could I have a whole chicken can I have two half chickens muscle and strength I am Fouad Abiad IFBBPro and I'm with my training partner Paul Lausanne and we are on our way to breakfast because there is a common misconception that you cannot leave the house to eat and be a good bodybuilder so I'm about to shatter that so we're at twisted apron it's a restaurant in Windsor and they kind of make the food here is really fresh so I like coming here for breakfast 6 eggs over-medium with four slices of toast rye no butter a bowl of oatmeal no oatmeal home fries fries okay so what I what I wouldn't normally had was six eggs toast home fries and a bowl big bowl of oatmeal but I haven't had that breakfast here and they didn't have oatmeal so I just got a double order of home fries okay ketchup all right so let's a rundown it's pretty simple I got six whole eggs I got four pieces of toast a double order of home fries some peanut butter and jam and my coffee and water so yeah it's a good breakfast want to know what's funny? we're sitting at a booth together like we're dating so we're gonna make for our pre-workout meal there's a little bit of rice and fish so I'll get a small meal and this is fast digesting a white fish very low-fat okay and then I have sushi rice so I'm gonna eat this now then probably train an hour and a half later and when I train I'll feel like I hadn't even eaten because my body would just have digested everything what we're gonna do is make lunch and we're gonna have chicken and potatoes so I'm gonna smash a pound of potatoes and six ounces of chicken and I'm gonna use these two sauces to do it condiments are a must okay and I know you're saying Oh condiments have sugar condiments have this stop crying okay it's the off season we're eating to grow a little bit of sugar is not gonna hurt that's gonna help me get this down in a hurry as you guys can see from my breakfast I don't really like to cook in the offseason I do what I have to but I don't like to really cook so now we're at Swiss Chalet Swiss Chalet for you Americans is a rotisserie chicken place Can I have a whole chicken Can I have two half chickens yeah yeah actually no can I have one Caesar salad one fries I'm trying to keep it light they wouldn't give me a whole chicken but they would give me two half chicken so I got two half chicken dinners I got one with fries and I got one with salad I don't get too fat and yeah so I got a whole chicken okay guys so I'm gonna make my favorite meal okay it's not my absolute favorite my absolute favorite is ground beef and pasta but since I'm try and work on bringing my stomach down for future shows I've eliminated a lot of the red meat out of my diet for better digesting meats so I'm using ground turkey instead of ground beef today because it digests faster this is the pasta sauce I use there's nothing special about it it's not organic it's not low in sugar it's not low in salt it's just regular fucking pasta sauce but it tastes great we have 2 cups of pasta 6 ounces of ground turkey obviously we have the sauce and the cheese so we're gonna have a little bit more sugar and a little more fat but I know the important parts which is the ground turkey in the pasta and like I said that's the baseline for my meal that's what I'm really worried about I get these dm's all time what should I eat before I go to bed what right before I go to bed okay well guys don't think they can have carbs before they go to bed I don't agree with this so my pre-bedtime meal a little bit of iced oatmeal not a lot half cup pure isolate I like this protein this protein is good for me it digests really well I feel like in the morning it's gone I'm hungry again so I go with the micro pure isolate two scoops banana for flavor to be trying to like super bulk up you probably want to add some almond milk to this or even real milk but I'm kind of fat as it is so we're just gonna go with water that's done it's an easy fast high-quality pre-bedtime meal I'm IFBB Pro Fouad Abiad and that was my full day of eating I hope you guys aren't too grossed out like this video and subscribe to the channel we're gonna be doing more cooking videos in the near future
