good morning everybody good morning god bless everyone uh i'm here saying good morning instead of uh actually good morning some people are watching overseas some people some people are overseas and some people are in different places in the world i'm out here saying good morning and um oh my gosh god is good amen uh god is good i want to talk to you because i believe that god is going to do something special this day and i know that we're going to be tremendously blessed because of what god has for us now i know for a fact that it is the will of god for us to be together this evening and i know that we are going to learn something that is going to change our lives for the better and to the glory of god amen i want you to share this you know i want you to share this i want you to let what we are doing anyone who is spiritual must comprehend what they are doing god is the god who gives us the spirit of wisdom and understanding meaning there is nothing you should do from god without understanding amen i'll say that again the lord god gives us the spirit of wisdom and understanding meaning as a child of god every single thing you do you may not understand it in the beginning but eventually you should understand it you can't be doing something you've been doing for the past six months one year two years ten years you don't know why you're doing it that in itself is air and it shows that there is no maturity and growth in you so let's look at matthew chapter 6 matthew chapter 6 and i want you to read from verse 30 to 32 amen matthew 6 30 to 32. but if god so close cl clots what you need before you ask him pray then like this stop right there so jesus is saying god knows what you need before you ask and as fast god is concerned you are more precious to him yeah you are more precious to him amen than the grass that he makes sure that it has beautiful colors or or flowers that today are good tomorrow they're cut down and thrown in the oven you are more precious to him than that amen and he knows what you want before you ask he knows what you need before you ask amen jesus said don't ask for what you're going to wear what you're going to eat what you're going to be like tomorrow your father knows that you need these things so why then do we ask in the name of jesus for us to receive wow that is a question you need to ask so what is the point of praying what is the point of praying if god almighty already knows what you need before you ask so it's a trick question and it's a double thing so it means in order for you to receive of god and to receive from god lot in prayer you are like a heathen you're like somebody with small faith because god already knows you need these things so what proves that you're praying the right way and a prayer that produces faith that before you ask god already knows that you need it there's a few things that you need to look at the reason why so many times our prayers don't work is number one god is looking at what we need we are looking at what we want wow [Music] you may think you need a car but god thinks you just want a car wow you may think you need a wife god just sees you as somebody who wants a wife or god looks at you as somebody who just wants a husband it is not a need because god will need meet your every need god can never meet your needs your wants sorry god can never meet your wants before he meets your needs why does god meet your needs before your wants is because it is in your needs that god ex establishes you to fulfill what he called you on this earth to do wow so if our prayer does not align with what god knows you need he knows that you're not ready for where he's supposed to take come on come on so we don't pray to ask god we pray to prove god that we know what he knows that we need wow come on that's good jesus it's a measurement if i know my son is hungry i usually would not give him food i'll tell him andrew there's food available yeah yeah i'm fine he plays games do whatever he wants to do and then like okay it's time for bed dad i'm hungry then i tell him look when i tell you to eat eat don't be so caught up with what you want for the temporary time and then when it's time to sleep you realize that you need to eat that's good so many of us do life like that we don't realize that life is not about what you want it's not about what you want out of life it's about what you need out of life because you came you are given this life to command and to pull things out of life you need to fulfill something in this life so there are things you need in life not what you want in life you see we live life as if it is our own amen i feel like i'm talking to myself talking to me we live life as if it's our own the bible says the life you live is not your own so if the life you live is not your own you need to know the one who owns that life what he needs out of that life amen amen the reality is there's a place you get to you never need to ask for anything the moment you are thinking about it is already produced wow so now look at this what is the evidence praying is good praying is not bad praying is good praying is not bad praying is necessary praying is very important but you need to understand the mind of god concerning prayer amen when moses prayed before the red sea and said lord what should i do god told him stop crying to me just stretch your hand and pat the waters it means that moses was asking for the wrong prayer he was praying the wrong prayer because god had already given him an answer but because of his want and the demand people placed on him he started asking for something that god already had given him the ability on the mountain wow so god told him why are you asking me just stretch your hand tell the waters to part and walk through yeah yeah so god is looking at your level of maturity god is measuring your maturity amen where are you with him how much do you know he cares for you how much do you know he covers you and what is it that you need that's when the bible says seek first the kingdom of god and all its righteousness people don't understand what righteousness is righteousness is right standing what is right standing the protocols of heaven the mind of god concerning you what does heaven think about you what does heaven want to give you what has ever given you how do you need to position yourself to receive that which heaven has for you right that is what god is looking for amen that is what god is looking at so that's what god is looking at amen so whoever is seeking out the kingdom of god is not whoever prays the most it's who has the understanding of what makes you stand on the right place or in the right place with god in order to receive everything that god has for you when elijah persisted in prayer for rain to come it is because he had the understanding that it was god's will for rain to come amen when ruth or elizabeth or or uh uh uh or or or any of this amazing women in the scriptures persisted in prayer or even the prophets of god and the apostles of god persisted in prayer is because they understood what god wanted they didn't pray concerning what they want many of you are watching right now you pray too much about what you want and you have not evolved to the understanding of what god wants wow god wants to meet your needs not your wants amen when he meets your needs then he will give you your wants because those are the things that he adds on amen so what is god's need because god has needs god has sent you on the earth because there