1 Hour VS 1,000 Hour Farm in Stardew Valley

today I want to compare three farms at three different stages of the game the first Farm we're gonna look at is a farm that is only an hour of play time on it so they just started playing the second Farm has around a hundred hours of play time on it so it's gonna be around year three and the last Farm we're gonna look out today is all the way in year 28 and they've got 1 000 hours the guy who sent it you guys may know him he is a well-known streamer on Twitch named the algorithm um he's doing a 999 challenge his farm is literally insane he has around 2 000 hours on that farm alone so if you're looking at that farm last and we'll just be comparing the three Farms looking at them seeing how many achievements they got this the other thing and uh yeah okay the first Farm we've got here today it is a one hour farm the character's name is branch and shout out to ancient goob in my Discord thanks to agent goob for sending over your save file for this one and we'll see what exactly they've got with after an hour and two minutes that's Day Spring seven of day one and and the first thing I'm noticing is that I cannot move they've got their movement Keys set to the arrow keys for some reason I think I actually remember them like messaging that I play on laptop so I guess that can make more sense where it's like the trackpad is their left hand and their right hand is like the arrow keys but for me this is like insane I guess everything else is just normal I will keep the arrow keys to movement to get inside Branch's head alright so this is about what you'd expect on day seven looks like they've got just a bunch of these are all parsnips right in this chest they've got one gold star parsnip that they're saving for the bundle oh wow this person knows what they're doing they've already finished the crafts room bundle that's pretty good for day seven or not this crafting but I'm sorry the spring foraging bundle I should say there's a lot of wood and stone to have I feel like on day seven am I insane it's like an insane amount of stuff wait their entire Farm's been like cleared wait like they cleared like every piece of debris on this farm this Farm is like debrisless how do they have 250 Stone on day one on day day seven okay oh yeah what are their friendships like let's check that they've they don't have any hearts with anybody but they've talked the most to Demetrius and I think they've met everybody it looks like let's go up here and see how far they've gone into the mines I think that'll be like an accurate estimate maybe that's where they got all their Stone oh yeah do they have any skills they've got level one farming oh so they've already harvested their 15 additional parsnips okay that makes sense they've got level one Mining and level one foraging oh they haven't even been inside the mines yet this is the minds cut scene right now this is the Marlin scene okay so they have the fishing pole they just probably haven't done any fishing so they've sold one of each forage sold no fish so they got the fishing rod and were like you know I think I'm all set actually they found two artifacts and two minerals what how'd they find four Earth crystals without going into the mines I guess if you cleared every single piece of stone on your farm I guess you would have a lot of geodes all right well I was very impressed by this farm this is pretty good progress for just seven days like in your first week of stardew you've gotten this far all right well that's it for the one hour farm still pretty far along considering they've only been in one hour but of course they don't have a lot of the things that they need done done quite yet which of course you've only been playing for an hour I'd be surprised if you did all right but some people will probably consider this like End Game Farm we have uh takeno takano farm and the person's name is star and shout out to darzano in the Discord for this thank you shout out to you so she is like a hundred hours in and she's gone pretty far for just 100 hours and on year three two million in earnings is pretty good you know like for a casual player I feel like that's pretty good all the tools have been upgraded that's the first thing I noticed got a couple of coffees and espressos is there a Java ring on this oh no they've got a combined ring of the magnet ring and the ring that combines the magnet ring in the glow ring oh a ring that already exists but then they wanted just even more magnetism to it that's kind of really awesome and the combined ring also means that they've unlocked Ginger Island which is cool they've maxed all of their skills all the skills are at 10 obviously um let's see what they've got four golden walnuts let's see what professions they picked so tiller of course Artisan of course geologist which I like geologists but I'm more a fan of minor and then gemologist I feel like that's where everybody goes after geologists gatherer which that's like a personal preference thing but I like gatherer and then botanist that's a valid route Fisher and then high red I feel like pirate is kind of like slept on but I think that pirate is the right route to go in fishing I got a lot of stuff all right it immediately ew immediately gross immediately just absolutely disgusting I'm trying to respect this person as much as I can but not Elliot seems like besides this disgusting Abomination that they have here at the top uh she's got pretty much every single