facing you and then you're just going to take the two corners here at the bottom put them in your hand as you're seeing me do and then you're just going to go ahead and put them up in the top Corners I'm going to do this a little bit slower so that you can easily see what it is that I am doing and I'm just shaking shake and shake and make sure everything gets nice and flat it depends on the type of material that you are working with this is a very soft bed sheet these are like number one best sellers on Amazon then just straighten things as you go pull in that Center we're going to make a nice beautiful Square as you see that I'm doing here and then go ahead and roll up the Bottom now that you got your bottom rolled twice and these are King sheets just as an FYI you're going to roll the top down twice and straighten as you go the more that you straighten the better this will look in the final product roll that top over and you're going to see there's a nice little pocket that is created because of our rolls and then roll the top down two times and then tuck it inside of itself and you're going to have this beautiful fitted sheet pocket you can display this so beautifully or it will just look really nice inside of your drawer here is another way to do it I like to do this method a little bit better it's easier when you are standing get those Corner pockets in together I like to switch hands here and then just take my opposite hand and find the other two pockets and then I'm going to go ahead and wrap all of the pockets on one hand it's kind of like Clapping Your Hands Together at this point I Like to Lay everything on a flat surface and you can see here I have a beautiful Square I'm just going to roll up the bottom two times and then again starting from the top we're going to roll the top down two times I find this a little bit easier to get a straighter fitted sheet the other way it's not as easy again rolling that top over and then the bottom two times and tucking it in on itself for a beautiful fitted sheet that you are proud of or just had a little bit more fun putting together let me show you my favorite way to fold a t-shirt so that they stay wrinkle free one make sure that you take them out of your dryer as soon as they are dry if at all possible make sure it's flat on a Surface roll up the bottom and then just roll in the sleeves to about that neckline and then again just rolling up the bottom and you're going to have a beautiful display when it comes to all of your t-shirts it will look like a luxury store this is my son's dresser drawer and believe it or not they actually keep it this way when things look nice and organized let's talk about folding those jeans yes two ways I'm going to show you how to do this first lay your jeans flat and then fold up the legs you can see to the pockets and then the next part is fold them one more time and then just flip them over on themselves they look so nice and organized now here is the second way make sure that you tuck in the crotch area so that you have a straighter Line This is actually my preferred method of doing this and then you're going to fold up the bottom I actually get four folds in here I think it looks the best displayed in my basket and then I have the pocket showing here everything is tucked in look at how beautiful and gorgeous this is displayed and of course I had to color code it a bit this also keeps me from buying more jeans because my pants container cannot hold anymore but what if you wanted to hang your jeans go ahead and fold those jeans in and then grab your hanger and take the belt loops hook them on the top of that hanger and then at the bottom of the pants just go ahead and pull it over the hanger this is a fun way to also display your jeans if you prefer this method as well and then just make sure that they're all facing the same direction because when you have them lined up it's going to look so beautiful let's talk about boxers and underwear again this is great to keep everything nice and organized great for travel just fold the sides in flip it over on itself and then you can actually tuck it in the pocket just like we did with the fitted sheet this is going to help your kids maintain clean dresser drawers well at least we hope this works with all sizes of underwear now it's just going to be a little bit tighter or a little bit bigger depending upon the sizing but this is my absolute favorite way to fold these and keep it nice organized and easy to access the next time that you need them here's a fun way to fold those towels so that your bathroom looks like a luxury spa fold the blanket over on itself as you can see here and then take two corners and connect them so you make sort of a triangle fold it in half again now the next part is you're just going to lower it a little bit because you want to have a little lip hanging over you see why you're in just a second and then roll from the bottom roll as tight as you prefer and then you can see we've created another little pocket where we can tuck the tail of the towel in this looks so beautiful you could put these in a basket you could put them in a Cupboard they're going to stay nice and together here's a great way to hang