as goo versus sakuna one of the most intense and stunning battles not only modern day Shonen but Shonen as a whole has finally come to an end at goo's defeat to say that there were a lot of people unhappy with this outcome would be an understatement from Bad writing to Gojo being wasted or removed from the story because he was too powerful to Gojo is going to come back I'm sure that we have heard it all by now but the belief I disagree with most is that last statement being the potential return of Gojo and for a multitude of Reason although I have not completely deemed Gojo's return as 100% impossible I do want to provide some arguments as to why I disagree with it and why I believe that it shouldn't happen in the first place and in today's video I'll be doing just that that being said if you enjoy content such as this don't forget to leave a like And subscribe for the sake of the video and now let's get into it I want to start off by saying that in my opinion godo has had a very strong resolution and one that is way more respectful to the character than most for starters goo was able to see and Converse with many other people that have defined him in his life after gto's death he had made a resolution to never allow anyone to be alone again to never let anybody experience the isolation that's defined him it became his purpose Above All Else and the people who surround him at the airport are the foundation of his purpose satu Gojo also being surrounded with as many people as he was compared to almost everybody else who has had a death sequence similar to his does a great job at displaying what he's always longed for as well to see someone who's been defined by his isolation to have everybody he possibly could surround him when he passes on is a great touch as they all conversed Gojo was able to hear what they thought of him he was able to confide in them for the first time about being the strongest and the isolation that such a title had brought alongside it as Gojo confesses to ghetto that he's always felt isolated throughout his entire life he implies that sakuna has always felt the same and thus he tried everything to reach him from his perspective believing that he never did despite this he says that his only disappointment was not having his best friend present to encourage him before entering the fight Gojo then also speaks synonomy and hiara who also say what they have to say about truly opening up to one another another despite never really having such deep conversations and holding in a lot of their thoughts of one another until this very moment where they're all in afterlife and scoring around as the children they never got to be I'm sure that this is why they're all teenagers in the flashback as well or it could just display the time period when all of them were present in each other's lives Gojo being able to experience such a moment without isolation when not fac against someone who's trying to kill him is something he's always longed for and here he has it with the people he's cherished the most I want to also point out that Gojo himself was also satisfied with the battle and completely happy with his own defeat he expresses to ghetto that he put everything into this battle with sukuna and he was able to have so much fun the man had so much fun in this battle that his only regret is that sukuna potentially did not enjoy himself as much godo could have not asked for anything more and goo does not even want to die in any other way but at the hands of a stronger opponent and he says this himself when I see all these things I can't help but accept that this was the happiest ending for Gojo he's been the strongest his entire life life and has always long for companionship and rivalry and the entire battle alongside his ending gives him these things and wraps it in a complete package allowing goo to be the one and only character we've ever seen die without any regrets being So Satisfied that he prays that his death wasn't a dream there are also complaints about how we didn't see Gojo get hit with the attack that defeated him but I'm sure this is going to be explained in the future as in every fight that sukuna has had where he acknowledged his opponent entered the cursed real that opponent never had the final blow displayed for example both Joo and mahito I believe it may have something to do with the memory thing that was going on with Yugi earlier in the series but I'm sure we'll see now that I've spoken about the death itself I want to talk about the Battle just for a bit quickly speaking about sukuna a moment in the battle that's always stuck out to me is in chapter 228 this is when Gojo stops and questions as to why suun has been fighting so passively in comparison to himself not even using the 10 shadows and it sticks out to me because it displays how much fun Gojo was having in his battle he was able to cut loose and give his rival everything he had and sakuna did not reciprocate due to his strategy of pealing Gojo scales and fing him it's another display of Gojo enjoying himself more than he ever has and speaking of sukuna strategy in the battle as cowardly as it is it serves as a strong reminder that in Jutsu kaisen all Sorcerers are no more than con artists sukuna played defense for the entire fight to convince Gojo that he was completely relying on the 10 Shadows dealing the finishing blow with an unpredictable Dimension ripping dismantle Gojo is beating the mess out of sukuna the entire fight sure but that's not how Jutsu sorcery works and I know I say this a lot but every fight in the series is decided by miscalculation or an event that couldn't be predicted sua's victory was cemented the moment that he decided to go this route instead of spontaneous thinking such as godra admits to goo being revived would take away the impact of this Behemoth of a battle and the strategies involved along with his strong send off to the series and it doesn't stop there it would also heavily undermine kosimo sukuna battles in this Arc for a couple of reasons as we know kosimo is the strongest