other person to Max Hearts all the Bachelors stayed loyal shout out oh they got the golden Lewis statue oh Elliot what do you have to say if you find a spider in the house don't squash it just let me know and I'll take the poor thing outside foreign oh my God the nursery is so cute they did a great job on this this looks incredible I love this I love throwing that kid up in the air this is the only part of the kids that's good just launching them into the sky [Laughter] oh my the legendary fish except for the legend it could be somewhere else but that's the only one I haven't seen so far this house looks real cool oh they got the coffee maker here dang that geez they really loaded up on oh my God and every single one is like filled also putting just like all these like rare fish in just like your fridge you're playing a dangerous game you're playing a very ale interesting all right now we've got the actual Farm now of course because it's winter you know we can't see the crops and everything like that but it'll be a nice change of pace to the other Farms that we're seeing first thing I'm noticing house super cool colors like the paint job on this house is sick and if you've watched any of my streams you'll know that I spend like 20 hours trying to like paint my sheds and my farms and stuff props to you for getting these sick colors star this must be like a ginger Island waste chest if I had to guess put a gun to my head could not tell you what this this chest is for is it just like do these just have no organization you know maybe it makes the sense to the person because like okay this is like foraging items but then there's like a Furniture item here and then like row why are they not color coordinating your chest it's okay it's okay their horse is very cute I love the little bow that they put it on it what is that the butterfly like Bonnet or something like that oh wait there's another chest here what what is this chest like what okay I'm just gonna keep moving I don't what even is that whoa oh they went so they went for the mushroom bat cave mistake but one thing I do like about the mushroom bat cave is like people decorate it all cute like this because you have like more room you don't have like the ugly machines in the center this is a really cute use of the mushroom bat cave I like this a lot I love the little snowman this person is really good at decorating wait this is the beach Farm you're right wait they're hand watering all these crops hold up hold the phone hold the phone they're hand watering everything that's here during the seasons oh that's why they have their like Farm set up like for the Iridium watering kit whoa they're hand watering everything every day that is insane next up we've got a couple fish ponds down here I wonder what's in each of them this one we've got midnight squids that makes sense this one we've got tuna this is their sprinkler plot their single sprinkler plot also they had an iridium sprinkler in their chest why isn't it I'm not gonna I'm not gonna question this I like this area it'll be something one day oh wait I've missed our whole furnace area over here oh dang I got a whole furnace area over here they've got a lot of gold Jesus Christ and a lot of iron too God dang why did I what what what what's this random table in the middle of the floor is doing here oh yeah let's look through the rest of the collections they're like getting close to Perfection with this kind of progress they have all the minerals of course oh my God who spends this much time cooking I've never seen that many this some somebody with this much like cooking completion in my life no wonder they have so many dang mini fridges oh my God this is insane look at this organization this is actually nuts look it goes Roy G Biv and these have like it's got all the Clunkers up here and then all the Rocks up here and all the bone stuff is over here this is really good organization jeez this is the complete 180 from the Jets I cannot get a read on this person for the life of me also have they finished the movies theater oh movie theater done oh very cool okay so they've gone a decent amount of stuff here oh wow their Island Farm is already like they've got well that is what a hundred hours of sturdy looks like I think we looked about just about everything you possibly could Great Farm very fun Farm now last but certainly not least we've got a farm that you guys may have heard of before by a recent friend of mine his name is the algorithm Al Gore Rhythm I I always butcher it he said I could call him Ryan so joke's on you guys you may know him on Twitch you may have seen his videos before or you may have seen uh Walla Doug actually did a really good video on him a challenge in stardew valley where he collects 999 of every single item and that which is literally insane he's doing it literally just because he thinks it's fun from my understanding it's a challenge that has never been done before and his farm has like 2 000 hours so title is incorrect click bait a thousand hours sounded better than two thousand hours make sure you check out his like streams on Twitch any really cool guy he's letting me use this Farm you know he definitely didn't have to let's check out what a thousand hour farm looks like in stardew Valley motherland Farm 1500 hours and he said around like 2 000 hours with like resetting and planning and stuff like that or not even planning just for sets he's on year 28. I don't think I've ever even seen a file