those longer dresses so that they are not dangling on the floor or a longer jumpsuit these are my favorite velvet hangers anything I talk about be linked in the description box below put the shoulders of your outfit on the hanger and then just go ahead and flip up the legs or the bottom of the dress in between the tops of your garment and you can see here it looks so beautiful nice and clean and easy to grab the next time you need it do you ever struggle to wake up in the morning I mean you're hitting that snooze button a few times and you're like man I was supposed to get up at 5am but I didn't do it again I strongly discourage you from putting your cell phone next to your bed do this instead I'm going to go ahead and set my timer for three seconds I'm going to place it in this cup and Watch What Happens foreign [Music] [Applause] notice the volume difference [Music] make sure the speaker is showing down in the cup you've gotten up and you're ready to start your day with a cup in hand ready for coffee let's say that you accidentally put your cell phone under your bed and you're like oh where did it go you can say something like hey Siri where are you oh there you are now this only works if you have an iPhone and then the downside of this is it's not super loud so it's great if you have it in a purse hey Siri where are you thank you Siri have you ever been to Target somewhere and the cashier is like hey do you want a sticker for your little one and as a mom or caregiver you're like ah no don't get this sticker it's gonna get stuck to the shirt then we're gonna forget to take it off in the laundry and it's gonna be stuck on that shirt permanently I have been there many times I am like don't take the sticker kind of they're like what is wrong with this terrible mom she doesn't want to have her kids to have stickers but I have the perfect solution for you if you have marker or ink on fabric you're going to use this Goof Off it works amazing but how about some latex paint yep you're going to use this product right here to help you remove those stains and ensure that you have your clothing looking great now for sticky things grab some Goo Gone yes you can use this on clothing I've never damaged a shirt using this method let it sit in there for about a minute or two and then grab a toothbrush to remove all of that sticky residue here is my current favorite product lineup nothing is sponsored in this video I love tide and then savitel fabric softener oh it smells so good and then I also love this Clorox stain remover I like to do a quick wash and I always wash everything on Warm Water except for whites I put that on hot and survey says you can see here that the sticker is removed and gone now both of these shirts were already washed with that sticker in the warm water so this works amazing I just wanted to show you this here in a different light so that you can see how well everything came off if you're looking for a way to organize your t-shirts this is actually from temu I will link that video in the description box below ever struggle to hang pictures on your wall and it's kind of like this and then you look at and you're like oh if I turn my head this way it's straight now right I wish I would have known this trick sooner rather than waiting until my 30s to figure this one out I hate when they put two hooks on the back of a picture this one it did not need two hooks but this so be it let's just hang this up I love using some painters tape this frog tape and then this Nail Box is not really a nail box but I did get it from the Dollar Tree what a fun way to organize everything and then just take your tape and lay it down on your picture the length of where the nails need to go and then I grab a pen or a permanent marker and I Mark exactly where I need to pound the nails remove your tape and then place it exactly where you want to hang your picture on the wall at this point grab a level because you want to make sure that is straight if you're putting all this effort in or this app right here it's a free app called Bubble Level and you can just use this to make sure everything is nice and straight I will say that there are ads that run on the Bubble Level app but it does what you need to when you're in a pinch once you know that you're tape is level that's when you'll grab your nails and because you put the two dots on there that's where you're going to pound them in now remove your tape and hang your beautiful picture I like to check the level one last time just to ensure I didn't bump anything or move anything and we are good to go right in the center what is the most annoying sound in the world other than Nails on a chalkboard quickie Dart although that does sound like something else we're gonna keep it g here [Music] grab some Pam or any generic cooking spray that you have on hand I like cooking spray because the application is super easy and you can get in all the right places and then a paper towel just to wipe up any excess and be very generous with your spraying now survey says in real time is there a squeak oh my word I cannot believe I've been living with that squeak for so long and every morning I come in here at 4 30 to work and it's just so noisy but