normally what do you like medium rare for me i'm a medium okay i have no respect for any man that don't have it at least medium rare this is going to be unlike any steak you've ever had before it looks sensational look at the marble it looks unbelievable this is korean so what kind of cut of steak is that it's similar to a rib eye because there's so much marbling that's kind of like patterns of a flower this is one of the nicest cuts of green bulk you're going to get good quality beef okay [Music] surely you don't go to a restaurant and have it in the middle of the table is that is that all part of the experience that's how korean bbq works right okay first time i've seen it be cut up with a pair of scissors though yeah that's very pretty absolutely sensational just get involved look got this next time i go out i'm having one of these next time i go out i promise you when people say it should melt in your mouth that's not normally what happens but in this case it's happening the roof of your mouth and you're just like it's like okay see ya it's just gone you guys are clean up quick it's very very very nice that's as good as anything i've tasted considering it's like remotely like in the middle of pizza it's a little bit of an essex yeah yeah what do we do brought the career to essex honestly we need to branch out lads we can't keep going honestly barbecue wow would that sort of cut of meat be available in the uk for us to get or not it's hard to find yeah see that's what i'm saying i think it's all in the ingredients as well isn't it what can you ask for have you got a bit of meat from a lazy fat cow what's this that's kimchi kimchi yeah my mates told me about this it's excellent for your microbiome you're saying do you know what that means probiotics is it's good i said to him i said to him [Music] okay i think she's spot on yeah that's unbelievable all right oh oh the kimchi is unbelievable jeff that's lovely it's like a korean comfortable that's a good show that's really nice yeah it's been fermented in a little bit of spicy sauce oh don't say that word but it's it's healthy in it it's nice it's good it's healthy if i tried to introduce you to all the types of korean bbq you'll be here for a whole day okay we've got loads of time but we do have time for at least one more now this next bit here is called [Music] very heavily marbled meat from around the ribs in like a sweet korean barbecue style marinade is this going out after 10 30 because i'm getting a little bit horny here honestly this is turning me on just the descriptions are turning me on what other experience you have with korea i'm a spurs fan okay so sonny's the man i mean nice guy very nice guy like everything that comes across like even watching a new documentary the way he comes across on there he's just such a long round nice guy yeah all right guys this is all good to go go for it get stuck in the river that's the good stuff i mean the other stuff was good this is good oh the marinade's lovely [Music] um [Music] oh wow that is sensational that is asian what genuinely like what you weren't expecting that right the tanginess you can taste here that is nuts wow this makes me think of a summer night a couple of beers on the go with your mates and just having this on the go and just having that picks at it every now and again you're available for height you come and come around and do barbecue back again next week yeah see yeah this is me all day very rarely is he speechless but now he can't speak no that's the best thing i've tasted in months really maybe years if you want for the last bits talk to us you can do a bit of korean sam which is when you wrap it in the lettuce what does that give us because i'm gonna be honest i'm not a big lettuce fan okay all right get some meat yeah dip it in that middle sauce the samjang and then you want to get a bit of this kimchi here a bit of pajari what if he saw it he's gone you already did all of it on it oh in korea they're all about flavor combinations i like the idea of wrapping it in lettuce rather than bread as well yeah how do i say um cheers dan jan jan let's go [Music] this channel is no joke oh my god i can't swear on this channel come on incredible hold on you can peep it out yeah it's just incredible getting to the end of the night the perfect pairing of some korean bbq is vodka debs we love