past year seven all right let's load into the mother land farm this is first thing I'm noticing their UI scale is like so big I have to I have to change this but his UI is insanely big I don't know why maybe that's like a min max thing that I don't quite understand well let's I think we could just start by pausing the game and just seeing how overwhelming this is just the Casual Galaxy Soul chilling in the bottom of the inventory oh my God this is crazy so of course they've got like an Artful gavel they've got all of their tools upgrade of course there's a bunch of explosive M I'm sure 500 staircases and stuff got an iridium band here this is a combined burglar ring and a uh Savage ring and this is a combined iridium band and a luck ring they've also got another luck ring with another iridium band here and an ancient seed artifact look at all these how many times he's crafted each these items a thousand and one times 1065 times 1400 times 1100 times 1100 times 1100 times oh my God all these items crafted 999 times 900 a thousand times two thousand times this is insane except the warp tart doesn't worked on that just once they're still working on their heavy tappers but like dude this is crazy crafted a thousand monster musks okay of course the collection because he obviously has Perfection so an 86 Palm fossils so I guess he's still working on these artifacts he's done 15 00 dinosaur eggs Soldier dwarf Scrolls dear God this is the most insane Farm I've seen in my guitar 7 000 emeralds wow tooth oh my God 53 000 diamonds I don't think there's anything else we can really surmise from the pause screen except the fact that he picked the best wife and this one's gonna be in a fall which is my favorite Seasons that's a good way to finish off all right what are in these chests oh my God look at all these crap this must be like a skeleton Caverns like stuff right that's what I would assume all right and this one we've got oh my god I didn't even think about that you need 999 lucky pairs of shorts are they doing is he doing it with like just putting staircases in his pants slot Jesus Christ sorry this looks to be a bunch of food items this is very overwhelming for me so I'm gonna move on um oh my God look at how many cave carrots Jesus Christ man oh my God look at all this oil oh my God they must have bought all this because they have to craft like cook all these dishes like a million times over here this is also giving me anxiety so I'm gonna move on oh my God look at all this row he's gonna have to have a fish pond with each and every single fish in it this is all the artifacts that he's storing 65 casks oh my all right so we're seeing our first like stacks of 999 here a good chunk of the cooking dishes except for the fiddlehead risotto apparently oh this must be all the cooking dishes yeah all right this is for obviously processing all the many amounts of iridium that I'm sure he needs all right well let's move on to the next thing wait why is the TV here that's kind of a crazy place to put it okay I'm scared to start looking in these chests nine oh my God so much wheat Jesus Christ look at all these common mushrooms this is actually insane oh my God why does he need two 999 nine stacks for like spring seeds I guess oh my God this is so much wheat and so much hay this is a bunch more crops oh my God this is literally insane what's with all the fiber here oh I guess it's like he's putting it there to preserve his fertilizer oh my God so many diamonds dude look at those yam pineapple jelly pomegranate jelly fruit jelly golden chickens I guess that's probably quicker than like actually just buying them all oh my God look at all these golden chickens oh my God not the ostriches all right what's in the greenhouse star fruit that makes sense oh this feels so satisfying is there anything up here whoa whoa whoa oh my God look at all these kegs it's all star fruit wine oh this Ginger Island must look insane dear Lord that is actually insane look at all this flipping wine oh my God oh my God I don't I almost don't even want to go like is there any of the mines oh it Island Farmhouse still looks like when you first buy it oh my God the geode Crusher will first of all stack to 999 so he needs like 999 of them if you are cracking as many geodes as he needs to crack yeah the geode Crusher actually has a purpose he's cracking an insane amount of geodes he can't sit at Clint's all day did you check the entrance to skull Caverns I didn't check the entrance to school Caverns oh yeah this makes sense that's a lot of stuff foreign yeah I got one chest of staircases so far but you know I don't know if that's enough let me grab a second one just in case the first one ever starts getting a little low in case I ever want to get to floor you know 70 000 of scone Caverns oh my God all right let's check this tracker Bam Bam Bam of course well that was certainly like the most insane Farm I've seen in my entire life without a doubt that is so crazy man like not only the amount of time he's put into this but the level of organization throughout it all is insane that's literally so crazy oh my God 700 million total earnings though he's gonna hit a billion wealth chat if anything we've learned that this is this is like the goal post this is like the furthest that you can succeed in this game and of course he's not done yet this is without any cheats or anything this is all organically done on his stream so so make sure you go check out algorithm stream he