not anymore if you find that's not working the first time just be a bit more generous with your cooking spray you're all excited you bought this beautiful new rug and you're like yes I've just up leveled my home here rocks are quite pricey by the way and then the little lips keep sticking up and then everyone's tripping over them not anymore here is our kitchen rug this one is notorious because there's so much traffic but look at how it's just lifted up and it gets worse and worse over time so let's tame the Beast with this carpet tape I love this product it is very sticky you can use it in all sorts of surfaces you can use it on tile you can use it on wood and you can use it carpet on carpet I use this in my master bedroom because we have a rug under the bed yes and it looks like this now I will say after a few months depending upon the amount of traffic in your house I do end up replacing the tape but this has worked better than any product that I have ever used and trust me I have a lot of rugs in my house and I've tried a lot of different things to keep those edges and Corners down and this hands down is my favorite Eve even this Center rug in our kitchen that gets trampled every day by multiple kids with all kinds of food liquid spills this rug has stayed down this is our mud room which gets the most amount of traffic with all the different shoes coming in and you can see here it's very sticky so I often use the scissors or pencil or something to help remove the tape from my fingers and then press it down make sure that it is stuck there do you ever feel entryway or your mud room has vomited shoes or your closet like shoes shoes everywhere you're tripping on those too I have a little trick for you we have these nice cubbies in my mud room area however it is not the most practical because you either need to put a basket in there or you need to put something in there where you could stack shoes on top of each other and it's a small space so we're going to grab these tension rods this has been such a fabulous spine what a steal of a deal you get six in a pack and here are the dimensions for you here are all the different ways that you could use these tension rods not just for shoes but this has been my problem area and maybe you can relate to this one as well and then this little vacuum right here yes this is another little Teemu fine I love this I use this for everything especially in my garbage can look at how nice and organized these shoes are and I've really maximized the vertical space so we have two four six pairs of shoes of all different sizes in here gorgeous how about all of those Tupperware Lids what a great way to keep them contained and separated from all the other things that you have in your drawer loving this maybe you want to organize your refrigerator a little bit better you can see in my refrigerator we already have dividers available but this would be awesome the length of it is about my forearm with my fingers outstretched you know I love a good experiment in trying a couple products So today we're try to try too highly rated products let's see if they hold up to their high ratings here is my stainless steel sink and by the way I hate stainless steel sinks they scratch they show everything but I'm going to work with what I have but you can see all of these water spots and it just looks Brown and dingy so we're going to do some Bar Keepers Friend you may have heard of that but how about the perfect sink this is a highly rated product also and here are the different things that I can do it can buff it can shine it can clean and protect so the first one that we're going to experiment with is the Bar Keeper's Friend and I'm just going to use a microfiber towel so nothing abrasive I want to see how well this product really works rinse immediately and then I dried it down because you really want to see if it got out all of those stains on the sink because it will look nice right away when it's moist and wet but when it's really really dry will it still show the spots now going in with the perfect sink I have a different microfiber towel I did dampen the microfiber towel and I'm trying to apply the same amount of pressure and same amount of time when it comes to these two products once you're done with that go ahead again rinse immediately and then I dried and waited just a little bit longer to see which one did a better job and the survey said says in my opinion The Bar Keeper's Friend wins hands down I was hopeful this other less well-known product would do a great job but it's Bar Keeper's Friend all the way here's the area of the sink that I did not clean so I want to give this a whole makeover using just the Bar Keeper's Friend and look down here in this train it looks so nasty coffee every day going down in there and then I'm just gonna grab a cleaning toothbrush and go to town a little bit inside of here and let's watch this stainless steel sink get transformed ah satisfying oh so shiny I've been dying to do this I had to let my sink go so I could give you a really good before and after but I am loving this now here's the secret trick grab yourself some coconut oil you want to use just a little bit because you do not want this going