sorcer from the edet period coming to face auna for the sake of understanding the purpose of holding such power and being the strongest Kimo and Suk kuna's battle comes to a climax where kosimo is able to defeat the first body of sukuna that was weakened by Gojo forcing him to enter into his transcended State and soon after kosimo was completely crushed the combined efforts of these two Sorcerers two Sorcerers who bear the title of the strongest in their respective eras being able to only defeat the first instance of sukuna could display that overwhelming strength alone is not enough to achieve what they were seeking out of fighting sukuna in the first place sukuna had to guide and confirm their beliefs yes they were able to match sukuna strength alone but Gojo believes that he failed to reach him before passing away even imagining sukuna with his back turned towards him when the truth was that sukuna accepted Gojo after their battle facing him with his body open and saying that he would never forget him whereas with kosimo sukuna had to explain to him that those who challenge you are looking to be validated by you and your strength if they can be accepted by you then they would know that they are strong and sufficient that was how kosimo came to understand what the purpose behind his strength was or at least get an answer to that question he'd been pondering sakuna correcting them and then guiding them to the truth or at least what he believes to be the truth makes auna an excellent antagonist and more than just the natural disaster that most people claim he is Gojo's character Arc reinforces kasimos by pondering on and further examining the ideas of loneliness due to overwhelming strength in the series and sakuna satisfying the two and guiding them to the answers that they seek makes it all come full circle this could be an answer as to why kashm never fought Gojo over the time skip because he and Gojo were at the same instant when it came to their loneliness and thus kosimo will both gain nothing from fighting Gojo and probably wasn't interested in fighting Gojo in the first place Gojo coming back after sukuna versus kosimo would make that little mini Arc seem less impactful bare minimum and to me personally ruins it it's a very strong battle that isn't really about the Battle itself but what it means to kosimo to live and how far one is willing to go to achieve discover and fully understand their own purpose goo's Revival would not only undermine Kimo's purpose but his own as well as his purpose has always been to create a strong and intelligent future one that can replace him and even surpass him as a whole Gojo coming back and assisting with everything from here on out would defeat this purpose in my opinion he's contributed everything in the present time to correctly raising his pupils in the best way he possibly could and to allow them to fly with their own wings and I think he should do just that his pupil succeeding and where he failed would be a bigger win in his book rather than him just winning if Goldy turned weaker for the sake of allowing his students to handle the problem it spit on his own death as he was completely satisfied with the fact that he was killed by someone stronger than him in the first place and if Gojo returned stronger somehow strong enough to beat sukuna first a fight like that would need to be longer than the first which is never happening and second it would defeat the entire point of all of his efforts throughout the entire series 238 chapters of Gojo down the drain especially after he was just defeated by that same sukuna that team Yuji is currently fighting it's all around bad business and provides nothing to the story goo story ended a long time ago in my opinion he should serve as someone who nurtures the future nothing more and honestly if Gojo word to comeb back what's he doing against sakuna the entire purpose of zuna's plan against Gojo was to find a way for him to render Gojo's Limitless barrier useless in their fight this barrier providing 80% of the difficulty when it comes to a battle of equals such as themselves and now sukuna is able to greatly amplify his techniques and doesn't have to go through 13 chapters of fighting to get rid of the barrier the way things are I don't think the current Gojo would last even three chapters against the current sukuna if people want Gojo to come back for the sake of fighting Kaku there are just so many more characters who deserve shot at kenju and Gojo has had enough chances I believe with Gojo talking to ghetto in the afterlife that was a soft confirmation of his plotline with Kaku being wrapped up they didn't even mention kenju when they were speaking to one another it honestly feels like gay has no intentions of pursuing anything relating to that even if Gojo were to return in the end this entire Series has always been about Yuji and how those around him allow him to grow in strength and as a person and Gojo is no exception to this I believe that Gojo will metaphorically defeat sukuna through Yuji due to the efforts he's contributed to yuji's growth and the sacrifices and hardships he's had to endure in order to become the person who would save Yuji and nurture him into the kind and great sourcer he is today with yuji's eventual victory over kenj and sukuna he will manifest a future that Gojo has always longed for well first I have to say thank you so much for making it to the end of the video as your support is always appreciated and second this video isn't really to drag down Gojo or anything of that nature I just like how his character Arc ended I think it's really good I think it's even one of the best I've seen and I love his death I think him being satisfied in the end was great and I really just don't want to see gaygay tarnished that unless he he he makes it better and he takes it down and makes it better or goes the way he wants to go I mean in the end you can't have everything you want in the world right with that being said again thank you so much for watching and have an amazing day guys peace out
