like this dude saying I don't like when I'm not in control so for instance you show up at the airport you have a flight and there's a long line at TSA and it's going to take forever and you're the clock is ticking I can't stand that feeling because you have no control over it TSA you can't be like hey TSA my flight's leaving sooner can you they don't go oh yes Mr willink please come to the front of line they didn't say that they're like hey you wait in line like everybody else so what do I do I get there with plenty of time that's what I do if there's if I go to the wrong gate or there's long lines at TSA or whatever doesn't matter it's literally no Factor no Factor you know people get road rage yes I would say my ve I would guess that 70% of road rage is because people are late and they're mad because something's happening and they is that too high you think I think there's more to road rage than that okay 50% cuz they're late no no okay maybe I just wrong I'm not too familiar with road rage cuz I've never had it yeah me neither but I I felt like Anyway continue please okay so just to your point where you were just about to admit to like if I ever feel frustrated if I ever feel frustrated it's because I'm running late yeah it's not because look when I'm driving to the gym and I'm going to be at Jiu-Jitsu class and I want to be there for the start of 10:00 open MCH it takes 10 minutes to get here and I leave my house with 10 minutes mhm and I get behind someone that's slow yeah I'm I feel a little frustration about that person yeah dude was a freaking go right if I left 20 minutes early I literally don't care at all so that's why that's why my assessment was high cuz I'm just going off of the way I feel I get frustrated by some but that's why I never I always leave 20 minutes before I don't leave 10 minutes before that's wrong so that's what I do I'm going to control what I can control I and same thing with life add in some fudge Factor right is that a civilian term fudge Factor add in Little Fudge Factor take a little extra time give yourself a little buffer time so you're not like getting mad cuz the bus is running late just be like oh cool luckily I have an extra few minutes so no Factor you drop something and it breaks well now you have an opportunity to practice some Detachment now you have an opportunity to practice your emotional control cuz if that's making you mad that's a problem it's not good gives you an opportunity to practice some ownership because guess who broke it you did you're the one that dropped it you know what I mean it's a good opportunity to adopt adapt and overcome because now you've got a situation that you got to clean up so I I think I think it sounds like you need some Detachment in your life maybe you need a little extra prior planning in your life maybe you need to recognize that you can't control what you can't control the only thing you can control is your response and the type of human being that you should be aspiring towards is someone that when the glass drops and breaks you go H I'm going to grab a broom and I'm going to sweep this up you don't yell you don't scream you don't get mad at the freaking at the uh at the drawer that you hit your elbow on and that's why you drop the glass right cuz people get mad at that freaking drawer you know what I'm saying yes I do you're not mature when you do that so how you respond to things in the world is reflective of what's going on in your brain and if what's going on in your brain is anger and frustration and and pent up failure then that's what's going to come out so I would use these little mishaps and these little misfortunes to build good habits you said you like to build good habits let me turn this back around on you my friend you want to build good habits let's use these little mishaps in life these little misfortunes that occur to build good habits habits of restraint habits of emot control habits of Detachment and these things will make you a better person in the long run that is my answer that's a solid answer right there perfect perfect answer oh my uh road rage has a lot to do with a lot of things and not going to go too deep into road rage but this can be important but I might this could be important to think about if you suffer from road rage you don't I get it I don't yeah and I suffer from printer rage you know I actually you know I was joke about that and maybe you think like oh well he's kind of joking but it actually is the only thing that does frustrate me and the other day my printer wasn't Printing and I was like picking it up like 4 in and like like slamming it just but but but here's the funny thing I was like and my my wife's like d what's going on I was like oh no it's just the printer doesn't seem to go work like I'm like SL like 4 in I'm like oh no it's just something