down your drain you just want to buff the sink and I'm just using a paper towel here and it's going to make your sink so shiny and it's going to help repel future hard water stains or mineral deposits even better go in with some vegetable oil because that does not Harden and it's been a week later and my sink still looks like this and I haven't cleaned it yet here's an area of my sink that does not get cleaned very well if I remove this basket it is not going to stick back up there so impressed with the results [Music] I want to give a huge shout out to Mitch Kelly and Jill thank you so much for your super thanks and for your coffee I appreciate you immensely cords they're everywhere they're tangled up they're in a mess like cords have taken over your whole life they're like little octopuses all throughout your life help me I'm drowning in chords not today this is the tin Co this is my very favorite wet dry vacuum mop but the one thing I don't love is this big cord on the end to charge it up it's just hanging here in its container it's inconvenient so I want a better way to keep this organized grab yourself one of these Command hooks you often see these for hanging your Christmas lights and look at how nice and organized this is the cord is out of the way it is easy to access I have it the perfect length in order to put it back into my wall and I don't need this long of a cord because of where I'm able to charge it up ah just a little inconvenience no more before you shop new I highly encourage you to check out some thrifting items once a week I like to go to the thrift store and just peer around see what kind of deals I can find mind and I found one that actually even beat the Dollar Tree in terms of quality and usefulness do you have a cabinet or drawer in your kitchen that houses everything from cough medicine to pencils two Band-Aids well I found this beautiful wooden organizer I wanted to change out my Dollar Tree one which was great it held its purpose this one was just under three dollars going in with my mean green super strength I use this for everything and then a Scotty peeler if you don't own one of these definitely get one it's going to make your job so much easier when it comes to lifting stickers and I did this chemical free I'm just using the Straight Up Scotty pillar to lift this sticker up time to give all of these pencils and markers a new home look at how pretty this looks in this cabinet when you combine both Beauty and function it is much easier to maintain thumbs up right now if you have ever had a glass container you know a tupperware container and the plastic lid broke and you're like now I have this glass bowl but I'm not throwing the glass bowl away what am I to do this is a goodie case in point here is one of my Tupperware Lids that yes has cracked on the side I continue to use it but it's only going to get worse over time these are a game changer where have these been my entire life look at how beautiful they are they come in all different sizes amazing price point on sale majorly right now look at this little tiny one it is so gorgeous it's got little handles on the side but watch how well this sticks you just pop it on top yes I can lift the glass and then just lift up the handles yep pops right on I could do this all day let's bring in a bigger bowl I feel like the three bears and survey says yes it is staying stuck on there here are all the different ways that you can use this in and throughout your home home let me show you here with this even bigger Kahuna pot oh yeah we have a lid for every size you could also use this on Square things if you have it I just have mostly round cooking items in my kitchen You're Gonna Save Yourself so much money over time because you will no longer need to buy plastic wrap and cling wrap and aluminum foil and it is more environmentally friendly you can just hang these up and display them inside a cabinet with those Command hooks that I showed you if you wanted to do that I just rolled mine all together with a rubber band and placed it here in my drawer after this hack you'll look at your hair dryer in a hole another level you'd be like dang that thing is useful and oh what and I know that sooner you'll be yelling to your neighbor across the street hey look what I can do with my hair dryer or maybe that's just me on the back of your toaster there should be a compartment or two compartments if you have a double toaster like this one that collects all of those breadcrumbs or English muffin waffle crumbs but there's still more on the inside and often things can smell burnt so grab your hair dryer some of you recommended this and blow out any of those excess crumbs that did not collect in the bottom of your toaster [Music] survey says well we did not collect as many crumbs as I would have hoped they kind of went everywhere did it work yeah but I have a better alternative for you grab two paint brushes and then I just tape the ends together and you're going to use this to get inside of your toaster and you can flip around this brush depending if one gets really dirty or not but it's the perfect length to push all of those crumbs into the tray this hands down works better than anything else I have