are needs that he has that he once fulfilled let me put it like this this will help you understand it amen very simply and very powerfully think about it like this i send you my daughter rose right when i send you to do prayer does not align to the master's need then the master understands that the creation has not matured yet wow to understand why they are there come on yeah why they were born why they were sent you see the lord jesus always used to say i must do my father's will i must do my father's will i only do what i see my father do the lord jesus never lived for himself he lived for his lord and his god and his father that's it but every need that every want that he had concerning his life was always met when people are hungry people are fed yeah yeah but there was no wine in the wedding it was provided for there was nothing lacking around him because he was always meeting the lord's needs when we are called ministers of god it means it in other let me give you a modern translation those who meet god's needs to be a minister of god it simply means the person who knows how to meet what god wants what the desire of god is so if your prayer does not begin with meeting what god needs it shows you have not reasoned to the place of understanding that you will meet what you want of course jesus said unless you are in me and i am in you you can do nothing unless you are in me it means your life is swallowed up in him and me in you and him also in you so what you do what you do matters a lot if it complements what god needs so when people see prophet lovey looking nice dressing nice and things like that they don't understand why god has done that are you getting what i'm saying they think that what prophet love he has is because of what he's doing when he's live stream no idea right he knows what you need right but do you know what he needs he knows what you need but do you know what he needs because it's an exchange he knows what you need but do you know what he needs god has needs god planted a garden but he could not look after the god and he told adam look after the garden if adam looks after god's garden adam will always get food and god gets satisfaction that his garden is doing what he wanted it to do so the answers to your prayer are in meeting god's needs amen amen amen so god knows what i need and i prove that he knows what i need when i'm meeting his needs wow that's good god knows what i need when i am meeting his needs god knows what i need when i'm meeting his needs so the quickest way to receive what god has for you is you need to understand what does god need because the moment i begin to meet his needs then what i need i won't even need to pray for wow i won't even need to ask amen because i'm meeting his without him asking you reap what you saw amen jesus always knew who his father wanted to speak to what his father needed in your life do you know what god needs do you know what god needs out of your life what is it that god what what is it that god needs what is it that god needs i feel like i'm talking to myself what is it that god needs that's a very important question to ask when i'm at work when i'm with my family in the little territory that god has given me am i meeting his needs how can god expand you if you're not meeting his needs because he will expand you for the purpose of meeting his needs you are a servant sent on a mission wow you're a servant sent on a mission i'll say that one more time you are a servant sent on a mission hey how can you be promoted you see to be sustained is not a blessing the blessing comes when you meet his needs he'll meet all your needs amen now again i'm going to ask you what does god need do you really think just less less reason together because we are talking right now do you really think if you meet god's need financially for the gospel do you really think god will ever allow you to be broke if you're out there god has sent you to win souls do you think god will allow your life to be cut short right when isaiah was sent to the king and told the king ah god said get your house in order because you will not recover you will die the man turned around and said god remember what i have done for you and what have the god said oops i'll add 15 more years on your life i'm sorry i messed up i looked at this whole thing wrong so even your life being long years to his life you see you can never tell god what you want until you've met his need you have no grounds to make any demand it's like going to your boss saying give me a raise you haven't even declare i will have a new car well the car you have you haven't used it for my will no that's good why why are you you're not faithful with the little remember the faithfulness is not just in your giving but it's in the consistency of the awareness of god god's needs can what you have done for the kingdom compel god to bless you you see cornelius wanted to to receive the holy spirit he wanted god so bad how did he get to god's heart he just met god's need in the temples in these things that now when his case rose up to heaven god had to send an angel the centurion man had met so much of god's needs the children of god's needs that the pharisees that the elders went to jesus and said rabbi you gotta heal this guy's servant man what this guy has done for our people is too much they knew that if they told him this man is a good man it was not enough they knew if they told him this man is a good man it was not enough they knew if they told him this man is a holy man it was not enough they knew if they told him this guy has served the purpose of the kingdom jesus dropped everything and said let's go where is he so god is quickly you see when he says the prayer of the righteous avail it much the righteous are those who are meeting the kingdom's needs the urgency of your want will be so quick to god because of you meeting his needs that is why david said i have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children beg for bread why they don't need to pray for this stuff and if they ever needed to plead god will respond very quickly because this is a kingdom asset again what is god's need in your life why are you here some of us we just want to start preaching and going to the byways and the highways and all this no no no you begin charity begins at home what are you doing in your environment when god released me to do his work i started in my home i didn't start anywhere started in my surroundings impacted my surrounding and increased it and increased it and increased it now people from everywhere in the world come to seek help but it has a foundation where did yours begin praying for people is not meeting god's need that's meeting people's needs preaching is meeting god's need but the preaching must be the message god gave you for the people not what has touched you wow that's good so my challenge to you is very simple my challenge to you is very simple extremely simple are you going to meet god's needs in your life are you going to meet god's need in your life what's god's message for your environment your immediate environment before he can send you to the big environment [Music] what's god's need for you in the immediate environment before it sends you to the bigger plane or bigger environment or bigger children that are in the house that don't know what needs to be done come on the dishes are dirty but you're waiting to be told clean the dishes vacuum the carpet go do your laundry that's how we have