tried the hair dryer is fun it's cool it's quick and easy but this works more effectively and survey says yes we have collected even more crumbs now no more smelling up my kitchen with that burnt smell in previous video I've showed you how to store those plastic bags you know when you do grocery pickup at Target or Walmart they have all the bags well I have a trick for you when it comes to paper bags making them oh so cute yes you're gonna look at your paper bags and go I cannot wait to do this to you keep your minds out of the gutter here is our current paper bag situation no real Rhyme or Reason so here's a fun way to organize them and display them if you want to roll your bag up from the bottom two times and then you're gonna fold both of the edges in put some pressure on there because sometimes these paper bags can be a little bit tricky to deal with look at this pocket the theme of this video the pocket and then you're going to tuck one Edge in to the other side look at how Compact and pretty this paper bag is I'm falling in love all over again with paper bags how about a paper bag with a handle again rolling it up two times from the bottom and then folding in those edges at this point you can tuck the handles in just like you're sitting here on the inside or on the outside it doesn't really matter I'm also going to show you a way that you can leave the handles out which looks really pretty as well and then with that pocket that you created yep you know the drill this beautiful basket was thrifted for just 2.99 and I cleaned it out with the mean green here's some other thrifted finds 3.99 for this one gorgeous wooden one this crate anytime I can find a wood basket thrifted I grab it here's how it looks if you leave the handles exposed it does work best on the target bags because the handles are so nice but look at them in this basket I am in love who knew you could love a folding paper bags so much and it's so quick easy and fast I actually find it kind of therapeutic here's another way to display them in a thrifted basket or a basket that you have on hand put a couple of these in your car so the next time that you need one you have it on hand oh so pretty and here's where I will be keeping my paper bags now here's another thrifted basket that I got I'm putting my daughter's shoes in here and I keep them in the mud room area and then this basket again yes also from the thrift store I'm using it to organize more shoes in our house with six people sandals sneakers we have just a lot of shoes and I need clever ways to organize them but look at how nice and organized here's my stash of organizers that I use in my home and in clients homes just to give you an idea of all the different hidden gems that I'm able to find this this one I love I didn't know what I was going to use it for but it was just 4.99 hats sunscreen snorkels and goggles so I wanted to see if I could organize all of these sunscreens in there and it turned out beautifully now my kids can easily access the sunscreen and myself when we need it so rather than the paper bags taking up this precious cupboard space now I can use it something for a bit more functional this large tote is actually from Walmart it is under six dollars I have a stockpile of these because they are such high quality and they're large look at the comparison from the Dollar Tree one which breaks easily and this gorgeous Walmart one I was able to put all of the swimming gear in this clear tote here you can see all of our summer stuff is nice and together and organized easy to access loving it this next one was actually a viewer hack so we're gonna give it a whirl today and see what we think oh and by the way I read every single comment on my YouTube videos no joke every single comment it's me nobody else so if you leave a comment you are not wasting your time because I will definitely see it if you hate the smell of WD-40 it does dissipate and according to Bob Villa this trick works great at deterring bugs so we're going to start here with my deck area and spray this down because and some other little insects like to get in here I'm going to spray a generous amount the bonus on this my glass sliding door slides much easier thanks to this but how about also in our mud room oh sucks you got some random bucket of socks in your laundry room that don't have any matches they're very lonely they're going stag to the next dance not anymore grab yourself some easy tape I have used this to hold rugs down it works great but it is secondary and it's only 10.99 limited deal number one bestseller grab some clothes pins and you can see I have this Dollar Tree organizer holding my gloves I did use some easy tape to stick to the bottom of this because it was just popping off I want a better way a better way to utilize the space here when it comes to Hanging my gloves up easy access but also gives them the ability to dry look at this I am loving this I can easily grab it I can easily put them away this is awesome don't get me wrong I love a good Dollar Tree organizer but this works even better how about those missing sacks oh no not anymore my friend I have to use this easy tape to try and hang pictures and I will tell you it has taken
